This workout is so perfect for me. I do it several times a week. A 20 minute workout is short enough that I am willing to get started (instead of just thinking about it), and then when I'm done I'll do another workout, but this one gets me all warm!
I loved this even 5 months into my pregnancy i was able to keep up and push through with 10 lbs. I feel so great without being totally exhausted! I love anything with Anna in it!

Loved this one! Loved the arm and ab combo and the slight burn buildup! Wish there was a tad bit more stretching for the abs and a warm up but other than that loved it and will be dong it again!
Some people have commented that Astrid’s attitude inhibited their workouts…. This was not the case for me. These comments had me nervous and almost dreading this workout but I ended up loving it. Sometimes other instructors can be over the top bubbly and it gets annoying but just because Astrid isn’t like that doesn’t make her rude. The workout itself was wonderful and challenging. Saving it to add into my routine!
Thanks for this empowering workout, it has a real influence on the psychological state, I feel much more inner power due to the external power unpacked :)
It began slowly and the intensity kept on increasing. Thank God i went till the end though with difficulties . Thank you so much for this workout. Will be back
@@woahitsbeckyyy ahhh. Its frustrating isn't it. But I know I need to take it slowly. And using pop sugar, and having the lower impact versions will help. Good luck for when you get started.

I saw this video and started this lesson but it was really difficult 😞I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but my arms just completely gave up and I stopped around 7 minutes mark 😟I really wish I can be so strong, muscular, and empowered like everyone here!
@@rupinjeremiah9589 so I used two sets, five pounds and eight. And I'm pretty sure it's also suitable for men. Keep trying with small weights and move up, that is what I do. Wishing you all the best!!

Finally got cleared to work out after my C section in December.. Modifications worked great for my abs.. Lawd this core needs work though! Keep em comin!

Just done this, as a post surgery workout. (laposcopy). Doing the easier version will help me build back up to the advanced options again. ☺️☺️☺️
On an 8 week restriction from abdominal surgery, too, and only two more weeks until I can work out again! I'm so itching to get back to PopSugar
