@@Chiabelss if it gives u neck pain it means ur using the muscles in ur neck to lift yourself up instead of the ab muscles, so it won't work, be careful with that.
Trying to do abs workouts lying down tends to strain my neck and I've never really got the hang of in no matter how hard I try, this I think I can manage
That's exactly what happened to me when I tried the core workout on her other video. Obviously, I wasn't doing it right. Had to stop the workout and bore the pain for days. This one looks okay.

Yay this was great, I loved the knee drive and circles with the knee move that definitely woke up my hips. I just did this off the back of another standing abs. Great 20min session altogether. Thanks Maddie!
Just completed 73rd day of belly workout just for ten minutes a day from 15 days otherwise for rest all 58 days I did workout for 30 minutes a day excluding ten resting days in between ! Wow surely I am enjoying having sweet fruits of reapwd saw of eight efgirts to be in a healthy body and mind ! I am so happy to be amin a tined healthy bidy and my own oersistent eight smart efforts to have and maintain a slim heakthy body also healthy mind exercise also dusts off the negative thoughts and fills us with a positive energy to do fonstructve work in a day ahead morning is the best time to do exercise even if it means just ten minutes a day in the morning it has a hjge imoact on the rest of the day and its positive impact ! I am happy with my persistent efforts in the right direction to maintain a slim healthy bidy also a healthy mind !

Then only food can help you. If you don’t change your diet exercises can’t help you.I’m just being honest here. Cut out sugar, white food such as bread,cheese,flour,pastas. There is substitute for everything. Don’t drink sodas. Drink 2l of water every day and healthy smoothies.(they can be delicious trust me) Do this and you’ll make it.
I HATE ab exercises and I found these standing ones to be PERFECT for me. I really dislike being on the ground because it feels like I’m not putting in work so these are awesome! Thanks for the video.

@@jojihye there is no way you can make your stomach flat without losing weight. No exercises for abs will help that. You might get muscle but it will be hidden under layer of fat. And you should not 'reduce' sweet drinks intake, you should completely stop drinking sugar drinks.
@@nasreenmohd710 sure thing, one thing is I didnt know how to do so initially when i first started. You know when you do simple activities like getting up from bed you are engaging your core or when you sneeze or when you walk. But for these exercises we gotta voluntarily push our stomach out, everytime you drop to each side she says try not to use your back shes right, each time you drop down to each side breath e out push your stomach outside place your fingers on your obliques you can feel a hard surface for me i have flabs :P so i keep my hand on the left obliques (side stomach the one that works when you do russian twists) if i am dropping to the left. You can casually stand and push your stomach out or blow up yoir tummy to see if you are doing it right place ur fingers on both ur stomach sides or in front if you have a flat stomach there you will def feel a hard surface. Hope I answered your question.
My core did Jack shit. I tried activity pushing the muscles but all it did was put pressure in my head and make me dizzy and light headed, and my stomach felt almost nothing. I got annoyed by the end and just rage quit because not a single moment my abs were engaged 😂 I’m going back to crunches
I love all your workouts!! And I love that you showed a side view, that really helps understand what my posture should look like during the workouts. Suggestions.....not that you asked...🤪 I think it would be a great idea to do a split screen one showing the front ( like you do now) and the other showing your side view at the beginning of each exercise. You do have a hearing impaired subscriber or two. Only a suggestion.

Tried a workout by Pamela that was supposed to be “neck/ back friendly” left and came to this video 3 exercises later, this workout is ACTUALLY neck and back friendly!
Yes I use a cane and I'm 57 was a athlete all my life so I had to modify but I felt great afterwards and i promise myself to do it at least 3x aweek thank you.
@Ggirl I'm down 4 pounds and feeling and looking great try it and if you can't do her movements at first just modify them but with in a couple times you will get her rhythm and you will be able to do the workout.

I started yestedray and felt my abs burn all day day 2: done :) Day 3: done , i sweat a lot more than before Day 4: done, also did some cardio Day 5: done , also went to the gym :) I will update.

Are standing ab exercises as affective as the normal sitting core workouts? I find I never end up sore (good kind) from standing core moves like I would sitting core
They're even better "more normal" than sitting ones. Maybe buy some extra weights for ankles to do those. Abs are "made" to hold pelvis. Not getting the head between knees 😅 so those are actually kinda natural movements for those muscles. Maybe thats why its always sore by crunches bcuz those muscles arent actually used to do that so often.
This is wonderful every night I'm doing this. It's been a week now and I'm seeing a progress on my stomach and a bit of reduction on love handles as well.

You notice how your top part and legs crunch together? That's how your belly loses it's fat, and forms abs..
