Thank you for doing the movements slowly! I used to follow HIIT videos on RUclips where they try to do as many reps as possible due to the time limits but I injured my knees because of that. My physiotherapist told me I overexerted my knees because of the repetitive movements. Doing the movements slowly (mind-muscle connection) makes a huge difference!
Just found this and gave it a try. I’m 61 former fitness coach many years ago. Have battled digestive problems for over two years. One holistic nutrition course, 2 years of working closely with a holistic doctor to rebalance my gut and I’m back! Thought this would be way harder for me just getting back to fitness but I found it easy to follow with just the right amount challenge for even a newbie. Thanks for creating this site. I’ll be looking for daily fitness videos here. Keep them coming. Would love more arms, posture strengthening exercises along with inner thighs and strength training and of course abs core buttocks! Oh heck bottom strength training too, lol
I really like that 12 minute Stan abs and arms it really works out going that slow or I can feel it in my arms and my abs I really enjoyed it thanks for making this 12 minute RUclips exercise video keep making them that is pretty good from Terry
More standing exercises, pleease! I LOVE them as my standard excuse for not working out are dirty floors (and when I clean them, I often no longer have time or strength for exercising) :( Thank you, you are a wonderful trainer! 🫶🏼

This was great and really effective in 12 minutes. Maddie, I like that you do these shorter workouts. I know a lot of people say it takes away the excuse to NOT workout. For me, it is sometimes the opposite. As someone recovering from bad health habits, it reminds me that I don't always have to be devoting hours to working out. Thank you.
Love this. I don't workout arms often so I really felt the burn! Didn't feel much ab burn. I love how you talk to us throughout the workouts, and always really appreciate your form tips, 90% of the time I go "whoops!"...fix my form to what you are describing...and the workout feels much better! Thank you for being in this space, and thank you for creating shorter workouts as well! Some days after 10hrs of work I just don't have the energy, but want to move my body somehow. Your channel is always my go-to!

Love the controlled movements and your excellent directions. Also the exercises require balance exercises so that is a plus for me. I feel safe doing them, I had a little back pain before workout and after workout I feel much better! I am a 53 year old woman.

I love the quick timing but still feel like I got an amazing work out, running late in the morning but had time to fit this in quick. I also love all the different work outs- doesn’t get boring!

Thank you for the workout, absolutely fabulous as ALWAYS!!! ❤❤❤ im a pre and postnatal rehab trainer and let me tell you, these exercises are absolutely essential to rehab after pregnancy especially c-section. I had mine too and always looking for inspo from other trainers as well and this is the workout that I would recommend 100% of the time. on the point, standing abs exercises are the safest when you rehab (start with own body weight and then gradually weight up of course).

Thank you so much for this workout! I have been sick with laryngitis all week and this was my first weight workout this week, as I finally feel better. As someone who works out 5x a week it was hard to rest up but this workout was just what I needed today❤
One thing I've noticed is that the longer I train with Maddie - and this is probably my third year - the less I use other similar channels on YT. Mad has the best balance of content to didactics. If she still played a better tunes for training then it would be 10/10 😜But, well you can't have everything. Regards xxx

I don't have my weights with me so I used 2 water bottles and 1 liter soda bottle and let me tell you my arms and abs are still burning! I usually don't repeat workout videos but this was such a good session that I'll definitely be trying with real dumbells again. Thank you!
