@@josiealicea1859 Fat loss also has a lot to do with diet! Abs are mostly made in the kitchen :) It will take time, hard work and consistency! Focus on the whole plant foods, minimize your fats, and stay consistent with the workouts and you will get there!
Josie Alicea low carb, low fat, high protein diet. seriously, carbs are the worst for fat. fats arent too bad (depending on what it is) but its better to limit your fat take in if you dont have a fast metabolism, and eat MAINLY protein
Don’t let this workout discourage you, I’m pretty fit and this was a challenge for me!! Lower abs isn’t something that’s always hit so it’s gonna be a little difficult, don’t give up!
Maddie Shay YT if it was that easy everyone would have a 6 pack. It’s not really too difficult for the most part. The hardest part for me is staying consistent with exercising
If your butt is on the larger side it's difficult. My work-around is to lower my legs to just before the point that my butt starts curving in and lifting my lower back.
Phoebe Porter thank you!!! I’m sitting upon my cushion throne walking my legs down and my butt makes it near impossible to do this! (Yes! My weak abs also really don’t help) but the padding in the bottom is making my spine say no LOL
It also has to do with a weak muscle called the transverse abdominis and a weak rectus abdominis. These two combined help to control whether your lower back leaves the floor. The idea isn't necessarily to have your back 100% flat, but to have your abs stabilize and hold your spinal position. If you have a large rear (I do) neutral spine for you might not quite be pushing into the floor, but it should be close and difficult to get your hand between your back and the floor. Should still be close though. Its a really important concept in preventing low back pain! Hopefully this is helpful!
emma j I had some all over but mostly lower stomach and it tightened it up in about two weeks. I just moved onto a more intense routine to focus on the rest 😆
Let's see if it will work I will do it about 4 weeks :) Day 1 ✅ okay it wasn't that hard, but I'm sweating too much. Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7 Can you guys like it so I can remember it?😁
GUYS DONT FORGET TO BREATHE exhale on the hardest parts and inhale on the easiest parts on each workout dont hold your breathe this will help a lot to engage your abs more
My boyfriend does the same lol. I told him he needs to stop buying me snacks when he comes back from work but he can't help himself. Came back with a six pack of sprite and was like " you want one?" 😂🤦

Hey guys. I am just a typical Japanese girl who gained so much weight due to the pandemic. I did this workout around April and lost -1kg in 1 month!! Soon then I got lazy and stopped this workout on September and gained +2kg. Lastly, A week ago, I suddenly remembered about this video(a tough workout but really worth trying.) so I planned to start this again and the results are so obvious!!! My weight is now the same as April!!! In my opinion, this workout was the BEST out of all the videos out there... and maybe it's because we have to focus on keeping our back on the ground. TY for reading this long opinion, just wanted to let you guys know that THIS WORKOUT REALLY WORKS!!!
hey everyone!! Today marks day 18 of me doing this workout. I've combined this ab workout with intermittent fasting (18:6) and I've definitely been seeing results in my tummy and overall upper body area! I don't have abs yet and I still have some fat on my body, but I can definitely feel myself getting stronger and toned. It's all about consistency rather than overall progress in my opinion. You guys got this!
That means your legs are weak. You have to exercise your legs also to strengthen it. If you exercise your upper body, you also have to include lower body. It's hard at first, but you'll get use to it.
This workout is totally worth it- I have been doing this 3 times every week for 12 weeks and I have a six pack and I’ve lost 28 pounds. It seems like a long time but it’s only 10 minutes out of your day !!
Plzreply i have question i dont want to lose weight m already skinny can it be good for me to do this???? I dont want to lose but gain weight and abs build up
@@Artlove8900 as long as you are eating enough food you don’t won’t lose too much weight. you can still work out when you are skinny. if you are underweight however, you should keep working out and eat more(ask ur doctor for help with a diet)

I’ve watched many lower abs workouts but you only thought me how to engage my lower abs during the workout. Finally I learned the right position of my muscles 😁👍🏻 thank you!
Honestly I've seen everyone doing the Chloe ting challenge and I tried it but I found it so boring to do the same thing everyday. Now I tried this and it ACTUALLY made me feel like I was burning for real and there were different exercises than the usual crunches..etc
Omg yes! I started off with Chloe and then I found her channel, Maddie's exercises are definitely more challenging (tho I still do one or two videos of Chloe per workout). Both of them are awesome lol
I am doing this for the 3rd time in a week and it really gets easier. I can do this workout 2 times in a row now but the first time I had to pause LITERALLY any 10 sec. To all you girls out there who try to get a quarantine glow up: Just keep going IT WILL GET EASIER
Hi everyone so I’m on around day 60 of doing this workout and I want to say so it , start today because it is so worth it. Along with doing this workout and many others I have learned the healthy way of getting fit and I feel great about myself. This 1 week journey has turned into a life journey and for anyone who is wondering, yes I see results, and I mean. big ones. So if your thinking about doing it today remember these quotes “pain is just weakness leaving your body” and “you can either have a month of results or a month of excuses” you got this guys I believe in you ! 💞💞💞🥰
Angela Tarectecan ofc my Benny doesn’t look like hers, but with making sure I’m eating healthy yes, I would say my belly is flat. Remember: your size doesn’t define you! 💞💞
I've lost my stubborn belly fat thanks to your workouts. You've inspired me not to only work out for the sake of being active and looking a certain way but to feel and be strong. I've been following your workouts before the Madfit channel and I have to say you've come a long way... Much love from France!
@@nishachodhuary7136 I'd say within a month or so I was already shook of how much improvement I had make. Consistency is key, really. Find the right exercises that work best for you, enjoy the process and definitely eat for your abs. Eat whole foods as much as you can, stay away from the junk and drink your water. Don't forget to be gentle with yourself in the process. Best of luck on your journey !
you're probably not gonna see this but for anyone who cares, this is my 3rd day of doing this workout and I can defiantly see the difference! i have a line and my stomach looks way flatter. u got this, and don't give up cuz this is only 10 mins of ur day :)
As a guy who usually only focuses on back, chest, and arms, I have to say this woman has some crazy core strength and stamina. I tried this my first time and I could barely get half way without having to take a break. Although, I can definitely see that this workout is going to strengthen my abs immensely
i know right shes insane! during the entire workout i was always thinking how crazy she is and then she mentioned after the workout that she was a ballerina and it made sense
Just in case someone needs it: Walking feet out ~ 1 minute Crunch leg drop ~ 1 minute Reverse leg crunch w/ leg drop ~ 1 minute V sit ~ 1 minute Single leg drop w/ 10 pulses ~ 30 seconds each leg Leg drop w/ 6 flutter kicks ~ 1 minute L-drop switch ~ 1 minute Plank w/ knee to chest ~ 1 minute Pulses ~ 1 minute Plank w/ leg to side ~ 30 seconds Pulses ~ 1 minute Plank w/ leg to side ~ 30 seconds (The names are based off observation so i just took my best guess)
I'm gonna do this every day for about 2 week, so here's my progress: Leave a like to motivate me! (and sorry in advance if there are any english mistakes) *Day 1* A normal first day, it was a bit difficult, but I managed to get until the end. I really have the motivation to continue! *Day 2* I woke up with some pain, but nothing serious. Day 2 completed and I'm really feeling the workout. *Day 3* Doing good. It still hurts while exercising, but I'm enduring it. *Day 4* Nothing to say here, just doing good. *Day 5* It's getting easier to do every exercise and I'm doing them better, I feel the work. *Day 6* I'm feeling MUCH less pain that before, It's almost easy to do the workout! I'm seeing changes, and I'm feeling more fit. *Day 7* Ok so one week in, and I defenitley see some changes! Not thaaat much, but my abdomen it's more tonified than before. I'm really enjoying this routine. *Day 8* Nothing to say, I was going to take a break today but I ended up doing it anyways :) *Day 9* Today i sufferd because it's to hot and I was wearing winter clothes hehe, but I still made it until the end. *Day 10* Nothing to say, just doing good :) *Day 11* Today I took a break, It was way too hot and I was pretty tired. I'll come back tomorrow *Day 12* It's so easy to complete the routine now! I don't suffer as much as before. *Day 13* Same as yesterday, I'm impressed about how easy it got to complete the routine, excercises in which I suffered before I barely feel the now :D *Day 14* Yay! I completed 2 weeks! If I have to be honest, I didn't think I was going to last until the end, but I made it, and I'm really proud abot it. So, about the differences, I definetly see changes, and I'm so happy. Obviously in 2 weeks I didn't get the perfect body, so I think I'll continue this workout for some more time, or I'll search for a new one. Anyways, thanks for reading my progress and I hope it helps to motivate you!
i absolutely hate this workout and it makes me hate myself as well which is why I can't stop doing it! thank you for this, the fact that I can't get through the whole video without taking small breaks makes me wanna keep doing it and i will not stop until i am able to fully follow you! can feel it working already!
if I'm too exhausted I always take a little break and look through the comment section and I always get strength and motivation here, so that I can continue haha
today is my first dqy including this workout to my routine. couldnt finish it because my lower abs were BURNING!!! i thought i was strong because i've been working out for few months now and that this was gonna be easy, but no sir! will include this into my everyday routine because i want to tone my lower abs. love your energy ♥️
To everyone who workouts alone in there room so there parents don’t find out. Same. But try to talk to them about how you feel and why you want to workout and maybe they could encourage you x
Yesss! At first, my parents were confused as to why I was working out. They thought that I didn't need abs and that it would be weird if I did. Now, my dad is teaching me how to use some of the larger equipment and how to exercise safely so I don't hurt myself. They also got me an Apple watch so I can track my progress.
that introduction was so professional and so right!! You shouldn’t work out just cause you are unhappy with yourself and want an end result; you should workout because of you enjoying the process
Edit as of 5th jan 2020 at the bottom of the post! + eating a lot of vegetables, fruits and meat (basically on a diet) waist size: ~28 inches goal: 23-24 inches Day 1 - really great exercises, i managed to do them all with a 10 seconds break in between to fan myself. Day 4: ✅ I'm actually seeing a difference, mainly in my upper abs, but still yay! Haven't done this in a week or so; Day 5: ✅️ Definitely sore after, but definitely seeing improvement!!
Trying to do this for 14 days straight. Don’t have that much fat too loose, maybe like 2 pounds max, but i’d like to get back to a body I’m happier with. Here’s how day 1 went: Pretty good, getting ready to leave from vacation so I had to this in winter clothes, so you can imagine how that felt, but I endured. Im already kind of sore but I’m hopping I don’t give up. Day 2: I was super busy and forgot 😢. Gonna do it twice tomorrow to make up for it.
Hayden Rector it does work But you have to be consistent in your training like she said. Also get a few rest days in between so your muscles can rest and get better. Mind your diet as well It's not a day to day change but the burn will make you feel better with time passing by.
I’ve done this for 5 days I definitely feel a difference. Before I had a big tight stomach but I can see my waist has gotten tighter and my stomach fat is very loose now! My first day I had to take a break every workout but now I take a break every 2 or 3. Way more effective than just crunches.
So I’ve been paying for a program for over 2 years, I decided to try it yesterday and to be honest I didn’t feel like I was working out. Will be updating on progress!!!!! Hopefully the pain goes away soon. Just wanted to drop a quick comment to say thanks I hope I can achieve my body goals ❤️
@@Hello-jm3qq this is 100% false. like grossly incorrect. i ONLY work out at home ( i can count on 2 hands the amount of times ive been to a gym). i have lupus, so i take breaks in between exercises or even during if i feel i pushed too hard. ive gotten amazing results and killer abs from at home workouts - its about conditioning and getting to a point where you can do the exercises without breaks. for many, it takes a little to get there. theres also things you can add to increase the "weight" if you want to push further (hip thrusts with heavy textbooks, etc on you). there is always a way.

Hey MadFit, I have an anterior pelvis tilt due to having really weak lower abdominal muscles, causing horrible flacid joint and lower back pain. Going to use this comment to track my progress in my journey of helping correct that, and maybe hopefully inspire others! (going to do this 3 times a week for 3 months to see how much of a difference it makes!) MONTH 1: week 1 -day 1, I couldn't do most of the moves, and those I could do I couldn't keep up for long, hopeful for the future and seeing the progress though! -day 2, I had a lot more determination today so I did a fair few more of the moves (yay!), rested where I needed to and even incorporated heel touches when I couldn't do a move to make sure I was still engaging the muscles and working hard, excited for when I can finally complete all of the moves in this video! -day 3, absolutely unbelievable today! I managed to do every single workout apart from the both legs up and down one (don't know the technical term haha), I paused the video and took a minute or so break only three times! so happy with just a few workouts progress, shows if you're determined and put your mind to something you can do it, yay! (other weeks will be left in further replies to this comment!)
MONTH 1: week 2 -day 1, only did 5 mins of the workout, extremely unmotivated today, at least I had a go, need to build back up my motivation for the next time -day 2, did 6 and a half minutes this time, slowly building it back up, managed to do the v sit pulses for a full 45 seconds though (always struggled with that one so yay!)
LOVED THIS !! I always struggle with back pain when I try lower ab exercises but the 'tuck the booty under' reminders completely got rid of back pain !
Fatal Stitches I also have scoliosis, specifically in my lower spine. The stronger your core, the better your alignment. You may not be able to get there now but you will once you build some strength. Almost a year of 5-6x per week exercise has given me almost no back pain and my lower back is now flush with my yoga mat. ☺️ Just don’t give up.
@@TheKatiecatapillar I just modify if there is any pain or pinching. Try yoga! It'll help build your core in a really safe way, and also stretch your back so there isn't so much pain.
Felicia speaks the truth, I also have scoliosis and had to keep up with daily exercises to reduce pain. If I am consistent in working out doing my back exercises the pain is significantly reduced. However if I skip a couple days I can barely bend over and have VERY limited mobility because of my lower back. This workout will be a challenge but yes once you build a little bit of strength up it will be worth it. 100%.
Day 1- I had to take loads of breaks and struggled with keeping my back on the floor. (I forgot to update but I did do it so..) Day 2- I didn't take as many breaks but I still had to take some. I'm still struggling to keep my back on the floor. Day 3- I only took about 3 breaks which is quite an improvement. It was slightly easier to keep my back in the floor and jeez I feel sore. (remind me to continue if I forget)

Thanks for the encouragement! I wish you the best, love from Sweden 🇸🇪

hey everyone!! You guys got this!
not gonna lie but this shit slaps! been doing this for 2 weeks and results are scary fast!
Mamá Julia omg can you tell me more lmao please
have you also been doing any other form of exercise or have you been getting results just from this 10min workout?

Am I the only one who‘s legs just wouldn’t stay straight?! Like I tried, but my legs were shaking and I only could do the workout with my knees bent.
same, but ig you get used to it when you do it routinely
That means your legs are weak. You have to exercise your legs also to strengthen it. If you exercise your upper body, you also have to include lower body. It's hard at first, but you'll get use to it.
yeah me too like im like how tf is she keeping her legs straight?!
Alyona me to omgg glad im not the only one my legs are weak af
Alyona. Consistency is the key. If you stick with it for a few weeks I guarantee it will get easier as your legs build up stamina.
This workout is totally worth it- I have been doing this 3 times every week for 12 weeks and I have a six pack and I’ve lost 28 pounds. It seems like a long time but it’s only 10 minutes out of your day !!

Honestly I've seen everyone doing the Chloe ting challenge and I tried it but I found it so boring to do the same thing everyday. Now I tried this and it ACTUALLY made me feel like I was burning for real and there were different exercises than the usual crunches..etc
Beauty Claire2 yes, I love Chloe but her workout gets boring after a while, this is definitely better.

I'm gonna do this every day for about 2 week, so here's my progress:
Leave a like to motivate me!
(and sorry in advance if there are any english mistakes)
*Day 1*
A normal first day, it was a bit difficult, but I managed to get until the end. I really have the motivation to continue!
*Day 2*
I woke up with some pain, but nothing serious. Day 2 completed and I'm really feeling the workout.
*Day 3*
Doing good. It still hurts while exercising, but I'm enduring it.
*Day 4*
Nothing to say here, just doing good.
*Day 5*
It's getting easier to do every exercise and I'm doing them better, I feel the work.
*Day 6*
I'm feeling MUCH less pain that before, It's almost easy to do the workout! I'm seeing changes, and I'm feeling more fit.
*Day 7*
Ok so one week in, and I defenitley see some changes! Not thaaat much, but my abdomen it's more tonified than before. I'm really enjoying this routine.
*Day 8*
Nothing to say, I was going to take a break today but I ended up doing it anyways :)
*Day 9*
Today i sufferd because it's to hot and I was wearing winter clothes hehe, but I still made it until the end.
*Day 10*
Nothing to say, just doing good :)
*Day 11*
Today I took a break, It was way too hot and I was pretty tired. I'll come back tomorrow
*Day 12*
It's so easy to complete the routine now! I don't suffer as much as before.
*Day 13*
Same as yesterday, I'm impressed about how easy it got to complete the routine, excercises in which I suffered before I barely feel the now :D
*Day 14*
Yay!
You can do it 🤟🏼

@@thiccynicky6827 omg i completely forgot about this😭😂 thank you for reminding me though ! im going to need to restart now.
Alondra Villalobos i believe in you!!😂💕
@@thiccynicky6827 ahh thank you sm !😂💛 you're amazing !
We’re doing it at the same time!!!!
I've been doing THIS ab workout along with Emi Wong's 15 thigh workout...IT WORKS SO GOOD. I dont have any fat or anything like that, but yeah it is definitely giving me ALOT of muscle
Hey MadFit, I have an anterior pelvis tilt due to having really weak lower abdominal muscles, causing horrible flacid joint and lower back pain. Going to use this comment to track my progress in my journey of helping correct that, and maybe hopefully inspire others! (going to do this 3 times a week for 3 months to see how much of a difference it makes!)
MONTH 1: week 1
-day 1, I couldn't do most of the moves, and those I could do I couldn't keep up for long, hopeful for the future and seeing the progress though!
MONTH 1: week 2
-day 1, only did 5 mins of the workout, extremely unmotivated today, at least I had a go, need to build back up my motivation for the next time
-day 2, did 6 and a half minutes this time, slowly building it back up, managed to do the v sit pulses for a full 45 seconds though (always struggled with that one so yay!)
Hummingmousy thank you! Xx
@@lydiasbookshopcafe3473 Thank u for the updates! Keep going, u can do that! ☺🙂
I hope it's going well! 💖
LOVED THIS !! I always struggle with back pain when I try lower ab exercises but the 'tuck the booty under' reminders completely got rid of back pain !
"make sure there's no gap between ur spine in the floor"
Me: I'D LOVE TO BUT I HAVE SCOLIOSIS
Fatal Stitches I also have scoliosis, specifically in my lower spine. The stronger your core, the better your alignment. You may not be able to get there now but you will once you build some strength. Almost a year of 5-6x per week exercise has given me almost no back pain and my lower back is now flush with my yoga mat. ☺️ Just don’t give up.
@@haz.fellie are there any exercises you avoid with scoliosis? am in the same boat :(
@@TheKatiecatapillar I just modify if there is any pain or pinching.
Same😂
Day 1- I had to take loads of breaks and struggled with keeping my back on the floor.
(I forgot to update but I did do it so..)
Day 2- I didn't take as many breaks but I still had to take some. I'm still struggling to keep my back on the floor.
Day 3- I only took about 3 breaks which is quite an improvement. It was slightly easier to keep my back in the floor and jeez I feel sore.
(remind me to continue if I forget)
Dont forger to continue!
continue , don’t forget
Continue don't forget
E_mulay keep going!
Continiunee! You can do it
10 minutes of desperately waiting for that beep beep beep beeeeeep
true🤣
Same here hahaha
This is the first workout video I have watched that clearly explains how to engage the lower abs. Thank you
day 1: I definitely started to quit it’s harder than it looks!! but reading comments just made me change my mind to keep going 💪🏾 thanks guys!!!
Continueeee
her: «you should feel it in your lower abs» me: *feels it in arms, every ab*
And legs ! 😭
Love this! Just added thos to the regimen. And that is a good analogy. I press my lower back down like its a $50,000 check underneath me on a windy day! Lol
I like that she does the full workout and doesn't just tell us what to do
Finally something that’s intense and without mountain climbers. I always get blisters from those lol.
Antonia i never feel the burn w those lmao
Wow! I need to practice this more with you...it was tough! But I like it!!
Yay! Glad you liked it!
I start this today! Hopefully it will work bc I wanna look great this summer!
I’m gonna update this every week sooo stay tuned and keep working hard! You can do this 🔥
Week 1: ✅ wow already a week! This workout routine it’s becoming a normal part of my day for me. I’m eating healthier than before and I can see my lower abs more flat and hard! That’s amazing. I’m gonna keep u update 🔥 I know you can do this 💗🔥
Rebecca Trevisan omg keep us updated
I’m with you gf!
moonlight grande I’m will update every week I promise 💗
Montexan thank you sweetheart 💗
Update??
Thanks so much for encouraging us to not stress about the belly fat but enjoy the journey to fitness. I immediately felt a release and had fun with this workout!
At first I hated this exercise, but now it is my favorite. I could feel the burn only in the lower area. loved it
I got through 7 minutes of the video with no mat.
*ReGrEt*
I went from carpet to my cushion top matress back to carpet- regret and also worst way to do this- youd think the bed would be comfy but im telling i felt my balance struggle even harder
Mars Kickass Do it on a yoga mat. 😆😅
squittles333 Use a yoga mat. So much better than doing it on carpet or on a bed!
1like = a day i do this workout
Day 1: struggled, but i freaking did it! It burned but i liked it because i knew i was doing the exercises correctly.
Day 2: still hard and i feel like it burned more than the first day.
Day 3: DEFINITELY easier than day1&2
Day 4: couldn’t do it today because i was out until 12🙄
Day 5: it hurt like usual. i can’t do it for the next 5 days because of camp but im gonna do it twice a day after!
(after camp) i watched stranger things for saturday to monday and i was also busy with other things so i didn’t do the workout... whoops
also im gonna update every week on sundays instead of daily because i really cba
july 30: uhm well i havent done the workout daily since its summer and ive been busy, but im trying my hardest to make time
*updates coming*
um.. you posted this comment two days ago, but you are already on day three of your workout. hmm......
Rebecca Howarth because it wasn’t exactly a 24 hr difference from the edits..
patricia :P I cried like a baby on the stranger things finale 😭
Good luck man
your'e gay
This was a great ab workout!!
[FEEDBACK DAY BY DAY]
Guys I need motivation, on day one I didn't even make it until 8:30...
One like=one day of this workout until the end
Day 2: yaaas ! Guys I made it until the end this time !! I had to take some break though but it's an improvement ! Even though I didn't make it until the end the first day I still had aches this morning 😂
Day3: it was definitely easier than the first and 2nd time! I had to take breaks again but only during the first half. I don't know it if it's because of those exercices or because of how I eat but I see that the shape of my abs are a little bit more defined
Day4: I took less breaks which shows that's it's becoming easier, I'm really happy to see some improvement in only 4 days !
Day 5: I can definitiely see changes on my body, it's crazy (I also try to eat well though) !! My abs are harder and more defined😄😄
Today I only took 2 very short breaks, it's becoming easier day by day and I'm really starting to enjoy doing it
Suteki Nayume keep it up 😃
Hii! Keep it up! Today's my first day of trying this video and I have to admit I stopped at about 5 mins or so. I got discouraged when my back keeps lifting up a bit. I don't know if it's okay if it's just a little bit and the floor tiles are just slippery with my sweat lol. I wanna be at that stage too! Hope things work out for me!
@@superwebster9449 Hi thanks !! Be careful to not hurt your back! Yes I'm sure you can do it !! I couldn't do it either but with motivation I'm sure you'll be able to do it !!! Keep it up 😄😄😄
KEEP GOING!! ❤️❤️
Add more so you can shock your muscles and grow more
I came across your workouts when looking for something to target my lower abs. I have 4 kids in total with my last baby just 6mths ago and am struggling with that pooch. I tried your workout last night and woke up this morning to try another 2 10min ab workouts. Man I loved it!!! I'm going to Jamaica in June so my goal is to look and feel good. Thanks for starting me somewhere!
I basically turned everything into some form of bicycle kicks
Ok so i've tried doing the Chloe Ting challenge múltiple times and I see no results, so I will try doing this for 2 weeks and update you on my results:)
Start: upper belly 31in, lower belly 35in
Day 1: i reallyyy felt my abs burning! It feels great!
Day 2: I felt my stomach really sore and I had to take a quick brake, but I feel this working:)
Day 3: Today I didnt feel as sore as yesterday, i took 0 brakes, and so far i've lost ½ an inch!
Great! How's it going so far?
