      looking good is great but flexibilty is an important part of working out because you're are working out for tomorrow the flexibilty you gain from stretching today will benefit you in your later year's to avoid problems with mobility, work for today work your abs but workout for tomorrow as well, learning the splits can be achieved within 4 weeks if you work out twice a day we have time with this lockdown to get it and there are channels like mine that can guide you to achieving that goal feel free to visit

    one thing I love about you is that you’re such a natural teacher. you’re always making comparisons and analogies to help people better understand their form or the movements. (ex: “a dog with its tail between its legs” or “balancing a glass of water on your back”) most people who are natural teachers don’t even notice when they do or say helpful things like this, but it makes such a difference for your audience. thank you! ❤️

    I saw results in 3 days I noticed my stomach was harder when I pressed on it and I saw my lower stomach shrank and toned up a little bit. I'm going to do this for a month and see how it goes.

I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

    I was always doing belly burning exercises and NEVER saw results in my lower abs. Thanks to this workout my lower stomach is finally flattening bcs it is getting toned.       @@KK-vs3vz getting results is different for everyone! Some are quick and some are a bit slower, but if you keep pushing on eventually you will see results, it just takes time. Keep trying and don’t let the doubt of results stop you! You are doing great keep on going and have faith in yourself ❤️

    LOVE the no repeat workouts! Keeps it fun and interesting! Then I can repeat the exercises I really liked at the end if I want more. Also really love your fresh and new exercises. Not the same ol exercises you see everywhere. Yes, we get it burpees are a great exercise but I’ve had enough already!!!! Thanks for keeping it fresh and new and different.

    this video was INCREDIBLE. the way she went into depth about how to engage the lower abs was so helpful and I haven't ever done a workout that was so detailed on what to do! this was the first lower ab workout where I actually felt the burn and I can't wait to continue :)

    As soon as this workout was done I instantly said, “That was hard, but that was amazing.” The burn in my abs was so strong, but it felt amazing because I knew this workout worked well. Thank you for explaining how to keep your back pressed into the ground. Every other person simply tells you to press your back into the ground but never shows how or explains what they mean. I now know how to effectively do this which will help my workouts become so much more successful. You also explain each of your exercises so well so it is easy to follow along and keep up. Keep up the amazing work! :)

    July 10th - Day 1 - COMPLETE. Took me sometime to get into some exercises but it's a good start. Tomorrow it will be easier. I know that :)
    July 11th - Day 2 - COMPLETE. It was harder than yesterday but I am ready to combat this routine. See you tomorrow!
    July 12th - DAY 3 - COMPLETE. It feels like it's getting harder, not easier. However, I won't give up. Will continue on! See you tomorrow!
    July 13th - Day 4 - COMPLETE. Wow! The time is flying already. Starting to feel my lower ab muscles. Something is working I think. See you tomorrow!
    July 14th - Day 5 - COMPLETE. Was easier than yesterday. Let's see how tomorrow goes!
    July 15th - Day 6 - COMPLETE. When I see my rolls, it gives me more motivation to keep on going and look a tad similar to MadFit girl.
    July 16th - Day 7 - COMPLETE. Sweating like a pig!
    July 17th - Day 8 - INCOMPLETE. For the first time I did not find any time during the day nor evening to complete this. See you tomorrow!

    REPEAT IT??? Hospitals are under enough pressure just now without me adding to it! Seriously, great instructions for proper lower back form, and excellent that your're not trying to sell this as something which will burn fat, rather this is about toning, just one part of the overall process of getting lean.     As a physical therapy student, I really appreciate how you spend so much time focusing on proper form during your workouts. Exercising without proper form can cause all sorts of injuries and will keep you from getting the results you want! I also love the comment about not being able to spot reduce fat. This is a common misconception I get asked about all the time! I'm a new subscriber, and I am loving all these videos especially during this crazy time! Keep up the great work!

    Thank you so much, I’ve just started my own weight lose journey December 1,2022 and I’m going strong. I’m very proud of my self for not giving in to the temptation around me. I’ve been on a low carb diet and lost 6 pounds in 8days, it may not be much to others but for me it’s a start and a confidence booster.

    I’ve been struggling to understand how to breathe and squeeze my abs and hold my lower back into the floor and do the work out all at the same time 😂 I’ve been working out for weeks now but I only see the line in the middle of my stomach trying to form more !!! I’m not going to stop though, working out gives me something extra to work for and fulfill my day , I’m 17 & I’m already slim I just want abs

      im 9 months late but the usual rule of thumb is: exhale when it's harder (eg. when you are dropping your legs during leg drops). im also 17 and trying to get into better shape. in these months how much improvement have u seen+any tips for me? thanks

    I wanted to share my story with everyone else as someone who is also struggling or trying to incorporate working out little by little in their day. Today was my first day, this was my first workout, I’m 165 LBS but my goal is to be 125. Which i have achieved in the past, so this comeback is a personal one and one thing that helped was also cooking my own food at home, not eating out as much, but also even a 10 minute workout goes a long way❤🎉 whoever reads this, if this resonates with you, then trust me you aren’t alone❤

    Just did this twice in a row and love the sequence so much. I am used to doing my 20 minute core workouts 5 exercises, 4 rounds, but this 10 exercises 2 rounds was a treat! THANKS!

    I always appreciated that you took the time to explain how to exercise with proper form. Those who hate to hear talking during their workouts obviously do not care about using proper form during their workouts which can prevent injury.     thank you so much for explaining the right form and giving tips on how to do it right. Chloe Ting sometimes reminds us of having a good form as she does the exercices but doesnt really take time to explain. I also injured myself after a Pamela Reif workout because she doesnt talk at all during her videos (nothing against these two, their videos and exercices are still very good when you know what youre doing)

    New to your workouts, as of last week, and I'm hooked!     I'm going to be keeping track of my progress. I'm going to shoot for one week. Feel free to like/comment so I can be reminded if I forget.
    I'm 5'2" and weigh around 115lbs. I'm not overweight or anything, but I actually do have quite a bit of belly chub that I want to turn into lean, muscle! I don't feel very healthy, as I sit at a computer all day every day. So, I'm going to try this and maybe some running.
    Day 1: While doing the exercises, I felt my lower back burn just as much, if not more, than the abs! During the ending, I really was struggling to finish because my lower back muscles were so strained. Also, while doing these exercises, I can't keep my legs straight, but the routine still feels affective. The exercise felt like it went by really quick and I think it's thanks to the 15 second breaks! I know I shouldn't, but I'm eating some ice cream right now after it!
    Day 2: Started with her 15 min video on stretches because I know I have like .001 flexibility. During the 10 minute workout, I still felt the majority of the strain on my lower back muscles. Still can't keep my legs straight. The last exercise I'm noticing is hardest for me. It's hard to lean back all the way, and I feel no burn on the abs really, but rather the lower back. Today, I found myself forcing longer breaks than the 15 seconds. I woke up feeling no soreness though. I didn't sweat too much, just got kinda sticky and my armpits are slightly wet. I'm going to try to go for a run now, so that I can sweat.

    I feel that this is one of the fitness channels that really care about your development by the way she clearly instructed how to do each action. I’ve got muscle imbalances in my back, uneven legs eventually, from not doing the exercises correctly. It’s really hard to fix those now

    My little journey :
    Day 1 : Struggle a little bit but finished ✅
    Day 2 : Finished quite easily but there’s one exercice that is quite difficult but I did it 😝✅
    Day 3 : I stuggled for the walking plank position (just 3 sec break) and I finished it !
    Day 4 : Break day 🛑
    Day 5 : I stuggled a little bit on the pulls leg today but honestly it was okay ! I sweat a lot thank you Maddie 😂😭
    Day 6 : I loved it doing the exercices today ! I do not struggle that much now but omg I still sweat a lot 😂😂
    Day 7 : I had no energy to this workout today but I still did it ! And I am so proud of myself
    Day 8 : 2nd Week start !! I did these exercises more easily, I do not take a break anymore but still a lot sweating 😅
    Day 9 : Break ❌
    Day 10 : Ok now those exercises are quite easy for me 💪🏻
    Day 11 : Still easier and easier
    Day 12 : 17 august

    This was intense. After I finished I didn’t think it was horrible so I did pamelas beginner ab after, but holy crap. I was sore for 2 days. Definitely going to keep doing this video.

    I am sending this to my bff because these exercises definitely tore up (in a good way) my lower ab zone in the first try which is what I wanted! I did these also with ankle weights on. My abs are screaming for mercy, lol. I’m doing this everyday now

      It takes time to strengthen those deep ab muscles as well as your hip flexors!

      Work on flexibility. Stretch, do yoga. Does wonders for strengthening your legs.
