I totally love these exercises! Although I omit about 3, especially the Spiderman body destroyer. I am beginning to see results, slow but steady. I like the fact that there is nothing but action and no talk. I just follow along and catch a breath on the omitted ones, lol!

Yeah that spiderman is no joke. It's got a bit of push ups mixed in
there is an toned down version of the spidermens:
you can do the spidermans as an actual plank. So no push ups, just the leg and torso movement. When you feel more confident, you simply add the push ups one by one and do as many as you can and before failing stay in a plank postion.

Yes definitely, if you have a reasonably low body fat and do this for 7 days you should definitely see results. And certainly feel the difference. It’s a well put together sequence of exercises. Very effective!
@user-up6un2pi5l you will build core strength, but you need lower fat percentage to see the results. And good protein diet and recovery. Do it 10 minutes every other day after workout

Been working out seriously for 12 weeks now, and I've seen amazing results, from a beer belly to seeing my abs partially, been hitting the gym 4 times a week and doing weighted abs workouts before each gym session. I say all of this to get it across that I've been some what fit not to mention, running a half Marathon, and running 6,7,8 and 10 miles shuffling weekly.. felt like I was untouchable when it came to abs workouts and I would pick random ones and just follow along without feeling that much challenged. But brother I commend you, I normally dont save other routines but I'm saving this one I completed it but my form wasn't firm right through so I'd say I competed but with high diff I'll work towards making it mid diff, thanks fam.

It can take weeks to see small results and months to see anything truly significant. Seeing something in days (or just 1 day) is unheard of and unprecedented. It's most likely in your head. But hey, keep on trucking!

Just wanted to say how much this video in particular and the upper abs workout has helped me. I suffered with flared rib very bad. Then I started doing your training every 2 days. Within 2 weeks I no longer had any flare of the rib at all!!! THANKYOU SO MUCH

Thank you! Yes, I love adding ab exercises to the end or beginning of my workouts. Switch it up from day to day - lower abs, upper abs, obliques, etc. that way you can work the entire core.

Nice workout, how many different type of workout is enough for the lower ab?
I like to do between 10-15 mins of abs each day along with exercises that get my heart rate up to burn additional calories. HIIT & TABATA workouts are great for this or you can incorporate some cardio via running, cycling, etc to get the best results. And don’t forget about diet. To see abs your body fat should be below 14%. A gold diet (meal plan) is the fastest and most effective way to get there.
Incredible workout. I’ve been working abs very consistently over the past few years and couldn’t finish the routine without rest the first time
My favorite part of the up next part of this workout: FINISHED!! Wow tough 5 minutes especially when you're 53.
