KG skill level was off the charts.., you can look videos of him playing 1 on 1 against others when practicing in USA team drills, and no one could beat him.., but the physicality of the game in the time he played did not allowed him to use all he had, even though he still was one of the best PF all time, he would've been able to do so much more in this era cause he could've use all the skills he had.

Exactly 💯 and MJ and KOBE set great examples for how to speak in public. And these guys are in this social media era and don't even realize it lol
He also didn’t have Dr. J or bill russel or wilt saying he was better than Jordan where they could have made that argument.
Yo I hate when people try to justify GenZ ignorance “because they’re young”. Every other generation studied the greats that came before them except GenZ. It’s the same thing with the young artists/musicians. Just say you’re not a student of the game bro.
They just say flat out dumb shit
Took the words right out of my mouth. They have absolutely no respect and pay no homage. We gave y’all this hoop shit, this style, this hiphop, this culture, and all they do is shit on the OG’s. We weren’t like that with our fathers and uncles or elders in general. I personally can’t stand these lil mfs!
Genz has access to Google, chatgpt and RUclips and yet they still think the 90s had plumbers in the league.
Like everything they say can be fact checked in two seconds on Google, but they are still too lazy to do that.
Like do people understand that the Harlem globe trotters were playing in the 60s and doing everything you see now in the current nba? The league had very strict rules on dribbling back then, but it wasn't like people couldn't do fancy crossovers 😂
This what happens when you don’t get yo ahhh whooped
Facts
KG said yall got mom's and dads , yall ain't even outside we really was at the park......Facts 🤣😂🤣🤣🤣
That was unbelievably funny and yet pure truth 😂
This era of player is the most disrespectful in NBA history. Growing up, the Bird/Magic era, MJ era, Kobe era... they all got on their hands and knees to show their predecessors the respect and accolades they deserved. They had genuine love for the ones that played before them. No way any of today's players could hang for a full game let alone an entire series against the Bad Boys of Detroit, to say the least.
Facts 💯💯 mfers loved to give credit to who inspired them & who game they liked most. I think this younger generation period needs to be humbled.
They are all about self-promotion these days.
They're loudmouths without any single hardware to show for it. maybe they're getting more 💵💵 is why they're acting 💩💩💩💩 but not realizing they're sitting too far down from the the goat chairs. What a shame😰
I have never seen MJ and Kobe get on their hands and knees.

KG and the Truth. Speaking the truth and giving a master class!!! RESPECT!!!
KG broke that shit down like a 12 Gauge Shotgun!!! The NBA today is like Pop rap today. Nobody is original. Damn near 90% of the players just shoot 3 pointers all day. I admire Joel Embiid game. He got an inside and outside offensive set.
Also points are inflated. It would be tough to get as many threes off playing against the 96’ bulls or even 08’ celtics.
Eh, the Embiid foul-baiting just ruins his game. He definitely would not be flopping his way to the foul line 15x a game in the 90s
You sound goofy as shit. How original can one be playing basketball? Everybody was inspired by another player, wtf are you yapping about kiddo?
Embiid would be a Shaq like force, if he played back then. He wouldn't need to shoot 3's, they would feed him on the block for 48 minutes.
@@coreyv574 48 MINUTES? Sorry but Embiid and Shaq are not built like Wilt Chamberlain. Both guys break down in heavy minutes.
I love listening to KG talk. Lol You can tell he feels everything he says and he means it.
What hurts more is that KG been going hard for ANT. Especially since they’re both T Wolves. He always supported him. So it’s the perfect person to deliver the message. And KAT even got a chance to play with KG so that message WILL echo to the locker.
Shoutout to Ticket for saying what needed to be said emphatically.
We need more of this talk. Best way to improve the league today.
The way the media is “teaching” the history of the game is a tragedy that’s what happens when all they talk about is MJ & Bron everyday now all of a sudden a whole era didn’t have skill

Anthony Edward's is young and dumb.
How you think the new era feel when the old era say “the league has gotten too soft, they rest too much.” That’s disrespect in itself like they not putting in as much work or more as the previous eras
Great words KG. Shit like this is why despite what some of these PGs do today, Allen Iverson will always be my fave. Playing the way he did for his size in that era was crazy and a thing of beauty to watch

KG prides himself on being a teacher and a leader. So you know this was something that really grinded his gears. Thing is today's players, and today's generation in general have no respect for the generation before them. It's weird. I think millennials and younger don't respect the older folks the way older generations did. I say this as a millennial myself. I see my peers with 0 respect for the people paving the way for us. Yeah, they weren't perfect. But they did their best. Learn from them. To say they had no skill is beyond disrespectful. These players today don't even have post moves. Lol. Talking about no skill.

I was so happy Paul pointed out just how great of a player KG was. He was one of the first 7 footers with a silky smooth jumper and because of his build he was still able to run the court for someone his size.
