    LOVE IT!!!!! Anna you are my personal trainer in my own home. I am so lucky to be able to workout with you anywhere I go. your 20 min high intensity workouts are my favorite. thank you, please never stop!

    The warm up felt like part of the routine! I also wish that the girl who was doing low impact would have continued to it through out the work-out.

    Just did this I'm a sweaty mess! I started popsugar workouts two months ago and I can't get enough I can tell a difference I've lost weight and toned getting to my goal weight!

    woo just finished this workout and I LOVE IT!! so good, I was definitely sweating. :).... Ever since I started your workouts I have been noticing so much definition , I am becoming super toned. Exactly what I wanted!! woo, thanks girl, love you! Please keep posting and never stop:)

    wow that was intense!!! not my favourite but challenging. too much time on the wrists and i dont like the side twists on the fore arms, i feel pain in my upper back and shoulders...
