I really love popsugar workouts. I've been doing them lately because they fit so much into a small amount of time, which is exactly what I need for my schedule! I was doing some Jillian Michaels workouts for a while (which are also great), but I've found that I enjoy the huge variety that popsugar provides for 20-30 minute workouts. Also, I love all of Anna's positivity! Thanks for these :)

2 months out post bilateral mastectomy and just finished second round of chemo...modifications needed were on the push-ups. To replace I did plank with a side turn and arm extended to ceiling to stretch armpit area that I have cording in.
Personally love her workouts! You inspired me to do my own channel about fitness!
Probably shouldn't have worked out 20 minutes after eating breakfast....woops. But still, I'm proud of myself for finishing this video! It was a real challenge, so thank you!

Good workout pop sugar; it looks challenging. I hope you continue recording more hard workouts so the advanced subscriber can workout as well.
One approach would be to repeat the 10-minute videos 3-4 times, or when they involve weights, use heavier weights.

I won't continue an exercise workout that is interrupted by advertisements. Though I love PopSugars, this one is off my list. Too frustrating to be in the middle of a set with my heart rate up, and then have an ad start.

Is this considered cardio? Or would you have to do cardio in conjuction with this?
Some would be considered cardio like the jumping but the push-up and crunch would be consider core. It depends on what you prefer
It was cardio for me. average heart rate 129. Max 156. My Fitbit underestimates heart rate when I’m on the high end, so it may have been higher.

Per my Apple Watch, I burned 104 calories. I did all of them advanced moves except a modification for the plank. My wrists are proportionally much smaller than the rest of my body (gotta love that booty;) so I did plank walk outs instead. I am dripping with sweat!
