This has to be one of the best workout videos on RUclips. I've used this on and off for years and always have good results. I always lose inches off my waist, thighs, and butt when I'm doing this consistently. Furthermore, you can just do the lunges or ab sets on their own at any time. Thank you!

I hadn't worked out in months when I did this workout with my mom. We could barely finish half of it the first time. We kept repeating this video every other day for a month (still not tired of it). We both lost weight within the first few weeks... but more importantly, the feeling of getting stronger and fitter week after week, got me more and more into exercise. I literally look forward to this routine. This workout has toned my body in a way that 30 mins on a treadmill or elliptical never did. Agree with the comments below... please bring her back :)

Wow I just looked at the date on this video. I've used this video as part of my workout routine for over 8 years!! This workout works EVERY muscle in your body until it burns. You definitely feel it once you are done and the next day. It's my favorite workout!
This was one of my favorite workouts I've ever done with PopSugar, and I work out with you guys almost every day!! Loved that there were concentrated workouts on each section and that we didn't have to do circuits several times over. Brilliant!!

RE: the chatter. Not much different than my small group training sessions where the chatter never stops: the trainer is constantly reminding us of form, breathing, etc., encouraging us through the tough spots. And we comment, too, about how we're feeling! These gals are trainers with Popsugar. I guess if it's too annoying, one could just turn the sound off of these workouts. RE: intensity. Popsugar has workouts for every level. Glad to see the calorie--never as much as I'd like.
Awesome!! I've been working out with Jillian Michaels DVDs and love them, but this was a great change from the norm. I was sweating and I know my abs will be on fire tomorrow!

I love doing jillian micheals vids and i find switching them up w lisa is great. They both are very intense! I bet you have a killer body! Keep it up!!
This was just what I needed! An intense pilates video for when you are craving a workout but don't have time for a full 60-90 minute session. LOVE!

This by far is the best workout on Pop Sugar Fitness. Lisa makes the most of time alloted and gets it all in. I only wish they would tape some new workouts with Lisa Corsello at 40 minutes or longer. I have done the ones you have multiple times.

burn is right! owwie. good 30 min workout :) i personally prefer videos with more talking. when i do workouts with less talking i end up missing something, like not holding my abs in. anna's comment to squeeze the weights during bicep curls was very helpful, I usually don't feel that as much as I want. and sometimes with less chatty instructors i'm on the mat and i look up to find them in a completely different pose.

I love this workout! Lisa (Burn SF) has a wonderful personality and is so sweet. She encourages you without being intense - the yogi in me loves that! I have done dozens of Anna's popsugar workouts and LOVE them. This is one of my favorites -- I also love Anna's skinny jeans 10 minute workout :) Thank you Popsugar!

I really enjoy this workout, mixed in with other videos and exercise, I find myself coming back to it every few days. I feel like all my muscles have been engaged without pushing myself too hard. Plus you get to hear Anna's 'oh babies'.

This workout is probably one of my favorite Popsugar workouts. It NEVER fails to make me burn like crazy. If you think you have a strong core, do this work out and see that you probably aren't as strong as you thought!! Plus the arm work in it is fantastic even using 3# weights is intense.

This is the best pilates video I've done yet! I have gotten a bit out of shape after taking 3 months off from my usual HIIT workouts. This video was fun and challenging! Just as I was feeling I couldn't take it anymore, she switched to a new move. I will def be coming back to this :)

I don't normally do not do Pilates workouts but this cardio one was awesome. Not a whole lot of squats which I cannot do because of my knees. Do more of them!

Every single muscle in my body was working! I was a bit skeptical of getting a good burn with the 3 pound weights, but the combination of the exercises makes it feel like you are lifting much heavier! This is one of my new favorites.

Total KILLER body workout! One of my favorites, really works!
This was fun and energizing workout that beginners can access. I had some trouble coordinating my moves with the instructors' in the beginning (blame lack of rhythm), but could follow the rest easily. That's not to say the workout was easy though! I didn't use weights for the arms part, but still felt the burn in my shoulders. For the triceps part, I practiced the chair and drinking bird yoga poses. The end and sequence was challenging, but I made it all the way through. I do have to work on not straining by neck during those kinds of ab exercises...
