This workout I had to do twice. After getting stronger by doing PopSugar videos at least twice a week I did this again and felt awesome after completing it. Love Anna's personality and attitude. Awesome balance of being real and motivational to keep working out. Keep doing these videos, please!!!

Great workout Anna. You have lots of ab/core workouts that are 5, 10, or 15 minutes. I would LOVE to see more 30 core/cardio focused workouts.
This Class FitSugar series is the only fitness program that I was successful to do EVERY DAY. Every day I get to do different part of the workout. I also like seeing modified version. Today, I especially enjoyed that Anna explained why we get pain in different part of the body because our core is not strong enough, etc. Thanks Class FitSugar for making me healthier and stronger!

I found this workout almost by chance and I decided to try it out. It almost killed me the first time and a day later I felt all my muscles hurting so bad. But I decided to try it again anyway so that now, I try to do it three times a week. It really helped me and seeing that my body is slowly changing (I mean, reeeally slowly. The patience that is needed is insane) is one of the best feelings and an amazing experience. It's really worth so hold on! Good luck to everybody :)

Immediate effect. My stomach feels so much better. I think that if I do this over time it will help so much. My stomach isn't that big because I am a sporty person in general but I hope to gain that flat stomach that I really need. This has helped me achieve that. Thank you so much❤

This was so great! Those pike and tucks at the end had me shaking.
I liked this one, pretty challenging for me without being impossible. I hope I can work towards doing this one without pausing or modifying. Especially that pike tuck series 😵

I thought this wouldn't sweat me but I was wrong it did sweat me n the last part of the workout is very relaxing which calms our body so well. I did this a few months ago it went really well but I left it in middle so I m gonna try again this time

I want a flat stomach badly, that in my family is very very rare because our family is kind of known for having skinny fat stomachs where you're not really fat like that's the first thing but you're body is skinny but with fat in legs and the stomach that can be removed with a lot of work, *not* some kind of short body with fat being close to being a core part of it.
It fell apart at the roll ups lool but I'll be back again to do this
can this help with a bit of stomaxh flab to tighten up
