These workouts have really helped me so much. I have muscles where I have never had muscles before and my body has definitely changed. I don't weigh myself, but I'm definitely leaner and I'm feeling so much more comfortable with my body.
I love these workouts! I started this year at 208lbs. So far this year I have lost 28lbs since June, I haven't modified diet just do portion control and I feel amazing! Working out with Anna and the other instructors is so much fun and they encourage you to go that little bit further, getting my body back after carrying two huge babies was hard!!!
Anna, I love your videos!!! I became very i'll in the end of January and nearly died. After a month in the hospital, I had to learn how to move again. I stupidly went to a gym and joined a HIT class and ended up fracturing my knee in three places. Your workouts are amazing.... you give me the modifications I can do and you explain everything... I do one or two of your workouts daily. Thank you for helping me!! You are truly a teacher and your love of what you are doing comes through so strongly!!!

Thank you Anna and co, this was a great workout to get the heart pumping without being too full on. The cool down at the end made it so worth the sweat and pain.

Love the Pop Sugar workouts cuz they warm you up well and in the cooldown they hold the stretches longer than the 5 seconds other workout videos do. They even do this on the shorter videos. Excellent and much healthier. Keep up the great work!

I did this one today. I loved that it was fast paced.
Yesterday was a strenuous runnung day and I was searching for a mostly arms and core workout without to much jumping - this one was perfect! I added your 10-min. Toning arms and the new10-min. Brandon Goodman arms to round out my workout.

The beginning is slow, the workout itself is great but then a 5-minute cooldown! I wish this was longer! I don't feel like I worked out 20 minutes.
I love the Popsugar workouts and Anna, but this one felt like the warm up and cool down were a little long for such a short workout. Don't worry, I still had sweat pouring! And I didn't have a ton of time, so that was great.

Thanks a lot for this! Due to injury i can no longer do exercises on my knees. This was great; straightforward, simple and effective. Please do more of these short focused workouts, either full body or lower body/abs, would really appreciate it :)

That was way harder then I expected. Looks simple but the round 3 made me shift to modifications ! Thank you for the amazing energy and fun , ladies! 😊 Besides the positive body effect this workout also lifts spirits! 😊

I know this is an old video. But I just started a month ago. Can anyone tell me when I'm on my back to do exercises that I can't breath. I feel like a panic attack is happening. I usually get up and breath slow until I catch my breath. Any ideas will help.

This is a good workout, but it is really only 10 minutes of work. The warm up was five minutes and the cool down was five minutes.

Really a 12-14 min work out since you spend 5 min with the cool down and around 3 minutes for the warm up. Not a full 20min work out people.
