    I've been doing a wide variety of all the popsugar fitness videos daily (mostly daily, sometimes I'll go a a couple days- a week without working out 😳) with the exception of rest days for about a year and safe to say I'm stronger, more toned and have lost 70 lbs. love these videos!

    3 months out of double mastectomy and 4th round of chemo in 4 days and I am finally able to do this entire workout with only one modification, knee push-ups!

      Changing your diet and removing meat and diary or reducing them greatly might also help. Keep up the good work!

    I really appreciate this facilitator/trainer's approach. She's very encouraging when she provides a modifier and also just a sweet and understanding attitude. This goes a long way for me!

    I know some people aren't happy with the repeated moves, but I really liked them. please continue doing workouts like this :)

    I had a bad day at work but coming home to workout with the Popsugar girls always puts a smile back on my face. :) This one burnt out my arms with my 8 pounds weights after round 2, so I had to modify it and drop my weight for the rest. Feeling the burn!!

      Wow Amy, that's amazing strength! Is this class also for men? I just saw this video and started this lesson but it was really difficult 😞I could only manage with 1 pound dumbbells and stopped around 11 minutes in the class as my arms completely gave up! I am very weak and unconfident. I really wish I can be strong and empowered like everyone here!

    I’ve been doing your workouts for 3 years now! I started with the 15 minute workouts and built up to 20, 30, 45...sometimes the 60 min boxing with Krista DiPaulo if I’m feeling spicy. These are perfect for quarantine. I hadn’t done this one since it came out and I forgot how much this one kicks your ass. Probably my hardest one this week (and yes I am working out to your channel five times per week now that I have time 💕).

    I have been doing pop sugar workout for past 2 months. seeing amazing results. my stamina has improved and i could finish all yr workouts to the end. I love you anna. great job..

    I made it to the end of this video! My fitness level is so low I usually only last about 12 minutes. I mostly did the modified moves, but that is still clear progress! Thanks so much for this vid!

    I don’t usually go for this format of reps building and repeating to four rounds BUT it’s great to challenge myself and also I just missed Anna, Dré, Kaycie! Definitely got my muscles burning and am so sweaty even if the actuak workout has no jumping!

    This was awesome!!!! It is difficult for me to do push-ups, due to wrist problems. But I made it work and worked it out. My entire body. This will be in my rotation.

    this is a good workout. i burned a total of 129 calories. my heart rate was between 137 and 178. thanks popsugar fitness

    Love most fitsugar workouts. This was not my favorite. I know the point was repetition, but I like a little more variety.

    great workout - a workout is as hard or easy as you make it. I lifted heavier weights than normal as it was shorter reps than im used....i was drenched in sweat by the end 😊

    Loved this one! I used 10 lb weights, and I was feeling the burn. The only negative I have is that I felt bad for Anna when she kept asking the other ladies to let her know how many more reps they had left to go, and neither of them said anything the majority of the time! Anyway, I'm adding this to my rotation. Thank you!

    Yes my heart rate went up when toning!!!!!! My resting heart rate is 57 runs in the family) so it is hard to get up. Challenging but great!

    Wow, this was tough! When Anna said to grab my mid weights, I optimistically reached for my 3 kg (6.6 lbs) ones and rolled over immediately after trying the first push up and rotate. So I humbly picked my 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs) and even that was really really difficult but somehow I powered through. Thank you so much for this awesome workout! I can barely type now, that's how tired I am from it!

      Three weeks later (after doing all sorts of different PopSugar workouts) - I moved up to the 3 kg ones even with the push-up and rotate! Thank you, Anna and the whole PopSugar team, you're making such a difference in so many people's lives!

    Really enjoyed most of this but due to a massive shoulder repair, this was a little too much on my shoulder, even with modifications. But recommend it for others.

    idk why is this, but these workouts from Anna and PSfitness are the only ones i DO NOT hate, seriously 😂 i struggle and it hurts, but i always do these without fear or without "overpushing myself" and complaining... any other workout challenges are HELL but these are more like hmm im curious :) plus here are three women, power trio helping each other and motivating one another, whilst other videos are just one person.. maybe thats why this is more "fun" :)
