Over the summer I was doing FitnessBlender workouts and I felt really good when my friends saw me and said I looked great and a lot skinnier. When school started back up I stopped because I had no time but I gained a lot of weight since the summer and want to be down to a descent weight again so Im going to start these again.

Guys, I got a great result. My waist went up to 34. I did one week everyday exact as the video. Hence increase the repetition everyday for 1 month. Now my waist back to 31. I also do treadmill for 10 mins before to warm up my body. Now I added 10min butt and thigh and 10min abs and obliques. Tell you , you don't have to spent any money and buy DVDs, just be persistant . But don't chow down and become calorie freak, eat healthy.
I wanna thank these guys. Last year I was 200 Pounds and I went all the way to 169. Between these videos and eating only 1,200 calories a day helped me out a lot. I wanna thank fitness blender so much. I kinda stopped a bit and went back up to 180 but I’m back on it again. I permanently lost inches in my waist and my abs show no matter what. Thanks again ❤️ 🙏
After watching me train for the past 2 months, my almost 12 year old daughter joined in this morning! It was a hard one! She says she wants to train with me every morning now. :)
@@mi8148 It didn't last long. After a few days she stopped. She is 15 now and she makes her own decisions about her body. It's the quarantine now; we go for walks. I still train a bit but not as much as when I wrote this. She now stays almost full time with her dad so I am not aware of all her exercise routines.
I actually find working our abs difficult to do properly because it's not a huge muscle group and most of the exercises involve full body involvement. This makes cheating much too tempting. This is especially true for when it involves more upper body movement as you will use your chest and arms to generate as much momentum as possible to help you. Isolating the abs in the exercises takes a lot of control and technique.
yessssss !!!! IT really does work though. I have only done this work out consistently for about a week and a half and I see it. I also drink more lemon water and watch what I eat though. #readyforsummerbanginbodies
This is such a good 10 minute abs workout. I've done it several times and every time I'm exhausted at the end. It's a really good routine to do just before bed or first thing in the morning if there's not much time. Works every part of the abs thoroughly.

Anyone in quarantine doing this? 😏 Day 1: I was dying, but feels so good once you're done. Keep your core contracted as much as you can, and do the exercises at your own pace! Day 2: Really sore from yesterday, but managed to complete the workout... I was more focused on the moves today, and did them at my own pace. I was even aware of when my abs weren't contracted. Day 3: Break... Wasn't feel too good so I decided to take a break.
I've been working out with you guys for about 3mo now and I've never been fitter. Thank you so much. What I love the most about these workouts is that they actually show you the importance of having control over your body, they don't make you feel pressured on keeping up.

Some of our workouts have the warm up & cool down included, others don't - the short ones like this one typically don't because people like to piece these shorter ones together to build their own custom routines. i thought the pulse crunches would be easy so i went ham on them in the beginning and then i got to the bicycle crunches and I literally died. Definitely had to stop a couple times
I'm a thirteen year old girl with belly fats and a slow metabolism. I do this everyday and I wanted to lose weight. Even though i am just thirteen, i am pretty heavy because of the bones and the fats. I am 61 kilograms or maybe 130 something pounds. I have visible abs whenever i stop eating junk foods for two weeks. But this routine stopped being challenging 2 months into it. So i dont think i made much progress after that time period
Well, of course you won’t keep making progress doing the same workouts over and over if you have built up those muscles and strength. In order to see results, you have to eventually challenge yourself to a higher level. That depends on what your goals are as well. If you want a flatter stomach and there’s no burn with the old workout, that means it’s time to advance.

tran Ngoc I know its kinda of a late response but when doing ab exercises focus on squeezing your ab muscles rather than on lifting your head this way youll manly focus on your abs.

OMG I did this for the first time today and I have never felt this feeling in my abs region ever before !! Like in fire 🔥 it motivated me to finish. I am definitely going to do this at least 3x a week with my other workout exercises. I will come back in a while to update and see if I have noticed any changes
Have done this one for about a month now, I do it 3-4 times a week and I can really see that my abs are more defined now! I usually combine it with a butt and thigh workout or a HIIT!

doing this along with the other video twice a day (mon-fri) actually made my stomach flat! and within two weeks! it also prevented me from bloating.

Today is my first day doing this ,am welling to start doing the 37 min cardio workout one day and this exercices the next day when am not feeling like put in much effort +trying to reduce the food i eat on the resting day

tran Ngoc I know its kinda of a late response but when doing ab exercises focus on squeezing your ab muscles rather than on lifting your head this way youll manly focus on your abs.

I've been doing this workout along with Cambria Joy's ab workout for summer and it's incredible. You feel so great after doing it and it's definitely made my stomach tighter. Would recommend these two workouts very highly!!!

This is where I begin my journey. Ten min and I'm literally drenched in sweat.
OMG I did this for the first time today and I have never felt this feeling in my abs region ever before !! Like in fire 🔥 it motivated me to finish. I am definitely going to do this at least 3x a week with my other workout exercises. I will come back in a while to update and see if I have noticed any changes

Have done this one for about a month now, I do it 3-4 times a week and I can really see that my abs are more defined now! I usually combine it with a butt and thigh workout or a HIIT!
I’ve come back to these videos after a few years and they are still great, but having ~30 seconds of ads in the middle really kills it for me.
Sadly a lot of creators have said that RUclips puts in additional adds automatically once a video goes above a certain view count :/ not the fault of this channel, they probably didn't place that add there themselves
