I can agree with you, I am using it too. I've started using it 2 weeks ago and until now I've lost 13 pounds, which is excellent result, I think (I was 175, now I am 162). Also, I like it because it's based on natural and healthy methods to speed up metabolism, specially adapted to women... without hard and exhausting exercises (like Insanity and HIIT programs). I am satisfied with it, so my vouch for it :)
Whenever I feel the burn and gets too much take a quick second break look down at my flabby abs then that gets me motivated to carry on!!:D

It's actually one of the most effective exercises for activation of the rectus abdominis and obliques. It also gets your hip flexors involved.

I weighed in at 325 back in March 2015, and I feel that was my rock bottom. I have stopped drinking beer, and I started walking alot these past few months. I last weighed in at 269, and I finally got the courage to work on my abs. I plan on including the 4 available abs and obliques 10 min work out to increase my health goals.

Guys, I got a great result. My waist went up to 34. I did one week everyday exact as the video. Hence increase the repetition everyday for 1 month. Now my waist back to 31. I also do treadmill for 10 mins before to warm up my body. Now I added 10min butt and thigh and 10min abs and obliques. Tell you , you don't have to spent any money and buy DVDs, just be persistant . But don't chow down and become calorie freak, eat healthy.

I'm a thirteen year old girl with belly fats and a slow metabolism. I do this everyday and I wanted to lose weight. Even though i am just thirteen, i am pretty heavy because of the bones and the fats. I am 61 kilograms or maybe 130 something pounds. Because of doing this and joggings and walkings too, I am now 57 kilograms.. Thank you! No pain, no gain!

I've been doing this and the leg slimming workout for a week and can already see my abs lol.
This is such a good 10 minute abs workout. I've done it several times and every time I'm exhausted at the end. It's a really good routine to do just before bed or first thing in the morning if there's not much time. Works every part of the abs thoroughly.

Over the summer I was doing FitnessBlender workouts and I felt really good when my friends saw me and said I looked great and a lot skinnier. When school started back up I stopped because I had no time but I gained a lot of weight since the summer and want to be down to a descent weight again so Im going to start these again.
I actually find working our abs difficult to do properly because it's not a huge muscle group and most of the exercises involve full body involvement. This makes cheating much too tempting. This is especially true for when it involves more upper body movement as you will use your chest and arms to generate as much momentum as possible to help you. Isolating the abs in the exercises takes a lot of control and technique.

i thought the pulse crunches would be easy so i went ham on them in the beginning and then i got to the bicycle crunches and I literally died. Definitely had to stop a couple times
Thats happened to me when I first started this video in 2017 but I finally was able to do bicycle crunches without stopping it's now 2018 😂😂😂
Some of our workouts have the warm up & cool down included, others don't - the short ones like this one typically don't because people like to piece these shorter ones together to build their own custom routines. Day 1: I was dying, but feels so good once you're done. Keep your core contracted as much as you can, and do the exercises at your own pace!
Day 2: Really sore from yesterday, but managed to complete the workout... I was more focused on the moves today, and did them at my own pace. I was even aware of when my abs weren't contracted.
Day 3: Break... Wasn't feel too good so I decided to take a break.
After watching me train for the past 2 months, my almost 12 year old daughter joined in this morning! It was a hard one! She says she wants to train with me every morning now. :)
I know this is old, but I just want to say, you've set a great example for your daughter. Good for you! :D any updates?
@@mi8148 It didn't last long. After a few days she stopped. She is 15 now and she makes her own decisions about her body. It's the quarantine now; we go for walks. I still train a bit but not as much as when I wrote this. She now stays almost full time with her dad so I am not aware of all her exercise routines.

I wanna thank these guys. Last year I was 200 Pounds and I went all the way to 169. Between these videos and eating only 1,200 calories a day helped me out a lot. Really love these 10 minute ab workouts, I had a baby 18 months ago and went from 130 lbs to 170. I have been working out for the last month doing another workout and it only toned my arms and legs, with this workout I can focus on my abs so I can loose my baby weight and get back to the size I used to be. I started watching RUclips workout videos January 2018 and by April abs started showing, I generally got fit...and all this happened in my room!!!
The best part is I didn't go on any crazy diet..I just adjusted my eating habits a bit

Well, of course you won’t keep making progress doing the same workouts over and over if you have built up those muscles and strength. In order to see results, you have to eventually challenge yourself to a higher level. That depends on what your goals are as well. If you want a flatter stomach and there’s no burn with the old workout, that means it’s time to advance.
I mixed this training with GymRa advanced abs workout and some XHit videos and the results are amazing. I'm a bad cheater if it comes to sweets, but if you work really hard it's possible to get a nice ab muscles without dieting much. Thanks FitnessBlender for your excellent workouts!

Today is my first day doing this ,am welling to start doing the 37 min cardio workout one day and this exercices the next day when am not feeling like put in much effort +trying to reduce the food i eat on the resting day
Week 2 and although the results aren't super defined yet, my core feels ALOT stronger. Strong core = strong workouts💪🏾
