So I’ve been doing this workout for 6 months now. First couple of months this is what I used, 3-4 days a week, after I got into the tempo of this and being fit I added mini workouts that targeted my butt and abs. At the moment I have abs, a rounded butt and defined arms, it was about time I thanked Popsugar for the amazing results. For the people that are just starting to do this, you will suck at it first, you won’t be able to finish it, but if you stick to it you’ll be shocked at how quick you get used to it and progress. Don’t forget to drink lots of water and don’t give yourself hell with super strict diets, just eat at home, don’t count calories, you’ll do that later when you feel good about everything else. Eating at home is always healthier, no matter what you cook or how much you eat. IF IT HURTS, YOU’RE DOING IT RIGHT!!!

I love how the more I do these workouts the stronger I get! I started out only doing the lower modifications but now I'm able to take it up a notch! And I love having something different to do everyday! 😊

Wow, I loved this workout! It had both cardio and strength training which was exactly what I wanted! I have watched tons of these popsugar fitness videos but most of the strength training workouts do not get my heart rate up. I will definitely be doing this video again!!

Astrid is a BEAST I love this workout. It’s tough but I always come back to this when I switch up my hiit workouts. This is effective but NOT a beginner hiit workout. You have to build up your endurance.

Thank you for this workout! Amazing what you can do without weights and Astrid is great. Just wish for a longer stretch, e.g. shoulders since they worked hard, but did it on my own. 😉
