I just finished this workout and sweat more than I ever have. I felt amazing and strong afterward. I've come really far with the help of popsugar fitness videos and Anna's inspirational positive attitude. I just gotta exercise more often which I am ready to do now. But I've lost 20 pounds so far with the help of these videos, writing down what I am eating, and having a more healthy mindset. Thank you Anna and Popsugar.

Now I'm trying this workout for the 2nd time and I'm having pain in the back of my knee when I do the modified push ups. Do you know why or how to fix it? I did some research now and did some exercises to help it, but it still hurts when I do the push up. Please help. :)

Oh wow what a great routine! I only had 20 mins today so this was perfect. I cried at the end and I dont even know why!!! I pushed myself and did ALL the star jumps im so proud of myself, I didnt know I could do them! Thank you anna and popsugar. You dont know how much I appreciate you/ this channel. This is my 20th day in a row doing a PopSugar work out! I love them... really gets a sweat on and all are totally different.. this on has been my favourite as I loved the HIIT and some yoga poses as well
This is so good, a great introduction to HIIT or getting back into a fitness routine.

Loved this. A shorter work out (being only 20 minutes verse the 30-45 I've been doing) but man did I work up sweat and was sucking wind almost the whole time! Thanks Anna and team for an awesome work out!

So good! Have been incorporating more strength training (weights without too much cardio) along with distance running so it was great to switch it up with some popsugar HIIT! I switched up the star jumps with sumo jump squats (easier to keep good form, and better for my knees). Love your videos, I often recommend them because I truly enjoy them.
I always love your workouts.... Try these regularly so that i never get bored with sticking to merely one 😊

Started by trying a dance cardio routine but that style is not for me! Happy to return to this Popsugar classic mode, which got me sweating and pumping. Awesome.

just finished the workout and really enjoyed it. I got a question, do you think it is better to eat after a workout or before a workout? like for example should I have a healthy breakfast wait a little bit then workout or should I workout before my healthy breakfast?
Chantal M I struggled with this too! But I've seen the best results and felt the best when I ate a small/medium sized breakfast a little bit before my workout, and then after my workout, I drink a protein shake. Just remember that this is what works for me and it may not work for everyone! Hope that helps 😊
When I do morning workouts I always do it on an empty stomach (besides just a small amount of water before hand). Then again, that's just me. I don't like having just eaten before I work out. Try both ways, no food verse a small amount and see what works better for you.

I'd say that depends why your knee hurts. But usually no jumping workouts are better for the knees so try to always modify :)
