Who's here after gaining back all the weight? Two years ago this helped me reach my body goals. I was at my fittest, abs and all. I'm 5,1 and I had gone from 65kg to 56kg in 2 months because of this. I got too comfortable, stopped exercising, ate junk, and two years later I'm at my biggest ever 70.9kg. Tomorrow is Day 1! Wish me luck guys!

I am sailing in the same boat. I lost 15 kgs 3 years back doing just Fitness Blender for 30 min and brisk walk/run 3 times a week. But, during the pandemic i gained back all the weight I lost and more :(. Today is Day1 of my journey.

i still remember attempting to workout with this video. i was pounds overweight back then. i was at 116kgs when i first embarked my journey on losing weight. i still remember crying after doing this workout routine just right after the warm up because my body could not stand it. it was truly devastating. but with a tremendous support from my family, friends with a help from Fitness blender and of course, my determination. i made it. I went from 83 kg to 71 kg using this workout routine. Still such a long way to go. I remember when I first started this workout I could hardly last 8-10 minutes, then I gradually added more and more minutes , and now I can finally hear those sweet words : "Your workout is complete ".. 😄😊💪
@@Racialprofiler about 4 times per week, drank more water, ate more protein based products, poultry, dairy, especially low fat cottage cheese, but I could also have an occasional candy or other less healthy stuff, but very rarely, like once or twice a week in small portions. This workout routine is def worth trying.
honestly speaking, this workout IS EFFECTIVE, it actualy works. All youneed to doo is find time and keep it regular but don't overdo yourself ,take breaks and eat healthy and the main thing is that DO NOT EXPECT to lose weight overnight because good things take time ok? all the best if you are trying to lose weight for yourself. be happy

+Eileen Chiang please don't promote unhelpful anecdotes. FB specifically has a video that talks about how you should NOT be doing the same exercises daily: you tire this specific muscle group out and you never hit other important muscle groups.
+Sapere Aude I do not promote any unhelpful anecdotes. When I was losing weight I did this 4 times a week with other toning exercises. I don't see there is wrong with that? I DID NOT DO THIS EXERCISE DAILY. Nowadays, I do and try tons of different exercises, and my point is only want to help people and tell them this is a good video. You can not take my opinion As advise.

Same here it was 2016 my leanest body and gained weight after giving birth and now doing it again so happy it works fast but ofcourse we have to watch our food intake.
I was 84 kg before and after two weeks of this work out and was not that serious am now at 82 kg, am now so motivated and disciplined though not easy but i must reach my goal which is 68 kg so help me God.

I didn’t change my diet at all, I always have eaten healthy... I really ate whatever I wanted, even had a few of what people call “cheat meals”... yes my thighs got smaller like all of my body, but most of all, my thighs got firmer... and I became stronger and way more resistant to the efforts :)

Amazing stuff! I really felt this workout the next day. However, I realized that you need to adjust your diet, because exercising alone is not enough for weight loss. I ended up getting personalized diet plan from diet helper Next level diet. They even provide home workout plan, but some exercises are really hard to do. Still, I made a decent progress. I did this workout nearly everyday and lost 16-17 kg. For those of you who are planning on doing the same, the only advice I can give you is when your body isn't being challenged anymore because it is used to the exercises, switch it up. For example, if the exercise is lunges, make it more challenging by making them jumping lunges. You'll see results ;)
After working out regularly for about a month I've finally managed to finish this routine! It wasn't 'easy' but it didn't cause as much aches and pains as it did the first time. If you're just starting out DO NOT get discouraged if you can only make it halfway, under halfway or a little over, you will get there eventually TRUST ME. Keep going!
***** yes I've lost about 6-7 pounds, baring in mind I was only around 9 and a half stone! I didn't conciously diet, I just didn't eat as much junk food, cut out the fizzy drinks and ate only when I felt hungry :) just listen to your body and eat when you need to.

This is the most WHOLESOME workout I have ever tried. I could feel I was shredding a whole bunch of fat and my body was looking lean comparatively. I did not put any significant restriction on the diet. Just controlled the amount, or mostly stopped myself from overeating. Apart from that, just finished this workout 3-4 times a week and it worked wonders. If you are looking for a sign, then consider it your sign to start this workout today! Trust me you will be very thankful!
I love this workout. Every time i've tried this, i've seen results. Within just 2 weeks of doing this exercise with a good diet, (never starved myself, just stayed away from junk food and sugars) i could see a difference. Even my mom said that she could see the weight loss which she never does. We all know how hard it is to get Mom's approval on something. This workout is hard and i don't think that i ever got to the end of it without skipping some moves and i never did the whole sets of 40 seconds but, it works and i always come back to this workout whenever i have to lose weight :)

I've been doing this workout for a while so here are my tips: -If you're not fit and it's your first time doing this workout, try not to hurt yourself. I couldn't walk properly for two days when I first did this workout. -Second half is A LOT easier so try not to give up for the first fifteen minutes. If you can finish the first half the rest is easy peasy. Good luck! :)

+ucoyun haha yes, it's not advisable to throw ourselves into the deep end of the pool if we've not yet exercised at these levels of intensity before! Progressive overload is key to fat loss success.
Update from 3days ago : Day 1 : i only able to do 10:00 minutes Day 2 : i can do this 11:34 minutes Day 3 : i can do this workout 18:20 minutes Dont ever giveup, you will improve yourself day by day! Just get confident!

I will be doing this exercise for atleast 6 months! I have just finished my first week of doing this daily (thanks to all those who have posted that they have done it also and have great results) and so far, this is what has happened... LOST 1.8cm off my chest, 2.7cm off my waist, 2.1cm off my hips, 1.7cm off my thighs and 2 cm off my bum. Weight loss of exactly 1KG! They may not look like huge numbers but they are still a loss and i have only just started. yep! if i ate better then i probably wouldve lost more. i stopped for a couple weeks because killer knee pains so done the recovery exercises but back into this again, just being a little more cautious about the impacts on my knees
I recommend doing some low impact recovery or yoga type workouts in between a couple of daysto give your muscles a time to recover. You wanna be active everyday but dont need to workout with HIIT or high cardio everyday. Take a walk or ride a bike something to break up the monotony.
This video was my favorite video of 2013! let me tell you that with this workout I went from 75kg to 58kg, I've done other weight loss workouts, but this one particulary made me lose weight fast! now we are in 2021 and I'm back to 75 kg.. again.. I have tried to lose weight with other workout videos before but I never managed to lose weight even when I started maintaining my diet.. because of this I had a lot of mental breakdowns but suddenly I remembered the youtube channel name.. omg the joy! I did the video, finished it and my heart rate was high. I finally have hope that this video will make me lose weight again and make me feel better about myself!
@@blackbat121 im asian, so i used to eat rice three times every single day. when i started my diet, i've changed what i eat to steam veggies with any kind of meat. Also, stop drinking softdrinks and stop eating sweets and more intake of water! That's it brother!
@@mythirans no, you need carbs for ur energy to do your exercise and everyday chores, i just subtitute my rice to bread etc. But lessen your intake of carbs and eat a lot of meat or any source of protein and a lot of veggies

You can do it! When I first started doing this Workout I wasn't even able to finish the first 6 minutes without dying but now I can really do light jogging during the active rest! Good luck!!
@@hongjoongsangel2166 At first I would really avoid this Workout because it just seemed too tough but I also did some other Beginner Cardio exercises and tried this exercise once a week (mostly on weekends). Now it's my go-to Workout! I once took a longer break from exercising (like half a year) and started December last year again and I think it took me maybe a month or so? 💖 But it differs for everyone! Just try to get into lighter Cardio first!
This workout actually works. I have been doing this workout for a while now. This sheds fat like anything. I hydrate myself and eat the usual meals except I have divided them into smaller portion sizes at intervals of every two hours to keep the metabolism up. Within two weeks, I promise, you ll notice a substantial difference. Also, unless you want to become too slim, you might want to include strength training, ie, if you want some muscle toning. Otherwise, stick consistently to this cardio. Its hardwork but it works 100%.
i am trying to lose weight since i gained during quarantine and let me tell you this is THE workout, i've tried emi wong, chloe ting and a bunch of other workout videos for a while and none of them showed any true results but i've been doing this workout once a day for the past 5 days and i've already lost 1 kg (all of this while trying to maintain a relatively healthy diet)!

If you do this everyday you will get stronger. My first day was extremly tired, wanted to give up but i made it through. Second day was almost same as first day. Third day i got over the give up feeling. Fourth day I took shorter break. Fifth day I did it so much better and only took 5 mins total for 2 break times. Can't wait for tomorrow see how I'm going to do it. I did eat healthy but only lost 2lbs so far, only thing keep me doing this because i feel like im getting stronger little by little everyday. That's great. This my first time doing this exercise and I only made it to 25 mins. For what it's worth though, I did jog a mile prior and did FitBlender's 100 Squat Challenge before this vid. Hope to complete it one day.
I started working out at home 6 months ago with FB, and this was my first cardio routine... man those jumping jacks used to exhaust me so bad I couldn't finish these 37mns !! 6 months later I do it with a smile on my face (except for the awful plank slaps ugh), non stop :D Keep it up ! Naima Khodri Last time I checked I'd lost 5kgs, which I think is close to 11pounds. But I don't weight myself often, I do it tone up my body, the weight really doesn't matter, your health and self-confidence on the other hand... REALLY matters :)

I've started this workout today. If any exercise seems difficult to me and I can't do it for more than 20 or 30 seconds then I just leave the rest 10 seconds but completed the workout. And I'm also doing a diet plan with it. Weight: 56 kg Target: 45 kg Hit like if you want an update.👍

AMAZING WORKOUT!!! I recommend everyone at least try it, I just finished and I feel so amazing. I couldn't do it all at once and had to pause a couple of times to get water but this feel like such a big achievement. Bring it 2016!!!!!
What I loved about this routine is that the lady doing it is so real, getting tired towards the end and loosing balance. Doesn’t give unrealistic expectations by seeing other models not getting tired at all and always looking pretty while doing such routines! I look like a beaten up homeless person 5 minutes into the routine 😂
I ALWAYS slim down when I do this 2/3 times a week consistently, it's especially great for losing belly/thigh fat. 1000% my favourite and most effective weight loss workout anywhere.
Like any workout you gotta give it at least a couple weeks of doing it consistently but I found that sometimes I saw results the next day even, especially if I did it in a fasted state like first thing in the morning. Overall this will give you results fairly quickly
@@ShivaniKumari-td4nm eat mostly nutritional based food and less nutrition in moderation. Don’t restrict anything. (Learned that the hard way after I had anorexia) workout when your body wants to. I now workout 10-30 min 5-6 days a week. And don’t forget to have rest days too. You won’t gain weight if you eat in moderation and if you see changes after a week it’s most likely water weight

I am a 15 year old girl that weighs 60 kilograms. I am starting this workout today and I have also decided to keep away from sweets and maintain a pescetarian diet. I will try my best to stay committed and if any changes happen I will leave an update. Day 1: I was only able to complete 13 minutes of the video Day 2: I finished the whole workout while taking 2 minute breaks to drink some cold water. I decided to do a little bit of weightlifting too and 10 minutes of yoga before the workout. And tbh when I heard the words "this workout is complete" I started to cry tears of happiness. ***** Usually 4 times but sometimes 5 if i'm feeling good lol :), I usually do a different one on weekends and weekdays called "Flexibility Workouts" . Mix them both and you'll lose weight and gain tons of flexbility.

Although I was having a diet drinking nothing but water and eating only vegetables and salmon . No bread no tortillas no sugar!. I weighed around 202 pounds(92kg ) while following this workout and changes in eating habits i have been able to drop to 185pounds(84 kgs ) in one month. I used to do this workout after 20 min of running . 3 continuous days followed by a rest day is my pattern for workout and cheat day in month . Lets see if i can take this to my target of 77kgs using the regime. Recommendations for more weightloss strategies are welcome .
I would recommend incorporating HIIT, maybe start with once a week and build to 2-3. It worked really well for me. I also did other fitness blender videos that are weight training. Muscles help to burn more calories!

My arms were toned, my waist was smaller, my legs looked great. I got so many compliments and a lot of people recognized my weight loss too
I did this work out for 21 days before one month of my marriage. Trust me omg I got excellent result specially my belly is gone and flat stomach and this is workout for whole body. i still remember attempting to workout with this video. i was pounds overweight back then. i was at 116kgs when i first embarked my journey on losing weight. i still remember crying after doing this workout routine just right after the warm up because my body could not stand it. it was truly devastating. but with a tremendous support from my family, friends with a help from Fitness blender and of course, my determination. i made it. I've lose 46 kilograms in 6 months which is pretty incredible. I've never quit in the middle of the workout routine ever since because my first experience with this workout that i was unable to do, motivates me a lot till these days. i just don't know how to show my gratitude to both of you for being part of this process and made me a person that i am today. from a self-loathing person to someone who's confident. I went from 83 kg to 71 kg using this workout routine. Still such a long way to go. I remember when I first started this workout I could hardly last 8-10 minutes, then I gradually added more and more minutes , and now I can finally hear those sweet words : "Your workout is complete ".. 😄😊💪

honestly speaking, this workout IS EFFECTIVE, it actualy works. I really ate whatever I wanted, even had a few of what people call “cheat meals”... yes my thighs got smaller like all of my body, but most of all, my thighs got firmer... and I became stronger and way more resistant to the efforts :)

Amazing stuff! I really felt this workout the next day. However, I realized that you need to adjust your diet, because exercising alone is not enough for weight loss. I ended up getting personalized diet plan from diet helper Next level diet. They even provide home workout plan, but some exercises are really hard to do. Still, I made a decent progress. Happy exercising to all of you!!

I did this workout nearly everyday and lost 16-17 kg. For those of you who are planning on doing the same, the only advice I can give you is when your body isn't being challenged anymore because it is used to the exercises, switch it up. For example, if the exercise is lunges, make it more challenging by making them jumping lunges. You'll see results ;)

After working out regularly for about a month I've finally managed to finish this routine! It wasn't 'easy' but it didn't cause as much aches and pains as it did the first time. If you're just starting out DO NOT get discouraged if you can only make it halfway, under halfway or a little over, you will get there eventually TRUST ME. Keep going!
***** yes I've lost about 6-7 pounds, baring in mind I was only around 9 and a half stone! I didn't conciously diet, I just didn't eat as much junk food, cut out the fizzy drinks and ate only when I felt hungry :) just listen to your body and eat when you need to.

This is the most WHOLESOME workout I have ever tried. I could feel I was shredding a whole bunch of fat and my body was looking lean comparatively. I did not put any significant restriction on the diet. Just controlled the amount, or mostly stopped myself from overeating. Apart from that, just finished this workout 3-4 times a week and it worked wonders. If you are looking for a sign, then consider it your sign to start this workout today! Trust me you will be very thankful!
I love this workout. Every time i've tried this, i've seen results. Within just 2 weeks of doing this exercise with a good diet, (never starved myself, just stayed away from junk food and sugars) i could see a difference. Even my mom said that she could see the weight loss which she never does. We all know how hard it is to get Mom's approval on something. This workout is hard and i don't think that i ever got to the end of it without skipping some moves and i never did the whole sets of 40 seconds but, it works and i always come back to this workout whenever i have to lose weight :)

I've been doing this workout for a while so here are my tips:
-If you're not fit and it's your first time doing this workout, try not to hurt yourself. I couldn't walk properly for two days when I first did this workout.
-Second half is A LOT easier so try not to give up for the first fifteen minutes. If you can finish the first half the rest is easy peasy.

I will be doing this exercise for atleast 6 months! I have just finished my first week of doing this daily (thanks to all those who have posted that they have done it also and have great results) and so far, this is what has happened...
LOST 1.8cm off my chest, 2.7cm off my waist, 2.1cm off my hips, 1.7cm off my thighs and 2 cm off my bum. Weight loss of exactly 1KG! They may not look like huge numbers but they are still a loss and i have only just started. Im in it for the long game so if I can keep this momentum going for the next month atleast i am going to be pleased with myself!

yep! if i ate better then i probably wouldve lost more. i stopped for a couple weeks because killer knee pains so done the recovery exercises but back into this again, just being a little more cautious about the impacts on my knees

I recommend doing some low impact recovery or yoga type workouts in between a couple of daysto give your muscles a time to recover. You wanna be active everyday but dont need to workout with HIIT or high cardio everyday. Take a walk or ride a bike something to break up the monotony.

This video was my favorite video of 2013! let me tell you that with this workout I went from 75kg to 58kg, I've done other weight loss workouts, but this one particulary made me lose weight fast! now we are in 2021 and I'm back to 75 kg.. again.. I have tried to lose weight with other workout videos before but I never managed to lose weight even when I started maintaining my diet.. because of this I had a lot of mental breakdowns but suddenly I remembered the youtube channel name.. omg the joy! @@blackbat121 im asian, so i used to eat rice three times every single day. when i started my diet, i've changed what i eat to steam veggies with any kind of meat. Also, stop drinking softdrinks and stop eating sweets and more intake of water! That's it brother!

@@mythirans no, you need carbs for ur energy to do your exercise and everyday chores, i just subtitute my rice to bread etc. But lessen your intake of carbs and eat a lot of meat or any source of protein and a lot of veggies

Now it's my go-to Workout! I once took a longer break from exercising (like half a year) and started December last year again and I think it took me maybe a month or so? 💖 But it differs for everyone! Just try to get into lighter Cardio first!

This workout actually works. I have been doing this workout for a while now. This sheds fat like anything. I hydrate myself and eat the usual meals except I have divided them into smaller portion sizes at intervals of every two hours to keep the metabolism up. Within two weeks, I promise, you ll notice a substantial difference. Also, unless you want to become too slim, you might want to include strength training, ie, if you want some muscle toning. Otherwise, stick consistently to this cardio. Its hardwork but it works 100%.

if you're still considering this workout and you don't know if it'll work out, I'm telling you now, THIS ONE IS PERFECT FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE FINISH LINE
If you do this everyday you will get stronger. My first day was extremly tired, wanted to give up but i made it through. Second day was almost same as first day. Third day i got over the give up feeling. Fourth day I took shorter break. Fifth day I did it so much better and only took 5 mins total for 2 break times. Can't wait for tomorrow see how I'm going to do it. I did eat healthy but only lost 2lbs so far, only thing keep me doing this because i feel like im getting stronger little by little everyday. That's great. This my first time doing this exercise and I only made it to 25 mins. For what it's worth though, I did jog a mile prior and did FitBlender's 100 Squat Challenge before this vid. Hope to complete it one day.
I started working out at home 6 months ago with FB, and this was my first cardio routine... man those jumping jacks used to exhaust me so bad I couldn't finish these 37mns !! 6 months later I do it with a smile on my face (except for the awful plank slaps ugh), non stop :D Keep it up ! I'm even going to add some 10-15 of musculation to wrap it up. Thnks FB ;)

Naima Khodri Last time I checked I'd lost 5kgs, which I think is close to 11pounds. But I don't weight myself often, I do it tone up my body, the weight really doesn't matter, your health and self-confidence on the other hand... REALLY matters :)

I'd eat only at 6 noon, anything I wanted. During the day I'd drink a lot of water and lemon water so I don't feel hungry

If any exercise seems difficult to me and I can't do it for more than 20 or 30 seconds then I just leave the rest 10 seconds but completed the workout. And I'm also doing a diet plan with it.

AMAZING WORKOUT!!! I recommend everyone at least try it, I just finished and I feel so amazing. I couldn't do it all at once and had to pause a couple of times to get water but this feel like such a big achievement. Bring it 2016!!!!!

What I loved about this routine is that the lady doing it is so real, getting tired towards the end and loosing balance. Doesn’t give unrealistic expectations by seeing other models not getting tired at all and always looking pretty while doing such routines! I look like a beaten up homeless person 5 minutes into the routine 😂

I ALWAYS slim down when I do this 2/3 times a week consistently, it's especially great for losing belly/thigh fat. 1000% my favourite and most effective weight loss workout anywhere.

Like any workout you gotta give it at least a couple weeks of doing it consistently but I found that sometimes I saw results the next day even, especially if I did it in a fasted state like first thing in the morning. Overall this will give you results fairly quickly

@@ShivaniKumari-td4nm eat mostly nutritional based food and less nutrition in moderation. Don’t restrict anything. (Learned that the hard way after I had anorexia) workout when your body wants to. I now workout 10-30 min 5-6 days a week. And don’t forget to have rest days too. You won’t gain weight if you eat in moderation and if you see changes after a week it’s most likely water weight

I am a 15 year old girl that weighs 60 kilograms. I am starting this workout today and I have also decided to keep away from sweets and maintain a pescetarian diet. I will try my best to stay committed and if any changes happen I will leave an update.
Day 1: I was only able to complete 13 minutes of the video
Day 2: I finished the whole workout while taking 2 minute breaks to drink some cold water. I decided to do a little bit of weightlifting too and 10 minutes of yoga before the workout. And tbh when I heard the words "this workout is complete" I started to cry tears of happiness.

***** Usually 4 times but sometimes 5 if i'm feeling good lol :), I usually do a different one on weekends and weekdays called "Flexibility Workouts" . Mix them both and you'll lose weight and gain tons of flexbility.

When you put your self of harsh restrictions is harder to keep the weight off. Make your diet more realistic and the weight will stay off.
At least you know now what to do to make the weight loss long lasting, not restrict your diet so much.
This has been my favorite i lost almost 5 kgs to it years ago and was 59, now i’m 70 and here i am again, starting on 4th of June,, i’ll keep you updated, wish me luck!
I weighed around 202 pounds(92kg ) while following this workout and changes in eating habits i have been able to drop to 185pounds(84 kgs ) in one month.
I used to do this workout after 20 min of running . 3 continuous days followed by a rest day is my pattern for workout and cheat day in month . Lets see if i can take this to my target of 77kgs using the regime.

I would recommend incorporating HIIT, maybe start with once a week and build to 2-3. It worked really well for me. I also did other fitness blender videos that are weight training. Muscles help to burn more calories!

@@minhchauvunguyen4444 I ate healthy foods, and cut down on carbs and sugar. I lost about 10 - 15 lbs and you lose weight in all the right areas with this workout. My arms were toned, my waist was smaller, my legs looked great. I got so many compliments and a lot of people recognized my weight loss too

I did this work out for 21 days before one month of my marriage. Trust me omg I got excellent result specially my belly is gone and flat stomach and this is workout for whole body.
