    After 10 years, i am getting back to this video. Fitness Blender helped me lose 15kgs. I had made combination of low impact + pilates. When i started it was very difficult to keep up, slowly the stamina built. Now again after pandemic and child birth, getting back to fitness. Starting again from the same videos.

    I'm doing these little videos after 30 Day Shred. I'm just 3 days into level 3 (last one) and already lost 3.5 inches off my waist. Dude if I can do it, EVERYONE can do it. Keep it up guys!

    When I started this video a month ago I could only get to about 17 minutes before crapping out. After doing this workout 4-6 times a week I can now finish it! I've lost about 5lbs regularly doing low impact beginner fitnessblender workouts and counting calories through myfitnesspal. Keep at it everyone! You'll get there.

    This was NOT easy (and I didn't feel like working out when I started it), but I feel incredible now that I've finished it! I had to modify the push up exercises, so I'm looking forward to coming back to this routine once I've gotten stronger.

    Thanks for a great video. I am very much a beginner. I'm 5'3" and 225lbs. I am working on getting my weight down. I've already lost 10lbs! But have aloonng way to go. Thank u for making me sweat but without hurting my joints. And also not screaming in my face telling me "I can do it!" This was a nice calming way to workout. :)

    I have lost about 35lbs following this videos ...I do them all .....randomly .... I started since April 2016 and of coarse clean eating and I also run. but this videos are really good.

    I love fitness blenders high impact workouts but i was feeling lazy today, I had a long day and I left my workout too late into the night, so I thought I'd try a low impact workout instead- just to make myself feel like I've done something. To be completely honest I was'nt expecting a 'great' workout because I'm used to jumping around and sweating alot- but boy was I wrong. I LOVED this! I was sweating and I burnt 336 calories! FITNESS BLENDER, I can't stress how much I love you guys!

      Nowshin Monsur same here didn't get home until about 9:30 pm from running errands all day. This was a very effective workout !

    Even though I do HIIT and strength, this still gets me every time. The slower pace means more focus and more burn! OUCH!

    I have hurt my knees by doing high intensity and I dont want to stop working out so this is perfect.I cant believe how sweaty I am great workout thank you.

      gorkyc the give away in my name! My knees hurt cuz i was working out barefoot on hard floors doing hiit.Those jumping moves are ok with full support and soft landing.dont do barefoot basically on wooden flooring.

    I have been following FitnessBlender workouts for a year now and I'm proud to say my fitness and endurance have improved so much that I can do level 5 workouts - and I enjoy them!!! My mum is inspired and wants to get fit like she was in her younger days - she is already quite active even without exercise and doesn't need anything TOO easy - so I introduced this low impact workout to her. She loves it and it is certainly making a difference in her overall energy levels and body! For everyone who wants to get back into the game I recommend this workout :)

    I'm a beginner. First week of the 4-weeks-program. I had read the comments here one day before I did this workout and got the impression it would be "easier". I'm a total beginner and it wasn't easy for me at all. But it wasn't impossible either. I had to push myself really hard through it but I made it! So don't fool yourself, there will be a lot of sweating! :) But it was just right for a beginner, I feel amazing. Thank you so much!

      If you want to progress, don't stop! When your muscles are screaming at you to stop, just slow down and/or modify, but don't stop. If you want to smash your goals, you've got to break through the limitations you place on yourself. Your body will do what your mind will allow it to. Life begins outside your comfort zone. YOU GOT THIS!

    Thank you Fitness Blenders! I am a 59 yr old male and was looking for a good, hard, low impact workout, and you delivered with this! It took me a solid 2 weeks before I could get through it all without pausing to catch my breath but it's all good now. Keep it up!

    Wooo! Now that's what I call progress. When I started doing this I wasn't able to do a single walk down push up and making it past half way through the entire thing seemed impossible. Now here I am and after doing a whole thing and I'm barely sweating!

      about 4-5 weeks. but i was able to do the whole thing after 3 just with quite some struggle. please keep in mind that i did this workout twice a week only. the rest days of the week i did other workouts. both cardio and strength

    I used to work out to your videos all the time, and I know I've done this one before. My dad passed away three years ago, and I took care of him during his last months. Everything I did for myself, working out, eating healthy, took a backseat, and then depression hit after he passed and I didn't care anymore. I've gained a lot of weight and am horribly out of shape. This was my first work out in almost three years. I couldn't do the walking planks and I'm sorry I called you names, Daniel. But I stuck it out and my legs are shaking and that makes me very, very happy.

    Note for my self
    1st time : couldn't go past 23:43 was so tired for round two can't do full push up
    2nd time : completed worked! round two was hard🥺 had to do half push up
    3rd time : same as 2nd time still not looking toned yet
    4th time : Coming back after doing 3 month of fitness blender strength training this workout was very enjoyable and relaxing finished it this time
    Btw I lost 7 kg from doing workout with fitness blender mostly strength training hate cardio and eating clean will come back after a few months again 😉 goal weight is to loss 17kg 10 more to go not even half way yet

    I couldn't finish this whole video and had to modify some of the moves. I was worried about my feet hurting later and a fibromyalgia flair later on but I did work up a sweat. I am trying. :-) I feel good.

    For people who dislike this workout, something is wrong with you. This work out is amazing I start doing it for three weeks now and I can tell you this low impact really shape and tone my body. At frist I got tired easily within the frist five minutes,now I am doing the whole routine. Thanks Kelly to you and your husband for making these vedios,I turn onn my TV and work out to your vedios every day .

    These videos started my journey for FITNESS. Not just weight loss, but fitness. They helped me push past the tiredness that I never could before because they seemed REAL.     I love the low/no impact workouts. I am suffering from physical injuries, but the physical part isn’t even the worst part, it’s the mental. My sports medicine doctor has me doing pool and yoga, but I get bored easily. These videos are fun, fresh, and keep me motivated while I recover. Thank you.

    I used to do some advanced workouts before stopping for 3 months! I was now looking for a workout that could bring my muscles back to activity without going too heavy on the first day and not being able to walk on next day. And this workout was PERFECT!     This workout got me sweating. Not easy as it looks! Consists of squats mostly with a pinch of pushups and planks. I can't do a pushup yet so replaced it with a plank. This is a go-to exercise when you don't feel like jumping at all but still want to workout. Thanks Kelly and Daniel for making these and putting them up on youtube!

    I've done this twice now and it seems to be helping me with my chronic back pain. I'm 48 years old, not over weight but not really in good physical condition either so my goals are to tone up and hopefully provide some health benefits. So far, I'm enjoying the format and the fact the 30 minutes just flies by. I'll probably do it one more time and move on to another. Thanks!

    Hi everyone!!! This is my everyday workout the only work out I do everyday I have been doing it for a year it’s very quick 30 mins makes u sweat intense I love how my body is looking I started off at 220lbs down to 180lbs I am 5’5 I would love to make a video and show some progress my eating is not the best but this work out keeps me in shape!!! I never get bored of it and it hits every part of my body

    2017 was a rough year, health wise. My longstanding back issues excalated, and I found out I had DDD, a disc bulge and a slipped disc in May, so didn't get to work out, except for low-impact, core strengthening routines. Then had to do an abdominal surgery in November, so to say this workout was challenging, is on-point. However, I am blessed to be mobile and able to exercise. I'm aware it will take several months to be fit again, but I know that I'll be stronger, more flexible and healthy again, with God's help😄 Feb 13, 2018.

    This is my favourite workout nowadays. Not too easy, not too tough, and just the perfect length to fit into my day. Also, it does not hurt my joints. I usually need some more warmup at the beginning, but otherwise, I like it very much!

    I've started this workout by cutting it back a bit to 20-22 mins. It's been enough to break a good sweat and to work my heart rate up well enough to see good benefits. Hopefully, I can work up to the full 30 min. regime soon. Thanks for sharing these great workout videos with us!

    I am a TOTAL beginner. I started following a training program on tv, but today i missed it so went online and found this.
    And thank god i did! At this minute my every muscle is twitching and i am sweating like a pig, making me know this was an effektive workout!
    Half way through excorsice i just wanted to give up! "Leave me alone this is too hard i can't do it!!" "When does it END!!" Lol
    But you keep pushing and THATS when real results start happening! When you are at the end of your rope and pushes on!

    I’ve been going pretty intense all week so I decided to use a low impact cardio workout video.... I definitely feel the burn! It felt really great to push through the last full set of all the exercises I feel amazing! I love your videos and enjoy the channel.     I did this workout yesterday after 3 years , I‘m trying to loose belly fat after pregnancy. Today all my body hurts 😅 but I’m happy because I did all the workout without pausing. Keep pushing!

    I've been working out using Fitness Blender routines for about a month now & I just LOVE them!! I usually do the HIIT routines but today I tried this one (it's easier on my knees) & I am very pleased!! I sweat just as much doing this one as I do by using the other routines :D Awesome!

    This is the first of your videos I've finished. Just wondering, can anyone point out a video that I could use as a followup to this one (slightly harder)? This is pretty easy, and I know your supposed to mix things up so your muscles don't adjust.

      This one is for days when you are sore from previous workouts, and are in "recovery" mode.... so yeah, it is meant to be slightly easier. And perfect for beginners too.
      They have lots of variety of vids. Search for their Cardio/HIIT videos (HIIT is very high-intensity, so start off with just "cardio" if you feel that works better for you). Try some of their pilates/toning workouts. Add in a little bit of strength training once/twice a week (good for increasing your metabolism). Mix it up. Aim for all round health and fitness. Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility, Strength..... test yourself.

    I tried this exercise after 15 min brisk walk plus 5 min jogging and half of this video which is only round one and it is very effective for me as a beginner . After 1 week you'll see stretch mark as evidence of losing weight..thank you fitness blender

    First time on this site. I’m a little older so I liked the pace. Lots of slow stretching exercises. Planks are pretty hard for me though. Different exercises then I have been doing. Thank you.

    I'll be doing this today after a 2 month hiatus of holiday & work craziness. I have done their HIIT videos before, and sweat up a storm. Im really convinced that Kelly is a robot 😂😂 bc she's a beast

    Wow for being the first time for workin out since I had my daughter 5 months ago it really gives u a workout but I only lasted 7 minutes) : its a start

      Me too! Only lasted until 7:49 when I saw that I couldn't stretch one more muscle! Well... I'm also a starter and this is my day 4 (I've been doing all the begginer level videos on low impact cardio) and I felt so good today after the first video that I decided to push a little further!

    this is a really good workout, especially if you are sore from an intensive workout from the day before. not too intensive but enough for you to sweat. This is also good if you only have 30 minutes. Glad I did it. NO GYM REQUIRED. NO EXCUSES.

    love this workout I am 11 weeks pregnant and was looking for a low impact workout that would still challenge me as to high impact like HIIT and running seemed to have make me nauseous. I was nervous that i wouldn't get a good workout being low impact but i must say I love it I do two 30 min. workouts to get the full feel of im doing something but this really hit what i was looking for....amazing thank you FB....

    Great workout - I've added it to my playlist. After your kickboxing workout yesterday I needed something a bit more low-impact with more work on my legs. I have to admit doing the walk-down pushup was hard but I can't do pushups yet. I do keep at them regularly and slowly I'm getting better. Meanwhile, lunges? You're having a laugh. ;) Doing these cross-training workouts is also great to pinpoint where my strengths and weaknesses lie. I don't mind pushing through the harder things because I know that I'll be slowly but surely getting better at them. :)

    I really enjoyed this, I've been unfit since I got pregnant whereas I used to run My baby is nine monthsand iI'm very unfit I just did this and feel really good this will really help me ease back into fast paced intense workouts again thank you
