    I have been a larger woman all of my life, had spinal fusion surgery at age 23, and recently told not to try expanding my family until I get my health in order. I looked on the internet for low impact videos and yours were the highest rated. I tried a few of your videos and was surprised that I was able to do them!! 8 weeks later of your videos and some calorie counting and a food log I am 12 lbs lighter with a loss of 8 inches from all over, slow is good, i mean i didn't gain it all over night!

    I lost 45lbs just by doing Fitness Blender and eating healthier. Gained it back...let's not even mention Covid but I'm back! This workout is such a classic and slow burn! Love seeing WORKOUT COMPLETE! I am doing this along with a mile walk. Look forward to seeing my progress at the end of the month.

    It's so great to finally have a workout video that is actually for begginers who aren't quite fit yet. Great way to ease your body into becoming active instead of jumping into intense routines. Love this so much!

    I love this. I didn't workout for years then started this. I did it three or four time a week for three weeks and lost 5kgs (11 pounds), with some better food choices.
    Then I stopped for a couple of months and I just started up again this week.
    I forgot how much I love it! Amazing for people like me who go ages without doing anything. Everyone- don't give up, because it worked for lazy me. Just stick with it.

    Thank you Fitness Blender - we don't have gyms in the small town where I live. I used to BUY DVD's and quickly get tired of the yelling, stupid music, etc. - all which your videos don't have! To stay in shape, I simply grab my weights, start one of your many WONDERFUL videos each morning before work and beat the winter blahs from the comfort of my house.

      Maybe 300 calories the more you do it my thighs was burning a little and i was starting to sweat & getting tired so probably 400 calories.

    At 32 weeks pregnant, this has been the perfect workout. I'm able to amp it up on the days I feel good or dial it down when I'm really pushing myself to find energy.

    My five year old daughter and I just did this because snow covered sidewalks cancelled our nightly pajama walk. THIS is a BEAUTIFUL workout!

    My kid (8.5 years old) and I did this together and he said it was HARD! Great, challenging workout with lots of options to bring the intensity up or down. :)

    Thanks for working out with us! I would recommend carousing the videos on our website where you can see ratings of difficulty. We are working on a way to allow you guys to be able to search by difficulty but website changes are tremendously expensive & so haven't just yet. Anyways, this one is a 2/5, so look for ones that are 3 or 4/5. Congrats on moving onto harder workouts!

    Holy smokes... I'm trying to lose abit of weight (without giving up food I like [just cutting down]) and man I was so proud of myself when I actually finished this.. Oh my god. I was so happy. I fumbled it abit but it's because I'm new to it. I like how you don't have it where you're doing the same stuff over and over or laying on the ground doing it. I can feel my body burning xD In a good way. I really like this because it's something I can keep up to instead of fast pace.. Big people usually need to start off with something slow..I love these videos

    Used to be really fit all through high school but got into a lazy face during college. Finally had enough of giving sitting around not getting regular exercise and tried out a bunch of workouts in youtube, they were good but I just couldn't stick to them when I struck gold with this one. Had just enough intensity and challenge for a beginner like myself! I'm actually excited to do my workouts after so long. Thanks so much FitnessBlender! Will do this morning and evening for a month before going on to more challenging FB workouts!

    Hi Gloria- There are calorie burn estimations on each workout video's description, adjust the numbers to reflect your own weight & add them up to get a rough estimate. We try to steer clear of quoting any individual's burn because it is only an estimate, and we can't do it for every single person or else we would never get a workout video filmed :) Congrats on making it to week 10; I just put out a new low impact kickboxing cardio blend yesterday, that would be great for fat burning.

    I' ve been 5 months pregnant with my 1st baby.I try to have some exercise every day 'cause it's good to both the baby and me.Glad to find these wonderful workout from fitnessblender! They're easy to follow and won't make me out of breath but still effective.You can get every part of the body workout with just 2 dumbbells.Love these workout sooooooo much! Thanks a lot!

    I've been using FB vids for over 2 months now.. this is one of my most frequently used ones..I love it because there are NO floor exercises and is only 22 mins so it fits into a busy day..but still makes me sweat like a pig and I feel like I'm working my whole body. I add a 5 min warmup and do my own cool down and I've worked my whole body in under 30 mins.

    Thank you so much for actually creating low impact workouts that many of us with joint pains etc can actually do! Always feel discouraged seeing all those HIIT intense workouts with lots of jumps etc but FB low impact workouts are not only doable but encouraging. Also love how it's easy to follow and straight to point and no hyperactive instructor yelling. The best!

    The thing I love about this workout is it's not only for beginners but also for us older gals who are concerned about our joints. There are so many exercises that insist on jumping, burpees, and pushups using our poor knees and I seriously wonder about the after-effects over time. I do not see the benefit of such activity, so this was a very nice change of pace that was smooth and was not harsh at all : )

    I first started working out three years ago. I use this 20 minute workout every other day for the first year and since then I’ve explored more vids and added different routines and I’ve went from 210 to 160! ThAnks for the help guys!

    Just did this! Didn't stop! I am proud of myself. I normally have to stop and sit down for few mins but I didn't. I know i t is a beginners workout... but I am so out of shape and tying hard to get fit that being able to do this whole 22mins made me soo happy. I so am feeling it and tired now but it was great.

    I am absolutely terrified of exercising if I think that people might see me, so much so that I haven't really exercised in years. I'm trying to get myself into some sort of healthy physical shape and I love these FitnessBlender videos. I don't hate the exercise while I'm doing it and it is a lot easier to make myself do it if I can do it shut myself up in my house. Already I'm feeling tons better! A very appreciative thank you for these videos!!

    Amazing easy workout made it through all the rounds with some modifications, but I'm sweating bullets lol. I haven't been to the gym in 6 months and this was a perfect way to start up again. Thanks guys

    I've been downwith sciatica again since Wednesday so this felt absolutely fantastic to do. It was nice and light but worked me in all the right ways. I modified the deadlift row and tricep extension since bending aggravates my back to bicep curls. Thanks, Fitness Blender! :)

    Perfect little workout for when you're feeling under the weather! I've been suffering from a nasty cold for several days and felt like I needed to do SOMETHING physical. This was just enough. No heavy weights, no heavy breathing. No sweat! Perfect.

    What an awesome work out, I've been trying a few different channels just to see what their work out is like and which one I want to stick with and I think this is the one.     #WorkoutComplete - Haven't worked out in a long time and wanted to get back on the horse. However I always jump back in choosing something intense and then feel wiped out for days unable to keep it up. This is just the perfect amount!     I am so excited to have found this wonderful workout!!! I can certainly do this with my limititations. I recieved a hip resurfacing three years ago and have Fibromyalgia. I am doing a 60 day juice fast and body reboot and was looking for a HIIT type of exercise program that I can do! Thank you!!! I will keep you updated.

    I previously tried a Windsor Pilates video and almost died in the middle of the workout (I'm really really out of shape)... so I searched for some easy cardio workouts and found this!! I just finished all 3 rounds and I dont feel like I'm going to die! Its just the right amount of work to get the heart pumping for beginners, thanks for making this video!

    I just started doing these workouts. I love this one. I am a cyclist living in Chicago so I need some kind of workout to do in the winter. This video is great. I have a weak ankle due to a break I suffered just over a year ago. I can't do high impact workouts. This video was just what I needed. It got me sweating and out of breath. I know I will be sore tomorrow, but not feeling like a I get hit by a car like some of those other videos make me feel. ::cough:: 30 day shred :/ I actually look forward to doing this video again.

    I have never been able to stick with work out videos! mostly because I have low back problems & the videos I've attempted are too hard on my back! BUT THIS VIDEO IS AMAZING! I did modify a few steps for my personal abilities (for example I did not raise my knees as high because it puts a strain on my low back & I also didn't twist as far during the squat punches, for the same reason) I will be using this video for work outs to come! THANKS! :)

    This is my favorite workout now that I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy. I found a lot of the prenatal workouts on RUclips a bit of a snooze so I went through the lower impact Fitness Blender videos and this is hands down my favorite. I will probably utilize it postpartum when I am first cleared for exercise too. Thank you for all you do Kelli and Daniel!

    I def agree that everyone should add low impact into their training every so often; I'm very grateful for all of your routines but especially these effective low impact ones. I've been adding them in at least once a week and I still sweat like crazy! thanks again guys!

    I've only just started and I have decided to get in shape with these exercises, I'm starting off with one round then building up, but if someone sees me I stop and that's it, they are so simple, now it's just my diet then I'll be sorted.

    soooo....I fell off! Started a new job and moved, so I haven't worked out for 2 mo plus ate bad stuff.:( This is perfect to get me back flexible enough to restart the HIIT that I was doing daily. You two cover all my bases and I can't praise you enough for what you do. Thanks to you I know I'll be back on track to fitness soon.

    i love your videos. I'm 2 and 1/2 weeks postpartum. I've always been active. stick w gym up till I was 35weeks pregnant and stop bc I was dilating. So now I'm using your video to prep my body back up until i can resume gym full speed at 6weeks podtpartum

    Hello Fitness Blender! I am 16 years old and I am looking for a weekly routine that I could use to get in shape for tennis and I kind of need to lose 10 pounds to get to a good weight. I was wandering what a GOOD workout would/should include per day.

    This is an awesome workout! I was intimidated by the title saying it's a ''Boot Camp'' workout, but it is definitely beginner friendly. Easy to follow, after doing this I felt great!

    i love these low impact workouts!! :) please do more low impact or maybe add beginner options in all of your workouts.

    This is my FIRST time doing this workout. It is ABSOLUTELY awesome. I haven't worked out in years and after having my Dr. literally cuss me out, I knew I had to get busy and serious. I will be doing this at least three times a week to start. Thanks FitnessBlender... BTW, where can I find these videos for dvd?

    Add hand weights to the one that you feel was easy. Do it for a bit longer with that added resistance until you feel like you are strong enough to try the harder one again. You can also just go through the entire "harder" routine, doing half the reps or time intervals, adding a bit more time as you feel stronger. You just started yesterday, so you need to be patient, it takes time & lots of effort.

    When I was in high school, I played volleyball and softball. I would have laughed at this video...But now I'm in college where I don't play sports and don't regularly go to the gym.....and I am sweating so much holy cow! This is a great video. I love FitnessBlender! Keep up the good work! :)

    I am sweating and I LOVE IT!!!! I am starting a couch to 5k program and adding this routine on off days then do the beginner kettle bell routine later. You guys are fab!!! Muuah from Chicago!!!

    I started my healthy lifestyle last April and tried jillians 30 day shred... I lasted 3 days... Then I hit a wall. I was dreading going back to Jillian at the moment because it always left me feeling like I was going to pass out. This looks much nicer, especially for my ankles. If its snowing again tomorrow I'll he staying inside and doing this! Gotta get back on the horse!!
