    anyone else feel so not-judged by this channel?? xD Like any other video and all they're saying is stuff about losing weight but with fitness blender its all about challenging yourself and doing your best

      i completely agree. usually, they're telling you to smile through the pain and all these fancy/weird things, but there's none of that in fitness blender videos. they only tell you to push yourself and how many seconds are left to motivate you to continue until the rest period. they pressure you to continue, but then you also feel like it's all good if you rest for longer than you should as well.
      i completely feel not-judged by their videos :')

    I'm 17 and I have always been very unhappy with my body as I am quite short and chubby. I have always been saying "I wanna workout" and stuff like that but I have never had the proper motivation or I have given up but this workout just makes me so happy. I feel so good while I am doing it and after. I try to do this everyday or every second day and I have been going for almost 3 weeks and have already seen some differences and felt so amazing. I am so looking forward to loving my body. Thank you for this amazing workout! It is very challenging sometimes but so great!

      Sunchikor I agree. I love all of their workouts, but I'd be grateful if they added a low-impact version for each exercise in their workouts going out, even having a small bubble of the current exercise in low-impact form down in the corner. I usually stick with the high-impact for each workout, but there are SO many of their workouts that I'd like to send to people who can't do high-impact, and most of them don't really know how to modify each exercise keeping good form in mind.

    Just finished this one and wanted to thank you for sharing such a great workout and for showing modifications in your beginner programs. I just began working out 9 weeks ago and am now able to do the more intense workouts but I began going to a weekly community workout at our local park and it is very high intensity. Through your teachings I have been able to keep up by using modifications and have been able to teach some others who can't keep up how to modify the exercises as well. I really appreciate the help your videos have given me to get back in shape. I'm not there yet but am getting closer every day! :)

    I love how this one is sooo easy to modify to my energy level for the day. I keep coming back to it! Followed it up with your 15 minute yoga/cardio blend and feel like I got a great workout all over without touching a set of weights!

    I've just started my fitness journey, and have been going through your videos and doing the work outs every day. I am a huge fan so far!! I can't afford to have a gym membership, and I've been looking on RUclips for at home workouts that require little to no equipment. I'm working on the 4 week ab videos.     Love love loved this workout! I paired it with an abs strength and feel great! I try to do high impact but sometimes have to stay low impact, it's wonderful when you show high/low impact moves in the same video because I can choose. You two are wonderful!

    Love this one, though the leg drops towards the end always are a challenge for me! Great workout in minimal time, love that the modifications are shown so folks can adjust as needed.

    This is a great workout for someone who needs a energy pick me up. I did a basic gymnastics workout this morning, but felt I needed a little extra bit of cardio. None of these moves are difficult, but I still worked up a sweat. Thank you Kelli for all of the pointers and encouragement.

    After almost a year of foot injuries a few years ago, followed by two surgeries, I am SO thankful that I'm able to jog and do some light jumping workouts again. That said, I greatly appreciate the modifications you offer, especially for anything overly taxing on the forefoot. Now that I'm minus a sesamoid, have a fused toe, and still have chronic pain issues, I have to be very careful about how I bend/land on my foot! You guys are awesome!!

    This is my go-to workout when I just have to pick myself up after a really bad week (that led me to not work out for a couple of days). It's short and energizing that it reminds my body that it's nice to get moving again, but at the same time it's not too intense. Just right so that I can feel good again mentally and physically 💓 Thanks so much, Fitness Blender!

    Hello everyone! I've been doing some of your workouts for the past two weeks. I started with the "Fat Burning Cardio Workout" and Today since I had some sore decided to do this "At Home Cardio Workout...". I prefer the Fat Burning... one. The problem I had with this one is that while I'm doing the exercise I have to pause to hear your explanations on the exercise. I believe it is much more convenient to have Daniel's voice in the back so one can continue with the exercise without interruptions! I already see the improvement in my body! It is more toned and defined! THANK YOU FOR BRINGING A GREAT SOLUTION TO MY LIFE!

    I don't know why I never left any comments... But then again I know that just saying thank you is never good enough. I live in a place where I don't really have easy access to a gym and women don't really workout here,they diet.... I used control my diet to the level it was harmful for my body... then when i started working out I found you guys and it changed my life... once you said to exercise for a healthier you and results will automatically show... you guys have been so inpiring..     Gosh I have been doing your workouts for over a year now and this has got to be my favorite quick little cardio workout that I always add on to the fitness eight week program workouts everyday, I alternate other cardio videos but this one I soo enjoy. I feel like it's fast and goes by before you know it but very effective in making me work up a sweat!!!!!

    the best. i started with the 5minute butt work out. and i was so sore i did it 1 or 2 a day. and am starting to see the results. going to the gym is not easy being full time mommy

    I'm really sore/stiff from a lower body workout on Saturday so I chose this as I still wanted to do some cardio with my upper body routine today. This for in great. Even though it was low impact it got my heart rate up and helped me get some lower body flexibility going. Awesome as always.

    I should know by now not to underestimate your videos lol! I can't believe how much I'm sweating right now!!
    I found your videos at the start of my fitness journey (January 2015) as I was looking for low impact beginner routines, I've used at least one of your videos every time I workout since then.
    I fell in love first, with how you don't use music like most videos do, It's nice to listen to what motivates me personally! and I like to mix it up each week as I get bored easy, but it's hard to get bored with the variety of videos available!
    I have lost 55lbs in the past 8 months and I owe that all to you! (well and myself of course!) But you guys got me going, There were days like today, when I didn't feel like working out, so I find an "easy" routine and end up getting my butt kicked big time! lol!
    I just wanted to say thank you so much for having these videos available at no cost to us. That is truly something I admire.

    I had a long day and was very much not in the mood for a workout, let alone a tough one, so luckily this was relatively nice and easy (apart from the back bow pulses; they always test me but these modified double ones tested me doubly) yet still made me sweat a hell of a lot which is always good - and also I've noticed that whenever I really don't feel like working out due to tiredness or mood or whatever, after 2 minutes of a warm up I'm right in the zone. Kelli is such an inspiration. She is amazing. I love how she turned over at the end, like "wow that was tough." She is sweet. I must mention something I've noticed, my ass has gotten a lot harder since doing these workouts. It used to be sort of pudgy, for lack of a better word, but now it's as firm as an overbaked loaf of bread. I've started doing cardio one day, then strength training the next, then cardio the next, strength, cardio, and so on - which gives the muscles a chance to rest. I'm away to do the cool down. Thanks Fitness Blender!

    I knew I would love this workout from the moment I pressed 'play.' The warm up felt very good and definitely helped activate my 'exercise mode' to get myself a 'workout complete' for today. These workouts definitely help me see how far I have come along. I have noticed that the greatest improvements in life that I have ever made since I started working out with Fitnessblender is actually improving my proprioception and the chemicals of my brain (better sleep and reducing my stress level). Physical changes are definitely just a bonus for me! Thank you so much!

      yeah i'm noticing that too. seems as much of a mental boost as a physical one. it helps with motivation, knowing you'll feel brighter each day if you keep it up.

    Challenging for a mid level recovery workout. I am sweating buckets! Exercises use all muscle groups but do not wring them out. So, one can always go for upper or lower body intensive workout on the next day. This one goes to my favorite recovery workout list!

    Great workout for me to jump back after seriously falling out of working out. I won't lie, parts of it were tough, even low impact (the walk down/plank section!). But I did what I could reasonably do, and am proud I got through it. Went on to two 10 minute upper body strength workouts then a cool down. Workout complete for sure today!

    This cardio is fun! I enjoyed it a lot. Some cardio workouts make me dizzy but this one didn't. I thought the toe touch with a twist would make me dizzy but it didn't. Thank you for this!

    Nice workout, it fits great for my bad lower back and right knee, there are low impact modifications, i sweat a lot and get tired but feel good, and as Nathalie Fuchs write, watching Kelly is always a pleasure, thanks for sharing.

    Hey Kelli, I'm a former us navy seal and I do your workouts, mostly to stay in shape but i love the free videos, I think it is great that you do them to help people stay in shape. As far as shorts go, I'm not sure if you're looking for the small ones like you have on but I wear the under armour men's raid 10" shorts, I'm sure they have something in womens form too, theyre on Amazon for around $20. And for anybody doing these who's having trouble keeping up, every time your about to give up just tell yourself "one more stretch, one more stretch" and before you know it you'll be done. Keep in the back of your head that the only easy day was yesterday. But kelli, I've read about your story and though you may not hear it every day, you really are incredible and an inspiration, your obstacles that you've overcome are not easy but you pushed through it like a fighter. now its onto the next challenge ;)

    Just did this after I had to stop working out for six months because of a car accident. I did it, workout complete against every expetation! So proud! I've missed u so hard, guys :)

    I'm a high school student, and it's hard for me to find the time, energy and motivation to work out. I was getting happy with my body during basketball season, but I've started to feel less good about it and realized that I haven't been getting nearly enough exercise. I just tried this and I really liked it! Thank u

    I felt a bit more tired than usual this morning, but ended up doing all the higher impact options. The later part of this workout is more pilates style so it's pretty low impact. Loved it!

    I have been doing your workouts since last November and i love and enjoy working out with you guys so much. I hated exercising before, but now my favorite time of the day is doing your workouts! :p
    You guys are incredibly amazing and have completely changed my lifestyle.

    Hi fitness blender! Thank y'all so much for having your channel here on RUclips! Thanks to you guys I've lost 30 pounds(189 lbs to 159 lbs)! I'm wanting to lose about 10 more and I want to do strength training, but I'm 15 so I have no way to get weight on my own. Is there a way to do weightless strength training?

    Love your channel! The exercise combinations in this video were fun + challenging and got the ol' brain working. Laughed so hard at "Exercise makes you smarter just not while you're doing it" :)

    Although I did not feel as challenged as I usually do with most of your workouts I still did it because I am short on time today. Might I add, I'm glad I did, I still have sweat draining off my face as I write this comment & I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow! Don't let it fool you Kelly definitely knows what she's talking about :)
