    I am a big proponent of the gym, but this workout is hands-down the most effective arm workout I've ever done. I do it three times a week w 5 lb weights and have seen dramatic results after just one month. Finally, slim, toned arms instead of bulk. Thanks, fitness blender :)

      +Keerthana .B (Keerthi.b) my arms definitely became slimmer, which is rare for me, as I gain muscle pretty easily. This is the only workout I've tried that had that effect for me.

      I want to really slim and tone my arms but I don't know how often to do this routine without my arms getting used to it (therefore, making no further progress)

    I've been doing this arm work-out five days a week for the past three, going on four weeks now; and i can say that i can see a difference, my shoulders are a lot more toned; my upper back muscle are more defined- but in a feminine way that looks toned... i definitely recommend this work out!

      Gloria Hébert I do 2 repetitions and i've seen a difference. Going to work my way up to 3. Just make sure you rest between repetitions.

    after 11 years, this is still my go-to arm shaping workout! I'm 31 now and fitness blender was my intro into working out. I still remember doing this in my childhood home basement :( undefeated

    I've have work this video for 3 months, 3 days per week, 2-3 set/ day. Now I can see very clear result. My biceps, triceps and upper back get very firm and nice toned up. Love it❤️❤️❤️

      +THENIKITAW I don't think so...unless it's a fat problem...usually exercises like these tend to slightly increase shoulder width...I'm not an expert though so don't believe a word I say ;)

    This actually works!!! I've only done this about 4 times and just yesterday my sister complimented me and pointed out that my arms + back look so slim and toned! I always exercise but people don't usually notice or tell me they see a difference.

    AMAZINGGGG. The only one I couldn't completely do was reverse fly pulses for posture. That one ALWAYS screw me up and I'm using 6 lbs dumbbells. I really love all your videos, I'm kind of lazy so I don't go to the gym as much as I would like to but you guys have everything I want and it's so complete. I've tried other youtube channels but y'all are the best and the dynamic is amazing. I understand what I'm working on and it's all very clear. The most incredible feeling is when I do the entire video and suddenly Daniel says: This workout is complete hahaha I feel great about myself for doing it successfully.     This workout is perfect for an afternoon wake-up while I'm at work. It's short enough to fit into my break, doesn't leave me sweaty, and I can follow along without sound because of the text elements.

    A lot of these exercises would probably be difficult with that heavy of a weight but it's all up to you & your own strength!

    I started with this routine then I switched to 5x5x5 Pulse Upper Body Workout, it has been almost 2 months since I decided to tone myself up. Now I have toned upper back and good looking shoulders !! Thank you FitnessBlender !!

    I just tried this workout this morning as my new mission to create muscle so that i can lose weight better. I also did the 100 squat video before it.     Remember, you can't spot reduce....With that said, some of our other upper body workouts may target different muscle groups that you're after. That's why a combo of our routines is always best :)

      I liked your cardio but bit disappointed as your all workouts which focus arms just build muscles. Is there any workout of yours who burn arm fat and make them slim without building muscles?

      +Sidrah Shaikh why would you not want to build muscle. There is no such thing as "slimming down". Please do some research. You are not going to get bulky just by "building muscle".

      +Sidrah Shaikh Actually when burning fat, you can not choose where. It's genetic. Some people loss arm fat in the first place, some people lose belly fat faster than other body parts...However by building more muscle your body will burn more fat cuz muscle consumes a lot of energy during the day, even when you are not working out. 3 years ago when I first started working out I was petite and weak, I ate 1300 cal a day and that was enough. After 6 months of work out, I gained a little muscle, got a bit stronger, and I had to eat at least 1600 to 1800 cal a day just to keep my body fat above 18% So don't worry about building muscle, it's the most effective way to burn fat.

    I am a stay at home mom that has free time and I never used that free time wisely .     I started this yesterday. Will do again today. Will update every Monday. I have a goal of being more fit, healthier, and thinner by January. (I will not STOP when January hits, I just hope to have made a lot of progress by then). Wish me luck and see ya'll next Monday.

    Regardless of weight or fitness goals, it is never wise to hone in on only one muscle group as it will develop imbalanced strength that leaves a person more susceptible to injuries. As I said before, mixing up a combination of our upper body workouts will engage all of the upper body muscles, not just one routine over and over.

    Thanks! Im 6 weeks out post subacromial decompression on my left shoulder. PT and ortho are so impressed with my recovery. They said I can add this to my regimen for strengthening. Im using 3lb weights. So simple and clear!

      mridula krishna The breast is the tissue overlying the chest (pectoral) muscles. Women's breasts are made of specialized tissue that produces milk (glandular tissue) as well as fatty tissue. The amount of fat determines the size of the breast.

You ever tried - Hanristian Pectorial Humdinger - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend got excellent success with it.

    Thank you for these great workout videos.I am currently doing this one and the HIIT for beginners and I love them both. I have never been able to stick to a gym so I start with 30 minutes of yoga in the morning then do my HIIT and arm work out. I love it and I'm telling all my friends what I'm doing. (because they're asking) Thank you!

    I don't feel it much in my triceps. By the way, reverse fly pulses are hard to be done with 2kg dumbbells so I made it into normal reverse fly.

    Great workout. I like it because you explain it. Not just a bush of exercise not knowing if I'm doing it right. Music without explaining can cause injury. Thank you so much.

    It's all dependent on your own strength, everyone will be different. I would recommend starting relatively light for these just because the movements are different from typical strength training moves.

    This is my second day doing this and my arms are burning, but those reverse fly pulses absolutely kill me. I love this, my new arm workout video.

    I just did this as an extra credit burn on FB30 and I really enjoyed it. It felt strange to see Kelli holding such tiny weights, but I liked the different ranges of motions included. I also love when an older video is thrown into FB30 because it's neat to see your earlier stuff and makes me proud of all you've accomplished since then.

    I love this exercise! You all have the greatest workouts. I am thankful that you all show us the form and talk us through to keep us going. It's actually better than the fitness instructor I had.

    One year ago I had an injury and suffered a frozen shoulder. Needless to say, my arms need some serious work to get back on track. This is day two for me and I am looking forward to using this as a regular part of my routine along with video 2

      Mel Mull I ended up doing this and round 2 for about 2 weeks and then upgraded to that 20 something minutes Lean Arms... workout - there's definitely muscle there (I literally had nothing but a bit of fat and skin hanging before)

      NAYAB Ox I've no idea - I used 1.5 kg dumbells because those are the only ones I have.

    I used 4 lbs weights and feel like I got a complete upper body workout. Great new moves thanks! I will definitely do it again! I added in another set of bicep curls with 6 lbs weights at the end of the video. Those flies for the upper back were a killer wow! Thanks for posting!

    I love this routine. You can customise it as you get stronger with heavier weights so works for every level. And as all FB videos its a QUICK killer. Love the time saving.

      This is for tonin, the most I use is 5 pounds because you want lean muscle tone not the bulk big muscles. The heavier the weight the bigger the muscle gets.

      Guess it could work for both depending on what you want to achieve :) I didn't mean huge weights but obviously everyone is at a different level.

      I have been doing this every day after doing a couple of more videos and have never had problems. At first your arms feel sore but after a while they get used to it. Keep it up!

      Honestly give your muscles a break. I never hit the same muscle group everyday I make sure to have a rest day inbsfsssn

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    Today will be my third day on doing this workout. I love it that it's simple yet it targets the area that's needed to be done. I'm going to continue and add this to my routine and hopefully I'll see a difference ❤
