This exercise is fantastic - suitable for young and older people like me. There was no weight suggestion so I am going to write what I use: 4,4 lbs / 2,0 Kg for the first two movements, 3,3 lbs / 1,5 kg for the next two movements, and 2,2 lbs / 1,0 kg for the next three movements. I do this routine every day ( I may miss a day once in a while ) and then I walk at a fast pace every day for at least 45 min. Where I live it is too hot for cardio and I prefer to be out in the sun.

I started doing this workout 1-2 times weekly in early January, and it's amazing to see the results from this. This is probably my fav fitness blender workout because it just feels good and it gets me sweating. Aaaand I feel so much stronger and my shoulders look amazing!

i did this routine 2013 and i was amaze how my arms got on perfect shape. thank you to this video and the guy that gives instructions really sounds so motivating. awesome workout video

Always love the structure of FitnessBlender workouts, the time seems to go so quickly but you certainly know you have worked!! Couple of these I couldn't keep up for the full 60 seconds, so there's a good challenge going forwards!

Exactly. I do the other workouts with up to 8kg, but for this one, I can actually go max up to 4kg.
Has anyone tried doing it in reverse? I wondered if it was because the last exercise was toughest, or was it just because it was at the end?

REALLY Like this routine! This is 2nd time completing. Only using 3 lbs weights, first time tried with 5 lbs and had to go to 3lb to stay focused on moves. THANKS for this! LOVE!

Love this one! I too had to downgrade to canned food for two of the sets during the second round. These look easy but actually burn the muscles out quite well. This one is especially great to work on those arms and shoulders before tank top/swimsuit season rolls around again!

love this workout, at first i thought its gonna be easy and when i started doing it i can feel my arms burning thank you so much for this workout, i have big arms so it really helps tone it down

Ouch!!! My shoulders are killing me, but in a very good way. Short but extremely effective workout, especially those rhomboid pulses! My right shoulder is especially stiff from an old injury, so I really appreciate this workout.

I love this workout! Time-efficient and vigorous, and shows how effective small weights can be. Also, the pacing helps you ease into the exercises that initially have you thinking, "I can't do this!"
