    Very helpful to have a diagram of every exercise, showing what muscle groups are being worked by each exercise, and I can do these while following along with the video, initially.

    Just found this site...love it.....had lumbar back surgery 4 yrs ago....and then breast cancer.....brain bleed.....I've been terrified to do too much...74 and gonna give this a shot....❤

      Kick a… One day at a time. Eat healthy, and stay away from sugar and processed food. A cold shower or cold plunge can't hurt.
