I hate it too but IV found some where there is literally no talking. The person just plays music

God, I'm dyslexic. I thought this said withOUT dumbbells. But I have and use weights so I like it. Love how you show what muscles are being worked. Great animation, thanks!

My only criticism is exercise 5 and 9 have the same name. #5 exercise is correctly labeled as upright row. #9 exercise should be called alternating arm press.
