I hate it too but IV found some where there is literally no talking. The person just plays music

This is a fantastic video! Are you able to create a 30 or 40 min arm, chest and shoulders workout with dumbbells to include warm up and warm down.
I love these exercises but I don’t understand the finger curls. 🤔🤔. What are they for?
The finger curl exercise is to strengthen and improve grip and wrist strength.
