Hola, espero me funcione, tengo 66 , ultimamente estoy depresiva, sin ganas de hacer ejercicio, voy a retomar, con esta rutina, gracias.
First of all I want to say thank you I am a 53 yr old breast cancer survivor that has been overweight my whole life I just this last year started exercising and I am hooked. I started at 285 and I am down to 197. I used to workout with Burpee girl but I found that I felt like I was getting more winded than I was feeling the burn. So then I tried walking exercises with walks for life, but I didn't feel challenged. Then u found your channel and it feels perfect So thank you for your help.
PS: maybe you could move that go countdown circle from in front of the character it makes it a bit hard to see the exercise and to learn it Just thought it wouldn't hurt to ask ❤😊

I work out everyday I have exercise equipment in my a row and ride squat machine recumbent bike that has workout bands on it and some other equipment and weights etc
And when I do videos like this and some other videos it really motivates me even more

I do it 3 to 4x a week on my first month and gradually do it 3x a week but for those who have bat wings pls try it it's really effective consistency is the key!!! thank you for sharing this to us!!!
