    ooh! that was a great work out. I love the animated female too. and the display of the muscels being worked. I am a visual and this really helps motivate me especially when I don't feel like working out. determined, consistent, and committed .

    These are exercises for sholders mostly, not for under the arm.

      That's true, these exercises are mainly for the shoulders, but they can also help strengthen the muscles under the arm too.

    Love the workouts. I try to do different ones every day. Not losing weight yet but definitely more flexible and lot more energy.
