Day 2: i can definitely feel a burn on my upper chest Day 3: I can't feel anything but a slight burn but the noticeably got smaller Day 4: i visibly see results but just a little my bust ewnt from 45 to 43 with a couple of other workouts, and some of my shirts feel more baggy than before im so proud of my self.

I will write the results every day. I've been doing this for two days now and nothing is noticeable yet. Day 3 I see some changes. Day 4 I feel light. Day 5,6 I did exercises and what I want to say. The chest does not decrease. But I feel light. And this is quite a good result. ❤

Can my breasts come back to my old breast size after I do this workout? There's a video that also shows these exercises and says they will reduce arm fat, i did not know it would affect the breasts too, and now I have lost my breast which makes me very sad :((

I started doing this exercise yesterday so I am going to put the result for each day and if this really works. I hope this works btw I am 16.. Day 1 : I did this for 6min first day for me it was so hard to do. (Felling better after the exercise) Day 2 : I did all the exercises. @@skyy_x1 help sorry for not updating but i did this exercise for only 4 days then took 1 week gap and did it again for 2 days and again took gap now in doing this regularly and i dont see a drastic change but yes i do feel lot more comfortable and my breast size sad indeed shrinked

не надо расстраиваться) грудь правда можно хоть до нулевки изменить с помощью спорта. главное ни дня ни пропускать, я видела девушек с большой грудью , ну и результат@@skyy_x1 они хотели похудеть, результат для меня от них очень сильно удивил. грудь правда у них уменьшилась, и эти результаты были за 5 месяцев. главное , ты , не сдавайся, и делай эти упражнения хоть год. и все уменьшится)

@@skyy_x1 help sorry for not updating but i did this exercise for only 4 days then took 1 week gap and did it again for 2 days and again took gap now in doing this regularly and i dont see a drastic change but yes i do feel lot more comfortable and my breast size sad indeed shrinked
