Тренируюсь по этой методике третий день. Мне 55 лет и скажу, что тренировка работает. Пузик подтягивается. Жирок ещё есть, но прошло мало времени. Добавлю кардио - ходьбу по лестнице, бег по лестнице и скакалку и будет всё супер! Спасибо за отличную тренировку!

20 дней моих добросовестных занятий. По результатам, окружность талии не изменилось. Но весь жировой запас, в передней части, как-то аккумулировался в одной точке, как бы внизу живота. Зрительно постройнела. Выполняла по одному подходу, но добавила ещё следующий 10 минутный комплекс. Не сдаёмся, посмотрим результат через месяц.

I’m gonna be doing this everyday until my school for next year. Like I’ll be doing this during summer break so I can hopefully get skinny for when school starts again! Day 1: feeling good did it✅✅ Day 2: done!✅ Day 3: done and did it twice✅✅ Day 4: done and did it twice!✅ Day 5: done!!✅ im gonna do it twice a day btw and also I went out for dinner and put on a pair of my Jean shorts that are usually tight and they are feeling a big more loose! I really like the exercises, but the calories burned for me are way less than what you show in the video. Ex…yours said 98 calories and I showed 59. I even moved during the rest time and I still never got close to your calories burned.

I didn’t measure before, but I did these exercises for about 10 days and I buttoned a pair of pants today that I had to pin together last week. I can’t visibly see any difference, but that button did not lie! ETA: I did the exercises twice, with about a minute break between.

I started about two weeks ago. At that very time I went to take my measurement for a new dress to be sewn. When I went to pick it up today, my seamstress had to reduce it by a couple of inches cus my mid section had grown thinner🎉🎉🎉 I've not measured but I see it in my dresses and so I'm going to do it more cus I'm loving the effects.❤❤❤

Started this exercise last week for 6 days and must say that I can see the difference in my waist. When I started my waist measured 93cm and after doing this exercise for 6 days a week it’s 87cm, which is about 2 inches. I have been trying different workouts but couldn’t keep up as I couldn’t do abs exercises. I’m glad I found this video it’s easy to follow as these are all standing exercises. Excited to see more progress in week 2.

This did not reduce my waist size by anything.
27.5 inches starting and 27.5 inches after 5 days/ week for 4 weeks.
Plus I was doing 40 other minutes of exercise from Body Now.
2 different videos twice each 5 days a week.
I'm sorry to hear that the method did not work for you. Every body is different and results may vary. It's important to remember that waist size is just one aspect of overall health and there are many other factors that contribute to it. Keep experimenting and find what works best for you!

Started this exercise last week for 6 days and must say that I can see the difference in my waist. When I started my waist measured 93cm and after doing this exercise for 6 days a week it’s 87cm, which is about 2 inches.
I have been trying different workouts but couldn’t keep up as I couldn’t do abs exercises.
I’m glad I found this video it’s easy to follow as these are all standing exercises.
Excited to see more progress in week 2.
