Ciao! Dipende da cosa stiamo parlando. Se ci riferiamo all'attività fisica, di solito cerco di allenarmi 3-4 volte a settimana. Ma se parliamo di quanto spesso mangio la mia pizza preferita al giorno, beh... forse dovremmo limitarlo a una volta al giorno! E tu, quante volte a settimana fai attività fisica?
@@body-now io faccio attività fisica in casa, cioè questi esercizi che fate voi tutti i giorni neanche tanto per dimagrire ma per aumentare i glutei e scolpire gli addominali😘❤️
