Отличные упражнения ,сделала с легкостью .Без всяких прыжков .Сейчас отдохну и еще один заход сделаю .Привыкла любые упражнения делать по два захода с разных видео .Вообще в плане делать три раза в день ,через час после еды ,тогда и результат быстро появиться мерси за упражнения

Podobne treningi robię od trzech lat, regularnie kilka razy w tygodniu. TEN trening jest dość spokojny, według mnie ta AWATARKA zbyt powoli się porusza. Ja wykonywałam ćwiczenia szybciej, zgodnie z muzyką. Chociaż nie ma tu żadnych podskoków, trening jest dość wymagający. Mimo to dodałam jeszcze 20 minut samych brzuszków, takich na leżąco, bo miałam niedosyt.

I agree that this particular workout may seem slow, but I prefer to do the exercises at a faster pace, in sync with the music. Despite the lack of jumping, I find it to be quite challenging. However, to satisfy my need for an extra challenge, I usually add 20 minutes of ab exercises lying down. It's great to hear that you have found a way to make the workout work for you. Ale co to znaczy "pomagają"? Na co mają pomagać? Jeżeli chcesz zrzucić zbędne kilogramy, to niestety, TE treningi tego nie zrobią. Do zrzucenia kilogramów muszą być PODSKOKI. Mówię z doświadczenia, bo podobne treningi wykonuję od trzech lat, regularnie trzy razy w tygodniu. Jednak moje treningi miały bardzo dużo podskoków, dlatego mogłam zrzucić wagę. Na te treningi trafiłam niedawno i ponieważ nie muszę już zrzucać zbędnych kilogramów, robię je po prostu dla przyjemności oraz żeby się lepiej WYRZEŹBIĆ.
