I'm 53 right now and I want to begin dumbbell exercise. Are the routines in this video fit for me? If it is, how many kilos should I use in each dumbbell?
This completely neglects the lats and chest. I understand that it is a standing dumbbell workout but it isn’t full body. Not training the lats and pecs which are two of the biggest muscles is far from full body.

The rear delt raise is my favorite, I never knew the name of it but it just feels good and is an easy way to introduce a heavier weight.

Good little workout quite hard , used 3 sets of dumbbells for it though 12s 20s and 8s for the 2 hardest sets
