Me tire uma dúvida, para iniciantes quantos quilos recomenda em anilhas para cada braço?
@@atiladenis142eu comecei com a menor carga aquela que eu aguentei no início. Estava parada sem treinos há 2 anos então comecei devagar e vou aumentando a medida que aguento. Começa devagar sem presa por resultados, só Começa, só vai com cuidado pra não causar lesão!
