Videos like this make me appreciate being alive at the current time and having a resource like RUclips. I can’t imagine what it must’ve been like back in the day when all a novice lifter would have were some muscle mags and maybe some old dude in the neighborhood that knew a few exercises.

I am buying some equipments. Dumbbells and barbell. Need some advice. Should I buy gloves for weight lifting ? What will be the ideal length of the barbell for a all purpose strength training ? 5ft or 6ft or 7ft ? I will mostly do compound exercises with this barbell

@@atiladenis142eu comecei com a menor carga aquela que eu aguentei no início. Estava parada sem treinos há 2 anos então comecei devagar e vou aumentando a medida que aguento. Começa devagar sem presa por resultados, só Começa, só vai com cuidado pra não causar lesão!
