    This is my first experience of a real-time exercise plan, on RUclips - KEEP THIS UP! This is how it should be done, and it's done with no personal trainer fees and with full confidence, including...no bullying about how big the dumbs should be! This was an excellent idea!

    Burpee exercise with weights, great spin on the regular version. One of the reasons I like to watch these videos, I always find a new way to perform old exercise.

      Depends on you weight and height but you'll start to see progress in about a week if you really stick to it

    I did every workout move except for the last one very proud of myself this was pretty great it sold me the possibilities that I could do using my dumbbell set The fact that I haven’t worked out and I don’t know how to Long and I was able to do it I’m proud of myself this was great

      3 sets of 12 repetitions, 2-3 times a week. Start with a weight YOU CAN CONTROL.

      Monday Morning
      Tuesday evening
      Wednesday rest
      Thursday morning
      Friday evening
      Saturday morning
      Sunday rest.
      (The way i prefer)

      Also you need to do all the exercises together.
      You can start with like 8-10-12 rap of each if you can't hold for the second given in video. And carry on with the same for 2 3 weeks.
      Whenever you find them easy just increase raps to 15-18 for each exercise.
