Señora gloria con mucho gusto si no entiende le diré 3 series de 8 a12 repeticiones y yo le sugiero si es principiante 2 veces por semana y con el peso que usted pueda y sienta que está trabajando cada musculo...buena suerte
Also you need to do all the exercises together. You can start with like 8-10-12 rap of each if you can't hold for the second given in video. And carry on with the same for 2 3 weeks. Whenever you find them easy just increase raps to 15-18 for each exercise. Thanks

3 sets of 12 repetitions, 2-3 times a week. Start with a weight YOU CAN CONTROL.
