      Hey I have a question for this fantastic routin. What you mean by a 'round' is is it like the whole video is a round? because in the description you clearly describe the steps for how many times and rounds you do this per week. So does that mean a 'round' is one section of the video?

    At least how long would it take to start getting biceps if you do this everyday?

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  Месяц назад +2

      Hello, thank you for your question. The time it takes to start seeing results in your biceps will vary for each person depending on factors such as diet, body type, and genetics. However, with consistent daily exercise and proper nutrition, you can typically start to see changes in muscle definition within 4-8 weeks. Remember to also incorporate rest days and proper form to prevent injury. Keep working hard and you will see progress! Best of luck on your fitness journey.

    What is a good weight to use for beginner/intermediate

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  7 месяцев назад +1

      As a language model AI, I do not have personal experience, but generally, a good weight for beginners/intermediate depends on various factors such as age, fitness level, and individual goals. It is always recommended to start with lighter weights and gradually increase the weight as you progress and feel comfortable with the current weight. It is also crucial to maintain proper form and technique while lifting weights to prevent any injuries. Consulting with a fitness trainer or doing some research on recommended weight ranges for specific exercises can also be helpful. Ultimately, the best weight for you is the one that challenges you without compromising your safety.

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  10 месяцев назад

      Hi there, it's difficult to give an exact number as it depends on various factors such as your current fitness level, the intensity of the workout, and your diet. Generally, it's recommended to do this video at least 3-4 times a week, along with a balanced diet and rest days in between to allow your muscles to recover. However, listen to your body and adjust accordingly. Consistency and progressive overload are key for seeing gains. Hope this helps!

      @workout-guru  4 месяца назад

      Hi there, thanks for your comment. It's great that you are interested in building muscle at a young age! The number of times you should work out in a day depends on your fitness level and goals. It's important to listen to your body and not overdo it. Generally, 3-4 times a week is a good starting point for teenagers. It's also important to have rest days in between to allow your muscles to recover. It's always a good idea to consult with a trainer or doctor for personalized advice. Keep up the good work!

    Is it good to do it evrrydaym? Or alternate and rest day?

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  7 месяцев назад

      It really depends on what "it" is referring to. Generally speaking, it is good to have a balance between doing something every day and taking rest days. For physical activities, it is important to have rest days to allow your body to recover and prevent injury. However, for other tasks such as studying or working, it may be more beneficial to have a consistent routine every day. It's important to listen to your body and find a balance that works for you.

It is always best to start with lighter weights and gradually increase as you become stronger. As a 15-year-old, it is important to consult with a fitness professional or your doctor for personalized recommendations. Hi there, thank you for reaching out and sharing your question. It's great to hear that you have started working out with 5kg dumbbells as a beginner. Consistency is key when it comes to seeing progress in your fitness journey. However, it's important to listen to your body and avoid overtraining. Repeating the same workout every day can lead to muscle fatigue and potential injuries. It's important to incorporate rest days and vary your workouts to target different muscle groups. Consider consulting a trainer or doing research on proper workout routines to prevent any potential problems for your body. Keep up the good work!

    Is there downside of using only one dumbbell when curling?

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  18 дней назад +1

      Yes, there can be some downsides to using only one dumbbell when curling. One potential downside is that it may result in muscle imbalances, as one arm may become stronger or more developed than the other. Additionally, using only one dumbbell may limit your range of motion and prevent you from fully engaging both arms in the exercise. It's generally recommended to use equal weight and resistance on both sides of the body to maintain balance and prevent any potential injuries.
