I do 150 pushups every day, and have done so for the last 10 yrs, so this workout is not challenging but I can definitely tell it will help sculpt my chest even more. Been doing these exercises while on a stationary bike. Averaging at 20k a day (45-48 min) and adding this into my bike routine, not only helps stretching out my back while on the bike, but also makes me work the upper quadrants while doing all the leg work at the same time. Results? We'll see, but I do think that my posture has improved a slide bit. Just the "clapping elbow" segment is a bit weird on a bike, just make sure nobody's looking at you when you do it 😅!

Been doing it for a week and I love it having done very little for the last year and putting on the pounds and this is a perfect intro back into regular exercise and movement……but the elbow claps are a struggle which I am attributing to the fact that it’s working muscles I’m not been using….and I’m too overweight to do anything easily….but I have to say this is very motivating and such supportive and positive comments in this section which definitely inspire me. Will keep this as a daily exercise even when I move back to more intense work. Cheers man

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! I'm so glad to hear that you have been enjoying the exercises and finding them to be a perfect intro back into regular exercise and movement. It's completely normal to struggle with certain exercises, especially if they are working muscles that you haven't used in a while. But the important thing is that you are pushing through and staying motivated. That takes a lot of determination, so kudos to you! And I couldn't agree more about the supportive and positive comments in this section - it truly is inspiring. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I completely agree that reducing fat consumption and avoiding fast food places can greatly improve our health. It's important to make conscious choices about what we put into our bodies and prioritize nutritious meals. Making small changes like cooking at home or packing a healthy lunch can make a big difference in the long run. Let's continue to support each other in making healthier choices!

This is an excellent workout, with one major problem : the timing of the animated man is all over the place! He starts each exercise at one rate, then speeds up and slows down in spots, which makes it hard to keep up with him. Other than that, the workout itself is GREAT!

Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your honest opinion. We understand that the inconsistency of the animated man's timing can be frustrating and we are currently working on revising the timing of the exercises to create a more consistent and enjoyable experience for all of our users. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know your thoughts.

Hey there! Don't worry, you're not alone. Bodyweight press can definitely be challenging, but with practice and proper form, you'll get the hang of it. Have you tried incorporating resistance bands or using a lighter weight to start off? It can also help to focus on engaging your core and keeping your body stable throughout the movement. Keep working at it, and you'll see progress in no time!
