I just wanted to say that I've been looking for exercises I can do from my wheelchair at home for a while now, and these videos are by far some of the best workouts videos. I only have 2kg weights but it has made such a difference!
Been doing this for a month (3 times a week) and man I am seeing the results already especially my triceps are getting tightened up. Fast and effective workout.

This is deceptively effective. When I did this as part of the 4 week program I was like 'meh..' I intended to do another round of it as I didn't think it was enough but ran out of time. 36 hours later, I'm surprised I have enough upper body strength to type this comment! Great workout, FB. I was a fool to doubt you!

Great workout very simple. Just a small suggestion. A lot of peoples dumbells don't adjust as easily as yours, so maybe try and put exercises with similar weights together, so dumbells don't have to be adjusted as frequently.
I highly loved this!! Will look for more similar workouts, i am a sedentary person but gave a chance to workouts and i can say i adore this type of exercise! Even if i only did this with 0.5 kg 😂
You guys rock! I had just recently changed my workouts for variety / to step up the level of workouts and the original Tank Top Arms video was put to the side. Now I can still incorporate it into my rotations! Thank you!!
I've been doing part 1 and 2 exercises with five lb weights. The first one helps getting me prepped for the second one. When these are no longer killing my arms by the end I'll move in to the 3 round. Great workout!

Did this twice through today after the new 23 min. level 3 kick boxing blend, and it hurt to even lift my glass of water at the end. My shoulders are TOAST! Great workout, as always.
I love this workout. Im 54 so I dont like jumping around anymore but want to work my muscles and keep my bones strong as well as get my heart rate up. thanks.. :)
Love to do this after a moderate bout of cardio. Really works those arms over in minimal time, and I love that there are no repeats. It's a 'bored easily' workout before that title was even part of their series!
Oldie but goodie. Did some low impact cardio to warm up, then a 10 min lower body strength workout, then this one. My muscles are all taking to me now! On to cardio tomorrow. #workout complete

I am in love with all three! I happened to find your videos when I typed "Easy dumbbell workouts for beginners".. I can't seem to like any other dumbbell exercises besides yours! Thanks A LOT! I do these three workouts every alternate day, it's only been a week and I can already see a difference! :D
since I only have 1 kilo weights available to me I had to make due with those. Well I found that if I really contract my arm muscles while doing these exercises, it's just as hard as if I were using heavier weights.

I've been doing this and tank top 1 every day for the last 3 and a half weeks. Except, I do this one (tank top workout 2) with 2 and 5 pound weights (instead of their 3-18 lb weights or whatever). I can't imagine using as much weight as Kelli does at this point! I don't know about my shoulders or back (I don't normally see them) but my biceps are bigger! I originallydid tank top 2 workout with 2 lb weights, and struggled throughout. Now I've managed to switch in 5 lb weights for some of the heavier exercises.
I used only 10lb and 25lb weights (only had a problem when I got to the arm circles, lol). Thanks for the workout! :) Did this after my ZWOW 60 for a little extra arm work.
Uh ohh, where did your smiles go kelli? Loved this work out though. Round 3 is definitely harder, but round 2 fit in perfectly with my schedule today and still gave me a burn.

Thanks for video. I like this because it shows form, which I needed to know. Please do one on muffin top and thunder thighs. I am 56 these places are so hard to tone. I sit at a desk and that doesn't help.

Great workout ^.^ But if you don't have dumbbells and water bottles are getting too light, always pick an object that grips nicely in your hand. I tried with thick hard cover books and it put far too much strain on my fingers and wrists rather than the arms. Ouch
I'm weaker now but I can still throw 10lb dumbbells around for the lateral raises, granted I can *just barely do them. & I love Kelli & this channel is so awesome! 😃

I spent the summer -trying- to hide my arms because theyr didn't look as fit as I wanted them to be. Cold weather is coming but will do this workout at least three times a week. 10/4/17
The best shape I've been ever was when I was doing fitness blender trainings 7 years ago. I just started again , wish me luck !!

I've done round 1 and 2 everyday now for 4 days and I can now do every exercise without taking a break between each rep.
what weights were you using?
I used 1kg Dumbells at first but now I use 3/5kg.
I am definitely going to get those powerblocks that you can adjust!!
