thank you guys for including the weights you used in each exercise! i know we need to feel what's right for our bodies, but when you provide the weights YOU'RE using i find that that's a very useful guide as to how to make sure it's an effective/challenging workout for us at home.

I like your channel. I've been following you both since 2011. I think you're doing great work. I appreciate there''s no cut, no pauses. You are lifting weights that challenge you and i can hear it by your breath. There aren't many workouts on yt like that. Unfortunately I often see full make up and weights like 1 pound and girls look extremely tight - you can't look like this with 1 pound for god sake. thank You & Daniel, keep up, you're doing great job!

Just wanted to let you guys know how grateful I am for your workouts and everything you do! I think I found you guys back in 2012 and worked from doing Level 3-4 workouts to Level 4-5 workouts. Last year I got pregnant and had to seriously back off of doing workouts because I kept pushing myself too hard and pulling joints, so had to just stick to walking for several months, and then in January had to have a C-section, and have been totally unable to do much of anything physically, which was rough for me! Just got cleared to work out again last week by my doctor and am SO grateful that you guys have the full array of levels for workouts. I started with Level 2s last week and now I'm back to Level 3s but doing modifications as needed and sticking to super light weights. You guys provide so much more than just great workouts, you provide an education to your viewers--I feel like even though I'm starting back out with much easier workouts you guys have provided a foundation of how to listen to my body, modify exercises as needed, and structure my weeks so that I get the most out of each workout. Love you guys!!!!

I haven't had a lot of variety in workouts, but fitness blender is one that I've stuck with. Like, I try to make sure I hit all the muscle groups but it's never as effective as doing the workout videos. Probs cause I'm inexperienced. Y'all have helped with building my strength it's great. I'm hoping I'll be able to get back into martial arts once I get my strength and endurance up again. :) Thanks Kelli and Daniel.

9/6/22 - Did this at 9.30pm after a 6pm dinner and whoah! After a 10mins warmup, jumped straight in and the fast pace really did make me sweat buckets! Didn’t even have time to wipe the sweat off my face but it was over sooner than expected- such an effective workout for the end of the day 💪🏼

I was sick yesterday and Tuesday so I used this for my “make up” Tuesday and I did a 10 min butt and thigh workout for my Wednesday workout. This was the perfect length to do a double whammy and be right on track for Friday!
Wow, that is really amazing! What weights did you use? Is this for men also? I am a man and did this lesson but it was brutal! I used 1 lb (half kg) dumbbells but made it to only 7 minutes and gave up as my arms just collapsed 😟 I am amazed how strong the women are here!
Hi Kelli and Daniel! I have a suggestion/workout idea. This summer I was staying in a pretty bad hotel with no equipment and I also couldn't lie down or even just touch the floor to exercise (it was gross). So I thought it would be cool to see a bodyweight total body workout that doesn't require lying down or touching anything!
Man, I haven't worked out to one of your videos in about 5 months... But when I was working out with them I lost so much weight! I am going to get back at it soon.
I had back surgery and want at least my upper body strength back. So I can at least saddle my own horse!! My lower body is pretty good but needs to be better. I'm in physical therapy but that's taking to long. so I was following you guys and thought that I'd subscribe. I'm getting stronger slowly some of the exercises seem so easy until the next morning, when you are so sore!! Thank you.

I'm so happy to hear you're living healthier! Good for you. In terms of cellulite, I wouldn't sweat it. Well over 90% of women have cellulite, and while it can be impacted by diet, exercise, lifestyle, etc, you should also keep in mind that most of the healthiest, fittest, leanest people will often still have cellulite. I have it. I have stretch marks too, since I was as young as 11. It used to bother me but you have to know that it really, really doesn't matter and doesn't impact your health or value as a human. This work out is a great cardio and strength routine! I used it after my own Hiit routine for archery upper body. Had me sweating in no time!

Really good workout, I did it as an add on to a short back workout, so this complimented it really well to give me a full upper body one!

I just want to say, Kelli and Daniel, that you guys are the reason I am as fit as I am today! I have been working out for years and years, but about 5 years ago, I was ready for something different. I had been hearing a lot about HIIT workouts, and wanted to find out more about it. So a quick Google search brought up your website, and yours was the first HIIT workout I ever did. I was hooked immediately! It was different than any kind of training I had ever done before, and I loved the challenge! You guys brought a whole new excitement and interest to my working out, that I hadn't felt in years.
I am stronger and more fit than ever now, and I am so happy I did that search all those years ago, and found you!

Good morning. I’ve just completed this workout using tins of beans as I have no access to my weights while I’m staying at my parents for Christmas. So Boxing Day morning and I raided their house for the best thing I could find! I suppose it’s better than nothing lol. Thanks for your videos xx
really love this workout. Upper body is not my favorite part of training but this one was fun with news exercices, 15 minutes thats feels good :D

Hi Kelly I've been following you since may this year When I found your videos that are so inspiring that made me wanna chance style of live in a healthier way. I want to thank you guys and please do some more leg workout videos...despite my workout and healthier food I still can't get rid of cellulite (😱😭)
I'm so happy to hear you're living healthier! Good for you. In terms of cellulite, I wouldn't sweat it. Well over 90% of women have cellulite, and while it can be impacted by diet, exercise, lifestyle, etc, you should also keep in mind that most of the healthiest, fittest, leanest people will often still have cellulite. I have it. I have stretch marks too, since I was as young as 11. It used to bother me but you have to know that it really, really doesn't matter and doesn't impact your health or value as a human.
