I haven't posted in a really long time! I have a love/hate relationship with strength training. Lol...I hate strength training but I love how I feel afterwards. I always looove your workouts! I'm 58 yrs old. If I can do them, anybody can, for sure!!!

Hi, I wonder if you (or anyone) could help me out a little. I've been with you for almost two years now, but lately I got lazy again. I do 2-3 workouts a week instead of 4-5 and my diet suffered too. I find it hard to come back to this super healthy lifestyle that kept me happy after all. Any suggestions how do I restore better habits?
Been working out with these guys for YEARS.. But finally decided to buckle down and get serious. I'm down 40lbs since September and 19 of those were fun Jan alone. Love fitness blender it's changed my life!

How long u have been doing strength training? I ve lost 5 pounds in 3 months :(
Sonal Singh I alternate days of HIIT with strength training for six days a week...one of those days I will do a short strength training and then do yoga. But it took me a solid year of struggle to find a balance.... So don't worry if you don't see results right away...consistency is the key. Hope this helps😘
thanks for responding, i cant do HIIT for log duration, i do 60 minutes of upper body strength, 60 minutes of lower body strength, HIIT and abs all twice a week. is it good enough?
can u pls tell me the duration of ur workout?
@@ssonal21 Aren't your workout sessions a bit lengthy? From what l have heard 60 minutes might not be necessary. How have you been getting on with your workouts over the past year?
I just wanted to THANK YOU for making videos like these! They have personally helped me a lot and they keep on helping me. Today I just wanted to say that I now fit into a medium, I used to be a large and I would never imagine me fitting into a medium but now I am a size medium!

I was looking for a good upper body workout as I just had foot surgery and was going crazy laying in bed the past three days. Was able to make some modifications, did the whole workout sitting on a chair and it worked out really well. Thanks!!!

Before FB, I have never been able to keep working out for longer than a month before I started to really hate it. I started FB with only the stretching videos to help ease my back pain and I loved your nice and positive attitude so much I also tried some workouts and started loving them. It has been over two months now, my back pain is almost completely gone and I feel so much stronger and more flexible. Im able to workout or at least stretch almost every day, while enjoing the exercise and actually looking forward to do my workouts, which is something really new to me.

I've been watching your videos for a while now and I love how down to earth and genuine you guys are. I had a quick question about whether or not you would consider doing a video with exercises for patellofemoral pain syndrome, my doctor sent me home with exercises to help me but I do struggle with self motivation when it comes to these. And what's frustrating is the pain and discomfort in my knee is hindering me in the lower body workouts and I don't want to lose my progress. I just thought I would try and ask because you guys motivate and inspire me to want to keep pushing myself to be better.
I had a tough time getting myself motivated to work out this morning, but this was perfect. The alternating really kept me focused and in the game, and now that I'm done, I feel great. Proud to have earned my #workoutcomplete today! (because I really, REALLY didn't wanna lol)

It's incredible how powerful habits can be in shaping our mindset. I can be unmotivated to workout but as soon as I hear "this is Kelly and/or Daniel with Fitness Blender", my mind goes "let's go!" and it never fail to make me feel better by the end.

Hey Dan and Kelley... I've been following your videos for a couple of years now. I can't tell you how much you guys are appreciated and how many many times I've tooted your whistle at social gatherings. I have crazy busy work and 2 small children... in the time it would take for me to get dressed and drive to any gym, I am done with a 30min HIIT workout at home in comfy clothes. And waking up and spending 30mins with you guys feels so great... I have hated it when the first thing in the morning, you have to put up with me-me-me I-know-it-all type fitness instructors, rather, you guys are so sweet, yet soooooo informative and sooooo efficient. Love waking up to you both !! okee... I got carried away... my question to you guys: I want to support FB as much as I can. Is there a monetary difference to FB if I play the videos on your site Vs follow the RUclips link and play it off of RUclips ? If there is, pls let us know... would love to do whatever is better to support FB !! Thanks !!!

One of my favorite moments in all of the Fitness Blender workouts I do is Kelli saying, "Take a moment to just...I don't know...flail around?" Cracks me up every time since it's really indicative of how I feel while working out anyway :D
Great videos. The best tip to check whether my form is correct is which muscle should feel the effect of an exercise. I miss hearing about which muscle group is targeted with each exercise.

Did this workout yesterday . Normal hate upper workouts because they seem too to good my very soon . Not this workout thought . I liked the way you have to Remember which arm to use . Love this new workout . Please do more like this
