That was brutal, my heart rate was around 135 - 155 Bpm the whole time even though I took extra breaks. Really excited to see how I will feel tomorrow. Thank you dear Kelli.
Wow. Kelli this is just a great all around workout! I was injured & out of the game for a minute. I did this with NO weights & still felt like I got allot out of it! I can't wait to advance to weights after my knee heals!

From working out in my bedroom, to playing your videos in the studio gym room. I appreciate this content, and I admire even more how it can help someone progress in their lifestyle. Little me back in the bedroom, would not be doing as good as the girl in the gym studio room today. Oh nice!! I need to work on my lower body because of my hip joint. My physical therapist said if I strengthen my glutes and thighs, it will take pressure of my hip joint. I will give this a try with my favorite trainer. 😁😁.
@@istrala Funny that you say that because I have minor arthritis in my knees. So I guess my glutes and thighs are weak due to my lower back and knees hurting. Thanks for the info!!👍🏾👍🏾
@@char-4737 Same for me! Osteoarthritis has kept me on the sidelines now and then. I'm trying to build and keep a strong foundation so that any future downtime is minimal.

5/7/22 - can’t believe this “everything included” lower body workout was less than 30mins! Short but effective. I added an extra 10mins cardio warmup in the beginning, so even by the warmup/ floor/ mat stage of this routine, I was already sweaty. The only bit I couldn’t do was the 1st routine with the squats and arm lift at the beginning of the strength routine, as I felt like my arms were doing the work. So I just subbed it out for regular squats. Still felt it in my glutes tho! Love!
Please do workouts for people with Lupus, I have been working out with you and Daniel for years, I got diagnosed with lupus 2 years ago. So now I cant keep up with the exercises I normally do easily with you guys.
