congratulations but may I ask ,.. how much time it took from u and what were u eating each day .. I'll appreciate it if u give me an answer
+sport addicted I ate clean and it took 1.5 years. with a busy schedule, I worked out from home and gym...walked every where, ate clean, limited my dairy and carb intake. Those were my killers...rice, a good croissant, and lovely cheese. now those are in moderation.
I think a gradual slow weight loss is the best, it stays off better and when you slip a bit the weight doesn't just jump back on. plus with rapid weight lose you metabolism actually slows down and you end up putting the weight back on and sometimes even more. it's hard to see a slow progression but in the end it is worth it! Well done, Dkotastar! You ROCK!

I've been doing this 3 times a week for 2 weeks & i see a major difference even though other ppl cant see it i can. My thighs are getting muscle and toned and my butt is getting round i'm really happy with the results. Im going to keep going and working harder (:

I never comment on any RUclips videos before but I have to do a shoutout to you Kelly and Daniel! It has been more than two years since I starting working out with you. I started with all the low impact workouts, when I couldn't do a single plank or push up. I had just got out of a series of many health challenges and surgery at the time. Your videos got me hooked because it's doable and fun! Now I can do whatever I set my mind to! I not only lost 25 lbs but my back does not hurt anymore. I went from Prediabetic to NONE! I can lift my four year anytime and I have lots of energy throughout the day! My husband and I workout to your videos as our quality time together! Thank you for being an inspiration to us and motivating us to stay healthy and feel good! You guys are amazing!!!

I've done this 3 times. Always sore muscles, no exception. I'm back for a 4th time! (even if I know what exercises are next, I still get mad at you Kelly, sorry)

I don't usually get sore after doing butt and thigh workouts but after doing this one for the first time yesterday I'm so awfully sore now I can barely walk or sit down or up. I'm feeling pain in muscles that I didn't even know existed. It's absolutely terrible, but in a good way because it shows how my muscles are being challenged. I'll definitely keep doing it!

this went fast! I find sometimes I finish early but this went fast and I made it through, even through those pulsing hell-squats. I really appreciate that you, Kelli don't hide when you are struggling or have to lower your weight, makes it all seem that much more achievable and helps me to keep going forward.
This is one of my most favorite workouts. I always feel amazing after!
This is the hardest one of yours I've done by far and I've done most of them. I used a 20kg barbell for the deadlifts and 10kg total in dumb bells for as many of the others as I could manage. Since starting your workouts last July I have lost a stone and I'm building more muscle than I ever have in my life. I have definition in places I never thought I'd ever get it. In a few months time, now I've added weights to my workouts, I'll post the before and after of what my body looks like and it's all thanks to Fitness Blender! Thank you!

I will be starting this exercise tomorrow and ending on Saturday so I'm only going to be doing this for 2 days but I will be doing the workout 6 times a day and I will be including another thigh exercise video as well. I will keep you updated tomorrow and Saturday. I will be early a lot more healthier for these two days because I want the best results.
