I hate watching videos of personal trainers all smiling, with the music, in their perfect outfit, with no sweat and "no effort", looking like "I woke up like this" :) iyou are very professional, real, and down to earth, instead! Exactly! I tried other workout channels and they're way too smiley and energetic with pop music blasting in the background and it makes me want to drown in my sweat

Especially when you see her drop the weights saying that it is okay to drop the weight. Usually, the fitness instructors are supposed to be the definition of fitness. Kelli is because she isn't afraid of leaving her ego at the door before she presses recordf.

I like this format because whenever a rep is kicking my butt, I think: At least I won't have to do this exercise again!
I was having a bad anxiety day and decided to do this instead of lying in bed waiting for the panic attacks to kick in. Now I feel great and can tackle my day. I really loved this. I made it through the entire video! Yay me!! I did modify some of the exercises to low impact because of my knees. Every time there was jumping involved I
did squats and concentrated on keeping my form perfect and keeping up with your fast pace. That did the trick. Thank you!!

I just finished this workout..well 5-6 min ago. Used with 10 pound kettlebells even during times when not needed esp since she used way more pounds. Entire back was sweating. I felt the burn in different areas. A majority of this workout consisted of my favorite butt and thigh exercises I enjoy doing on the previous ones, Since this has the highest difficulty score, I will definitely use this varied workout consistently and see what happens...1 month or more to see change on butt and thighs? I will see :) thank you so much fitness lender! Y'all did it again!

+Tilda J. Don't be intimidated length of workout. Remember, with strength training, your reps are slower and there is extra time between exercises to change amount of weight. Waaaayy different than, say, 52 minutes of HIIT or kickboxing.

Oh my god, I did this workout without actually looking at how long it was, I only just noticed now when I went to comment. This is actually the longest workouts I've done of yours and it just proved to me that I can actually do it, it's just the dread that prevents me from doing so! This has given me so much motivation to do more of your longer workouts, I always thought 30 minutes was my maximum. Anyway, thank you so much for doing these videos, they never go by unappreciated. I loved this personally, it really pushed me and I feel so so accomplished right now!

I used to hate working out until I found kelly on fitness blender! No one can make me as Motivated as her. I used to get so bored, so frustrated, but now I have great routines, & she gives me so much motivation to keep going even when I wanna too. I go to the gym 4 times a week, I follow her workouts every single session. She’s amazing, so informative, pushes you even when you don’t wanna keep going. You get results you want from her workouts for sure!

This is now by far my fave workout format ever!!! Knowing that I can re-do something if I want to do another set, but that I also never have to do one again if I don't want to is awesome. LOVED it!

I loved the format, the fact that there were no repeats kept my mind engaged and focused during the whole workout. And I tried extra hard to get the best out of each exercise because I knew I wouldn't get another chance. My favorite was the forward lounge with the pulse (ouch!!).
This is my second time doing this video amongst all your other ones and i love them ALL! but i specifically love this lower body workout! You guys are amazing Kelli! Thank you for all your videos!

Loved this workout. I love sets too, but because I knew I wasn't repeating any exercises I definitely lifted heavier. My legs are feeling awesomely sore today :) Thanks so much! Tackling the Upper Body one tonite.
Loved this workout!! I loved the different variations! It always kept me on my toes and wanting to continue. I did have to put my weights down a few times but I got through the whole workout!!
This one really goes by so fast! I do like this structure a lot, especially when you introduce different versions of the exercises in each section. More!!
The Best!! I get bored dreading doing another group of exercises knowing I have to do the same ones 2-3 more times this is perfect please make more of these I LOVE THEM they are fun and I actually do the whole video without moving on to something else you are the best great variety!

I loved that there was a little predictability with the format (I knew it would be squat, deadlift, lunge, plyo, pilates, leg lift - all in some form) but that no moves were exactly repeated. So, I could see the light at the end of the tunnel without dreading a particular move. Great one!
LOVED THIS ONE! So glad I found it. I kept doing your 30-minute strength lower legs and then your 20-minute pilates. This is everything in one and I love it!

I tried this out after doing the upper body one yesterday(which were awesome). I have pretty muscular legs and a "beer belly" but thanks to your great instructions i were acctually able to do even the flexible motions pretty well. When i finally reached the stretching, I even tried to pull off, that knee under body, into the downward dog and up into a split... must had looked really funny while i attempted it, but im proud of myself for almost pulling it off as a stocky soon 32 year old male with almost no experience.
This might be a long workout but Its pretty heavy with enought weight.

Just what I needed, I wanted to try some new lower body workouts, thank you for everything you're doing for us, you're seriously the best, no competition.
Just finished this one! I sneaked it in my rest day, but 1. I couldn't wait to try it and 2. I have been eating like a 19th century harvester today. I liked the no-repeat because knowing that there is no second chance to do an exercise, I put more effort on it. For example, lunges are very difficult for me, and I never go deep with them; but knowing that it is only one set, I go all the way to the ground with my knee, and it feels great to be doing an exercise correctly once in a while LOL.
Kelli: I don't agree with you about the music. I strongly dislike any music when I workout. This is one of the features that I adore of all your videos: you don't use any music and for me that is fantastic.
What do I think about this routine? I think that it is great and I will be coming back to this video many times in the future.l Thank you!

Great workout! My butts burnt!!! Thank you! I just wanted to make a small offer. Kelli, in excercises like deadlifts and squats the technique is essential. Perhaps you would find it interesting to make a video explaining the correct technique in details. Or perhaps you have already done and I just didn't find... It seems I do everything the way you do but in deadlifts I feel lower back, especially in the end. It seems somethingis wrong...
that is where you should feel it.
yep, dead lifts are a strong target for mostly the upper butt and lower back...that's what gives your butt a GREAT shape!
I avoid dead lifts even though I don't have pain after doing them. I don't want to get injured. I sub them with different workouts.

Great workout and it's made the favourites list! I love the variety but also that each group keeps to a set routine. So glad that cardio time still keeps to 10 reps, rather than as many as you can get through in a set time. You are both such an inspiration. Keep up the amazing work.

Just did this for the 2 week FB Blend program. I'm always tight in my lower back, that's why I love your workouts. They seem to loosen everything up and the cool down wipes all the pain away. Seriously, since the couple of years I've done your workouts, I no longer visit the chiropractor, and take far less ibuprofen. Your stretches HIT the spot! I really am grateful.

+FitnessBlender I have question for you my doctor recommended that in order for me to lose weight that I should cut my calorie count each day for the next 60 days to 1200 cal per day. I do have a thyroid issue but right now it is under control with medicine so my thyroid is working fine it's just that now I weigh more than when I was pregnant with my daughter I'm at 170 and I'm only 5'2. I want to lose the weight just to take the stress off of my joints if I was taller I could maintain this weight easily but being that I am so short it will be ideal for me to lose this weight to take the stress off my joints,help. Any advice is welcome thank you fitness blender! Kellie and Daniel
That is way too low of calories, especially being active.

seriously the only tip i can give you, anitramic, is to listen to your doctor or get a second opinion from another doctor. dan and kelly themselves said in another video that they are just fitness instructors and they cant give nutrition advice. dont harm yourself by following any odd person from the internet.
I didn't tell her what to do. I'm just tired of seeing women starve themselves. Look at Kelli's story. She eats way more HEALTHY calories than she used to when she weighed more.
