Love you guys! Thanks for the workout. I do have one question! Right after this workout I feel it more so in my lower back than my legs. I am still sweating hard though. Does that mean I did not do it right?
I had the same question. I feel it all in my lower back. I feel like its the deadlifts that I'm not doing correctly. If anyone could answer this, that would be awesome.
I'm not an expert but: when I lifted too much I felt pain in my lower back. When I dropped down a few pounds I didn't feel the pain anymore. I think it has something to do with rounding the back and lifting too much?
Current leg routine: Mondays/Wednesdays= 10 min glute activation workout + this video Saturdays= 40 Minute at Home Butt and Thigh Workout w/ Glute Activation video by this channel I started at slightly lower weights than Kelli, now I’m at the exact sizes she uses and will slowly increase as I get stronger. Still figuring out an upper body routine I like and will stick with in Tuesday/Thursday Fridays I do “fun” cardio in the form of dance, paddle boarding, or roller skating with friends! Sundays I rest 😌🙏🏾
Hey Daniel and Kelli! I'm not very active on social media but I've just been meaning to say THANK YOU for all the work you put into these free workout videos. I started using them last year around September (did the three 5-day challenges over and over again) until in March I finally bought some dumbbells, bought one of your 8 week fat loss programs and things got real! :-P My husband and I have just been through a major life change, moving overseas permanently, saying goodbye to friends and family, finding our way in a new culture, country and language. If I didn't have these workouts 5 times a week to keep me healthy and grounded I would have gained a ton of weight over this transition period. Instead I've lost 21 kg in the past 8 months and feel stronger/fitter than ever. Plus, squatty potties (the more common bathroom alternative here) would have been a nightmare if I hadn't started doing squats with you a couple months before the move...just sayin'! So, summing up, thank you :-)
This has always been my go to I was in the best of my shape with this routine pre baby now I'm back in routine 3 years later. Nearly stopped at 17mins paused the video was about to quit but gave myself 30secs and the rest of the 10minutes or so absolutely flew and I feel so good. This video will never age!!

This was tough! My hamstrings are tight today. I noticed that my lower back was giving out before my legs. A constant battle since having my son and trying to heal a Diastis recti. Great one Kelli!
This is the first workout I've completed in months and my god, it was killer! Going to feel this tomorrow! By the end of it I was shouting "I hate you!", but really, I'm already loving it and looking forward to doing more of your workouts!
What did you think of this workout? Which interval made you feel the strongest? What interval did you find the most challenging? I think I felt the strongest during the “side + side leg raise” because a) I love squats, and b) the side leg raise makes me aware of how much balance I’ve gained. I found the “squat taps” really difficult; they made my muscles burn like mad! What kinds of workouts would you guys like to see next?

+FitnessBlender Do you have any suggestions for tight hamstrings? I have very tight and possibly weak hamstrings, I can't reach lower than my knees with my dumbbells during deadlifts (with a flat back, I mean) and it hasn't improved in over a year of exercising and stretching (only about 2-3 times a week though). Will it eventually improve if I continue doing deadlifts and stretches, or should I avoid them and try something else?
+Iuliana Grava I can only speak from my experience but I was in a similar situation. I always stretched mine after a workout and on my rest days. It gets better with time, patience, and consistency.

+FitnessBlender love this workout . i dont really like cardio , i only do it for warm ups , but when doing this i felt like i was doing cardio , i was drenched ? , other than the lower body ,will this workout affect other parts . i wish this was a full body workout. i love to workout my whole body , but my main focus is my lower body
This is one of my favorites. I confess I started with weights that are too light, but I will work up. The cardio element makes this a very worthwhile half an hour. Love it that Kelly always reminds us to eat real food!!
Please make more low impact low body workouts like this one! I love it so much. I get very bad tinnitus with anything involving cardio, and this is one of the few workouts that I have no problem with, please I would really appreciate if you made more like this! Day 24. Damn, I finished the entire thing. I took a LOT of breaks, and I’d also done some hiit earlier in the day. I’m so happy. You’re right, it’s hard to hate your body when it’s working this hard for you. I’m reminding myself that this is a way of life, not a diet. Thanks Kelli!

This w/o also will cause you to sweat like crazy, ☔💧💧💧💧💧💧 At some point in the w/o I began to go blind from the sweat pouring into my eyes. This w/o is so awesome and it help me discover my life for deadlifts. 👏👌💕💓 I consider myself a beginner when it comes to working out and I was so proud when I completed this w/o. After the water break, you describe the next exercise as a Deadlift Kickout but proceed to do a squat & kickout... then you describe a Ski Squat with an inside thigh raise but do an inward-toe deadlift. Not that it spoilt anything.. it was a brilliant, brilliant workout. I absolutely love what you do.
I did a moderate HIIT video first, and this simply decimated me, even though I lifted lighter than usual. Looking forward to those sore muscles later on! This one can be as easy or hard as you please, and it does have a surprising cardio component to it. Great workout as usual- thanks K+D!

Your lower body workouts are my favorite and I've done many of them. But none of them have ever left me sweating and gasping for air like this one! That is to say, it was awesome! :)

I always incorporate weighted squats and deadlifts in my leg day routine and I usually HIIT 5 days/week, but this is the only workout so far that made my legs sore for three whole entire days. thank you FB :)

Great workout! Thanks for letting us know the amount for the weights and for including a cool down. A warm up included in the beginning and letting us know the weight number earlier would make workouts smoother ;)

I am always surprised with lower body workouts. I typically do them with the FB Programs and not by my choice. I feel like my legs would just be sore. This was a great workout! It worked so much more than just legs! Intense sweating, too! Thank you Fitness Blender for teaching us how to workout smarter!
I underestimated all 30mts or less minutes workouts from fitness blender - experiencing real soreness everywhere!!! You guys are awesome - learnt that increased weights doesn't matter instead good posture and tight squeezes at right muscles required ...👌🏽✌🏾
I loved this workout! I was wearing my heart rate monitor (chest strap kind) and my heart rate was in the 80%-90% range through most of the workout. Definitely a sweat-fest. And the amount of time required for this workout was perfect. Kelli and Daniel rock!
Took me an hour to get through. I have NEVER been in love with lower body workouts especially weight lifting. But I do them cause I know it's necessary. Workout FINALLY complete lol. 20.02.2017 - 6.07am.

OMG I did this workout for the first time and I am sweating!!! Towards the end I was not able to finish the last sets. Amazing! I will do this one a couple times a week for a while. Deadlifts are brutal but I love their results!

Whoof, this was very tough. Very sweaty! I really liked it. 17 minutes in, I wanted to cry. Haha but I kept on. I feel accomplished. Which is one of the best feelings ever. 🎉 thank you guys!

How was it?
I am always surprised with lower body workouts. I typically do them with the FB Programs and not by my choice. I feel like my legs would just be sore. This was a great workout! It worked so much more than just legs! Intense sweating, too! Thank you Fitness Blender for teaching us how to workout smarter!

I underestimated all 30mts or less minutes workouts from fitness blender - experiencing real soreness everywhere!!! You guys are awesome - learnt that increased weights doesn't matter instead good posture and tight squeezes at right muscles required ...👌🏽✌🏾
I loved this workout! I was wearing my heart rate monitor (chest strap kind) and my heart rate was in the 80%-90% range through most of the workout. Definitely a sweat-fest. And the amount of time required for this workout was perfect. Kelli and Daniel rock!

Took me an hour to get through. I have NEVER been in love with lower body workouts especially weight lifting. But I do them cause I know it's necessary. Workout FINALLY complete lol. 20.02.2017 - 6.07am.

OMG I did this workout for the first time and I am sweating!!! Towards the end I was not able to finish the last sets. Amazing! I will do this one a couple times a week for a while. Deadlifts are brutal but I love their results!

I'm ABSOLUTELY, totally drowned in sweat right now and it's running all over my face, neck and stomach. My mat is also wet from my sweat😂😂😂 this was really effective and I thought I would struggle more, but I did quite well actually!! Oh I NEEEEED to take a shower asap cause this is so gross😭😭👀💦💦💦💦
