What I appreciate most is that you do the workout WITH me, instead of pointing at a (super)human doing all the work. We did the same workout and we're both tired at the end :-))
Great workout. Daniel I really like your workouts because you are NORMAL. Some of the workout guys spent one too many hours looking at their muscles in the mirror and can't get over themselves. You keep your shirt on and get right down to business in a pleasant way!

Absolutely love the style of this workout. Very focused and I loved how the instructor shared how his legs were getting tired too. Love the honesty! White background and no workout music or other people in the vid. And no other distractions = an excellent workout!!!!! My legs are on fire after doing this!
That is just MEAN, scheduling those jump lunges after all those resistance exercises!!! LOLLOLLLL

I workout after school from 4-6.
For me, the new videos that come out each Monday are a little late. I usually workout at 11am, and the videos come out at around 2pm (portuguese time).
I love when a workout ends with a full body stretch because i always decide to stay laying on the ground, smelling my own sweat and procrastinate for just five more minutes 😂

We have added this for our Leg-Day-Tuesday workout for May! I really like when the workout includes both a warm up and cool down, that way I can simply press play and don't have to set up a playlist to include those. Our legs were dunzo after those jumping lunges and we were pretty winded. Thank you! Keep up the great work!
This was great. Thank you for including a warmup. I love that I'm doing strength training but am sweating as much as if I was doing cardio. Love this!!! Hate jumping lunges......soooooo hard. Love you guys!
THANK YOU!! for including warm-up, workout, & cool down in 1 video! I never have as much time as I would like to workout, & am often choosing the video I use based on its length. Having them all in the same video means I only need to find 1 routine, I don't have to waste time switching videos, etc. Thanks.

These are by far the best exercises i've tried, everything is clear and concise, no music, there's a little preview of what is coming next, so you're not completely 'ehh, huh, wha?' somewhat awkward position watching the screen to see what's going on, no music. Thanks so much for doing this, only watched like 5-6 videos(and think 2 of those were vlogs) and loving them, top notch.
Edit: forgot one thing, that's sometimes not mentioned, like tighten for example core muscles when doing x exercise also helps, usually you'd just think of lifting and doing what ever, it helps both with the exercise and quite likely, you get more out of it.

Honestly Daniel, I love love LOVE your workouts. I have been following you guys since 2014, and although Kelly’s workouts are super entertaining, I just don’t seem to get the same type of burn like I do yours.
Don’t get me wrong Kelly is awesome, but when I’m looking for more of a challenge I always come to you.

Saved to favorites! Love that you recommend to increase or decrease weight depending on your goal for this work out. So glad you include a warm up and cool down, I am more likely to watch/ subscribe when I don't have to flip around to get to the work out.
I love these quick but effective workouts. Since they’re so short I feel like I have no reason not to squeeze them into my busy day. I get tired more during this 30 minute video than I do spending hours at the gym sometimes!
Honestly, this was the first leg workout video I ever watched, I follow the warm up and cool down videos on your channel since they are highly simple and effective. I felt the effort in my legs while also being able to walk back home afterwards due to the awesome cooldown stretches.

I like to go dancing once a week so the leg workout is perfect for that, even though I never use the kind of weight you're using, nor will I ever! I still feel that I've worked hard, the tiredness and perspiration tells my body that. Thanks for all your hard work... both of you.

This was awesome and got added to my favorites! I love strength training videos that include the warm up and cool down that are less than 40 minutes. I don't think I've ever done a double clean and press before either! Killer move!!!
Daniel, great workout! Perfect for leg day. I did pause the video just before the cool down so I could get in some heel raises with weights. Please keep going with the strength training videos, they are my favorite.

I believe that my legs are definitely getting stronger after exclusively working out with you guys for the past 3 yrs, so I try to do the jumping lunges (not very well I hasten to add). Being able to do a few proves to me that I am progressing. Thank you

This has become my fave lower body workout over the years. I love the pace, and I see results so fast. I love to challenge myself with other (Kelli) workouts, but this is a workout I come back to at least twice a month. I skip jumping lunges and do hip thrusts. I can even do the stretch routine by memory 😅
A big thank you for this workout, you know I'm a thin woman and always seek for wo like this cus the less i wo the thinner I get and the web is loaded with loose weight and all the opposite i need, NEEDED THIS AND YOU GAVE IT, been following you gays 4 years so again THANKS for helping me stay strong!! Monday cardio. Wednesday lower. Friday upper. This is my routine each week. This is one my go to Wednesday routines. As long as I can keep my grip strength with the extra weight. 😄. Love that your workouts are intense but your are human. Helps a ton! And I can’t wait to hear those words. “Workout complete “. Thanks again guys.

This is one of those workouts that I'm going to be totally in love with on days I feel particularly energised and strong (like today) and TOTALLY despise when I'm having an off day (like a week ago). I'm glad I went back to this one even though it left such a bad taste in my mouth the last time :D
Since today is my leg day I was so happy when I saw you uploaded this! I really enjoyed this workout, and definitely felt it. Your workouts help me so much since I have no access to a gym. All I have is my weight set and a chair if I need a bench 😂👏🏻

Completed 12/8/18 w/ Neil. We both woke up on a Saturday morning and I suggested a workout. This one seemed quick enough. We both sweat (damn those jump lunges! I just did switch feet) and fogged up the winter-cold window. Enjoyable. I don't know why I haven't rated this one before. Thanks, Daniel! We also afterward did calf raises on the stairs.
Great workout. If you have a bad knee like me, there is almost no jumping. I notice that Daniel sometimes talks about variations in his videos, but not much. He's a straightforward guy. I am so sweaty!
I know this is a few years late, but just wanted to say that this was a great workout, and I really appreciate having a thorough stretch at the end. Many trainers speed through the stretch. So glad that you didn't!

The structure of this one was great! Sometimes I don’t get sore muscles after a leg routine even though I’m pretty sure I did all I could but not with this one!
I'm currently doing Body Beast, but was unable to access my leg day workout, so I did this one instead and I loved it!! I was sweating and felt the burn!! This was a great alternative.

I`ve been working out with you since September, never thought it will be so easy to stick to the fitness regimen before I found your chanell!! Love all you videos, especially HIIT+strength training blends. BTW, any chance of mini bands exercises ? not so many quality videos on that, sure you`ll nail it, as always ^^
Best thing about these is no music in the background and the instructions for every move. You guys go slow enough that its easy to follow along. Other channels out there have music blasting, go too fast or give absolutely ZERO instructions, like dude, if I knew how to do that complex move, why would I be here, watching you?!

Awesome workout! Loved: that the warm up, cool down and stretch were included; length of the video; pacing of alternating exercises; and that Daniel was having to push himself as well (motivated me to push myself, too!) Didn't prefer the clean and press (is that what it was called?) but I did weighted squats instead :)
