I did this workout yesterday and really enjoyed it. It was especially satisfying to do since I had surgery in June and recently got the ok to resume normal activities! I sure missed strength training, and this workout made my arms shake so good! 😂

ladies , please go to the GYM HALL to do this circuit training, please do not do this in the weight lifting room with 3 set of dumbells using half the gym space. Let the rest of us build muscle 1 exercise at a time please
perfect, just we have a problem with ladies not understanding what the weight room is for, eg getting far to close jumping around attempting to do cardio using weights@@healinghandsandheart4749
Unnecessary comment. 1) this is often a home workout 2) any decent person will switch out the weights each time, not hog 3 sets, 3) why are you gendering a workout?
if only ,i just see so many people trying to get fit with dumbells bouncing around the weight room when they would be 100x more effective and less annoying in a circuit class@@briellec7173
