    I’ve been waiting for Brian’s new workout for a while. I still do the upper body workout from a while ago every week and I’ve seen great results.

    The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

    This workout went by so fast! You packed in so many good upper body exercises in 30 minutes!
    Just a small suggestion but could you guys add "Bored Easily" to the title?
    Because this was a great no-repeat upper body workout and it'd make it easier to search up for anyone looking for a bored easily style upper body workout in the future. 😊

    Just finished this workout with my mom and it was so much fun! You’re an amazing instructor. I really love how slowly you go on the exercises because it helps me to have good form and also to use this workout for mindfulness instead of pushing myself too hard. Thank you 🥹❤️

    Great workout, if I could request the instructors to pay attention to how they address us. Using "guys" is not inclusive, and if you think it's not a big deal, just imagine replacing "guys" with "girls" every time an instructor addresses the audience. It alienates. Alternatives include: people, friends, y'all, folks, team (like Brian did and I loved it).
