I am 17 years old and I have been doing your workout videos for months now and have already started noticing incredible results.I used to just do steady based cardio like running for an hour for years and saw little to no results. But then I found you guys and I couldn't be happier! I have gotten stronger, toner, and leaner just from your workout videos like cardio, strength training, and even your 1000 calorie workouts!! I still run everyday, but with a combination of your videos, I saw a difference in places I never thought I would see! Thank you fitnessblender! You have changed my life for the better! :)

Try adding fast walking with Leslie Sansone to the mix. 30 minutes of her cardio, 6 days a week knocked off 20 lbs in 3 months. We do both workouts cause we like the strength building of Fitness Blender. You can find her on RUclips

“How do I lean out my arms and upper body?”
I hear that question a lot, particularly from women. Unfortunately it’s often followed by “I don’t want to build muscle, I just want to make them smaller/get toned.” If you've said those words, you're highly likely going about your goals the wrong way! If you’re looking for a toned, compact, lean, capable body, strength training and lifting heavily are where it’s at! I know it can feel counterintuitive but it’s backed by both science and countless anecdotal before and after transformations. Aside from that - think about all of the many health benefits you might miss out on if you avoid building strength & muscle - both of which are things that can improve what you can actually DO with your body, and your quality of life. Thank you so much FitnessBlender! I am a track and field athlete who runs the 100 and 200 meter and the 4x100 meter relay. Thanks to your Plyo and HIIT workouts I have GREATLY improved my running times. I am now the top female sprinter on my track team! I have depression, and it's really impacted my life. And sprinting is the only thing that really brings me joy now. By being able to increase my speed and feeling good about my body and health I feel like my depression has become a little less heavy upon my heart. I am still lonely and struggling with a lot, but I know I have my wonderful friends at FitnessBlender to motivate me to be healthy and happy. I do a workout everyday, and I feel good for the first time in years. I already have a very athletic body, but after doing your workouts for about 3-4 months now, I must say, I have seen AMAZING results. Everyone should use FitnessBlender to get in shape and be healthy. Thank you for changing my life.

This is the first time I am doing a FB workout that is focusing on a particular muscle group. It seems so easy to me! Especially when I am always short on time and end up doing full body workouts by FB that make me breathless (with the sneaky cardio that you involve) and makes each muscle sore the next day. I was even able to lift higher weights than Kelli, and I'm honestly shocked by own strength levels! Thank you FB! You've changed my life!

Hey 👋🏼 3 month ago i broke my ankle in 3 places, after 3 surgeries, a lot of time in hospital, frustration, anger and pain I can start again with some of your pilates workouts and ab workouts. Before my accident i had my workout routine with your videos, i loved hiit and everything with cardio.... i am looking forward when i am capable of doing my first Hiit Routine...but i guess it is going to take a while... But beside that, Thank you guys for everything. Even now in my unsportiest time ever i am able to work out just a tiny tiny bit with you. You are awesome, and i am going to come back stronger because of you 💪🏼

I agree with everyone else that says these guys are amazing, they make getting in shape less intimidating which lead to me making excercising at home a simpler part of my routine. I dreaded getting ready just to drive to the gym to go work out. When I started feeling more energy I then had the urge to get out and do more activities like hiking and camping which has been amazing. Thank you guys!

Great workout Kelly! I loved the challenge of the descending reps and increasing amounts of weight. I discovered you guys a little bit before Covid. When Covid happened and the kids had to come home from school for the next year, they needed PE minutes and I needed something to help keep my mental health in check. We have been following your workouts for most of the whole year. Thank you for providing good content and a super healthy approach to fitness that is easy to follow, yet still challenging for our muscles to do. We really appreciate all the hard work you and Daniel have done over the years. Your videos have been a Godsend to our family. :) Thank you a thousand times over. :)

VLOG REQUEST: What are some parameters for working out when sick? Obviously every illness will be different (common cold is very different from pneumonia), but what are some guidelines for when to push through a workout, and when to sideline yourself? How soon should you get back to your routine after recovering? Should you exercise at a reduced intensity? When sick, I get concerned that I'm going to lose my strength and cardiovascular endurance, and I am chomping at the bit to get my "Workout Complete"!

Day 48. Did this one again cause I had the printable, and my internet wasn’t working. Sometime I get impatient when I don’t see results, but the face that I can lift heavy again makes me very proud and happy.
Not to self: I can go heavier on the 10 rep round of chest press, if I want. Also, try going a little slower.
Thanks for a great workout Kelly!

This was an excellent workout - really enjoyed the increasing weight with decreasing reps and the challenge of upping weights. I started working out like 4 months ago with your videos and I never felt so good about myself! My body is totally changed (in a good way ofcourse) and I feel much stronger. My posture is also improved because of the strenght training. I must say that it was hard in the beginning (especially with daniels videos!) they are so difficult to do especially if you are a beginner! But I kept doing it! I looove strenght training and HIIT!! Thank you guys for the workout videos and your advice! You guys are amazing!!

It's always the pyramid workouts that make me realize 3, 5, and 10 # weights just aren't cutting it anymore!
Thanks for the constant updates, guys!!

I only use the same weight for most of those exercises and do an extra couple each set. Only cuz I don't have your interchangeable weights.
After doing this workout it was my elbow joints that were sore but I have a touch of arthritis so I suppose that is to be expected. Shoulders are nicely warmed up.
Definitely not a sweaty workout, which I didn't want anyway. Good job Kel, say hi to Dan.
