    6 months ago I would have never even attempted this workout because of feeling embarrassed about not being able to do the workouts perfectly. Today I had so much fun doing this and while I still need plenty of practice I felt the effects and actually enjoyed it a lot. Will defo be returning to this one!

      Victoria Tezangi I always get back to this one, it’s like my body goes like “I recognise this one & I like it” cos I’m generally rubbish at copying NEW moves to the extent that it doesn’t look or feel right, it takes me ages for my muscles to get it right so I skip or rewind a LOT of stuff as it annoys the hell out of me when I have to try around and finish videos half way through when I just can’t get the moves right. After all, I just wanna get on with it and it’s so frustrating when u feel left behind. This one I love though it’s just at my level and I can ACTUALLY complete it without pausing or rewinding every 2 seconds.

    Love this. I did the first half for 21 days straight plus Kera Lashae dance workouts. Now im doing the second half of this video ! My waist is so defined. ! Size 10 here i come. (I'm a 12 sizer now)

    Done! It was fun and wasn't really hard - great workout for lazy days when you don't feel to do brutal HIIT or strength training with dumbbells.

    Kelly and Fitness blender has been the best workout help for my entire family. We use your videos for workout for the past 30 months and they have been inspirational, balanced and a variety to choose from. The good thing about these workouts are they are practically free and do not need any equipments. Keep up the good work.

    I love this series so much! If you did a full program for people who get bored equally I'd 100% be on board! :) I'd love to see a full body strength one for people who get bored easily! Kelli, you're really inspiring to me as a fellow eating disorder survivor. I've actually experience a similar healing and bettering of my body image by starting strength training.

If you mean like training styles there's a bit of pilates, HIIT/cardio, and then it's kind of like bodyweight strength training when you're doing the solely core moves I think...? Sorry if that's not what you mean D:

    I really love this one, I did it on my first day of period, it wasn't exhausting apart from the back bows, I had to go easy cause my back is already sore.

    Just finished this one! I loved it! Please create more videos like this, with back stretches; arms, chest and shoulders; and, please, something to strengthen the ankle complex and the wrist complex. With all the weight lifting that I am doing with you, I am noticing that those are slowly becoming my weakest points, and without strength in those places I will never be able to do "the wheel" which is my goal for this year. When I try it, I fail miserably, but not because lack of strength in my arms, but because of extreme weakness in my wrist and ankles. Please create a video to strengthen those. Thank you.     I like these videos for people who get bored easily! Apparently I am one of them and apparently I can workout with them way more than just once without getting bored... repetitions (even if just twice the same exercise) tend to make me mentally tired more easily!

    I started my 3rd round of FITNESSBLENDER abs 4weeks challenge last week but as it's been around 4 months of almost doing the same stuff I got bored so this was just what I needed to get things interesting while finishing my challenge!

    I'd love another routine like this! Core work is my least favorite (would rather do strength training any day!), but this routine is so dynamic! I love how I'm not just laying on my back doing "abs" for 30 minutes. The quick tastes of cardio are awesome, I feel so energized, and yet thoroughly worked haha. Love this routine!

    I just did this and it was great. I needed to rest my legs today so this was perfect. It really did fly by, and even though it was easier than most of the other work outs it somehow seemed to make me sweat more which is good. One part I found tough was the jumping lunges put Kelli pulled me through. She is such a great trainer and I actually look forward every day to doing these exercises and enjoy them (sort of). She is sweet and beautiful and motivational and knowledgeable. Big thumbs up from me.

    Yet another awesome work out by Fitness Blender. Not for newbies though. I would suggest the 10min abs first and then graduating to this.
