These are great! I can't tell you how nice it is to find a channel where most of the videos have normal audio instead of blasting horrible techno/dance music throughout. For those of us with sensory issues, who can't listen to that noise while trying to follow a workout routine, this is much needed!

This is a great one. I enjoyed the dumbbell being in one hand and using more muscles to even out the weight in your form. Incremental ways to increase the difficulty level is a wonderful way to get better and better.

@@officiallankaithihase456 yes of course She got more videos on categories that woman tend to do more like legs and booty But there's nothing you can't find, cardio weight's, equipment free workouts , youga pilates, stretching, and specific workout for ABS arms legs... Literally everything ☺️🙏
