This is my absolute favourite workout. Dan is correct when he says “well that went by quickly” it flies by. It’s been well thought out with the side crunches to either side, in each part positioned so when done your halfway through; it helps the morale “I CAN complete this”. Favourite; windshield wipers.

As you suggested, I used this as part of a whole workout. First half an hour of running, then this and then cooled it down with a short yoga/meditation sequence. Perfection! Your explanations are, like always, so so good. Thank you :) But, is it just me or are there other people out there whose bones are kind of in the way when it comes to some ab exercises? Like, the one with the side back bends and the hip bones go ouch? And I got 55-57 kg on 159 cm, so I'm not deadly skinny or something oO

I love that you let us know the difficult vs easy way of doing each set so one doesn't over exert their body. It also helps me see my progress because some of these I used to do the easier ones and now I'm challenging myself as I have progressed with time

Core is what I hate working out the most because I have trouble keeping my lower back flat on the ground but I guess that’s just because I have an extremely weak back and tummy 😂 so thanks for these types of videos, it increases the amount of work I put in my core lol

I'm an older guy with many injuries, so I modify accordingly, but you are absolutely the best!
