I've been using your workout methods for almost two months and so far I'm loving my results. I've been doing the ab and oblique bootcamp, a cardio warmup, a yoga cooldown, and a thigh and leg slimming workout. you guys inspired me to workout no matter what :)

I completed this workout, liked it a lot but it wasn't as abs-related as I expected o.O it felt like a semi total body to me. I liked it nonetheless, not as hard as some others, perfect for a "not-so-motivated-to-workout-today" day

Just completed this workout and I feel great! I feel off with my regular exercise after I lost a little weight, but I'm back to exercising to Fitness Blenders wonderfully challenging workouts! Feels good to workout and eat right again.

Just a handy hint for those who have pain in their wrists, hands or tailbone from holding your body up in exercises like side push-ups or planks, etc. There is a small, 1 inch thick oval pad that has grooves on the underside to grip your exercise mat and it gives an extra cushion in just the spot you need. It makes it easier to hold positions longer without having to sweat on a bulky mat the whole time. It has been a lifesaver for me! Mine is called the Rat Pad (although this is not an ad, so find whichever one works best for you) and is usually available where Yoga supplies are sold.
P.S.- It has the added benefit of making Russian Twists harder by making you have to balance more and minuses the sore butt & tailbone:)

Love me a quick ab workout! Please continue to guide us through our breathing! I never hold my breath but it does help a lot when you tell us when to inhale and exhale as I tend to exhale a lot more than I inhale or at least that's what it feels like. Also can you consider having resistance band workouts? I usually squat with resistance bands but I'm sure you guys know of a lot more exercises that can be done using resistance bands. :)

I just started using the Butt and Thigh workout this weekend... OUCH! In a good way.
I have to be careful on what I can do because I had back surgery a year ago and I'm cleared to start working out but I have to take baby steps. Watching Kelli's videos is such a helpful visual tool to get back in the fitness game. So when I can't make it to the gym, i'll be sure to use these helpful videos and do my thing! Thank you so much!
Hm...sounds like you might want to do something low-impact then. It might be a little easier on your body.

Did this after an upper body strength training and those pushups killed me but I finished!
Jus finish this excise, it was awesome, am tired but it worth it....
I do this 7 days a week, as well as gym, swimming, This just ties everything together and makes my results so much faster!!

Love this one! You two are the best! Question...do you think that you could do a 3 in 1 strength workout which would work arms than legs and abs last. Never repeating the same exercise. Maybe 40 minutes to an hour. That would be so awesome and works everything! Just a thought...thanks!
