Hey, I’d really appreciate it if you made a workout series for us Obese peops! It’s difficult to find anything online for us. My stomach is in the way for a lot of exercises and planks tend to pop my T3 or T4 (not to mention straining my back trying to hold up my fat body on my out of shape arms). I also have no idea how to engage my core. Please send help. It’s an area that’s getting ignored by the fitness community.
That's outstanding, @sherryg5813! The exercises in this video are all included in that one... have you seen my 10-minute version of the "perfect core" workout? You might like it as well: ruclips.net/video/NQxEUC3-aaE/видео.html Thanks for commenting.
I don't usually comment on videos, but you deserve full credit for these simple and concise demonstrations! I'm an amateur triathlete and these exercises are about the most important you can do since core strength is essential in all three disciplines.
Dr Jared once again dropping another Banger for core🔥 . I've been using the core strengthening video ever since you released it 2 months ago works like a charm by the way💯 . keep up the good work❤
Hey, I've had back pain from the age of about 10, it was probably due to stress and trauma. I'm now 17 almost 18 and that pain is almost gone, I felt like I missed out on my childhood because I was never able to bend down and touch my toes, it was so hard on me and I even went to the chiropractor many many times but that didn't do anything, exercising my Back and going for walks daily has helped so much. I appreciate your videos man, they are helping me to a new beginning in my life. Not having horrible pain now is so wonderful! again, thank you, I didn't have to spend thousands on surgery I just needed to move, mentally and physically.
Found your channel out of frustration. I tore my ACL, LCL and sprained my meniscus pretty bad on my bicycle. My physical therapist sucks! I used to do planks daily but it is very hard recovering from my tears. Ive never really been a gym rat or whatnot (not many pushups, situps etc... i stayed in decent shape just from cycling. Never really had a visible 6 pack. I can really tell that i havent been cycling at all i hate it 😅😅
I really liked how you included the varying levels of intensity for each exercise (beginner, intermediate, and advanced). Was wondering for the Superman exercise, how long should we hold that position for before going back down?
Any solutions to the following; 1.seatbelt straps not going back in smoothly. I bought the rubber seat belt covers so no more knocking on the plastic 2. Rear doors not opening randomly unless lock switch is pressed. 3

I had surgery (L3/L4 decompression + discectomy) done early March. My surgeon suggested core strengthening exercises. Are these ones good for what I need to do? I can't afford physio which is what he originally suggested and I'm not very familiar with what works in terms of exercises. Thank you in advance for your help/suggestions.
I'm glad I found your RUclips channel, new subscriber here. I just have a question Sir...I can't do sit-ups, does it mean I have a weak core?.. I will really appreciate it if you'll answer my question.
I love the easier version of the exercise. I have fshd. The makes muscles in my scapular region, core and legs weak. I am able to do the easier ones, not all though. The swimmer one looks easy but I am unable to lift my hands and partially able to lift my leg.
Hey Doctor, recently I have pain deep inside my right knee when crossing my legs (placing right calf on left thigh), do you know what problem I have....?
I have training the scretches even more than lower my back that sure i wanna be made around posture was can get up everyone for the weeks clear just numberness i've done like this confused the bones and Anatomy matters
I have pain in my lower backbone and also all lower back. I have pain in my right side od lower back and burning sensation in leg. How can i get rid of this..
Hi do you have an exercise for injury due to front raise dumbbell . I have numbness on my chest. Then a pinch on my collarbone whenever I carry my backpack.
This may not work for everybody... But I play music while I hold the plank. Then I kind of dance to the rhythm While holding the plank. Making sure to move every Part Of my core. This feels more like a fun dance than a boring exercise.
@toneandtighten thank you sir! It's basically exactly what you're doing when you're twisting your hips while holding the plank. But with a beat that I try to keep up with. It was great to see someone else moving while doing the plank. Great video!
i do not have the mental wherewithal for planks. i can move weight just fine but holding a plank is like torture for me, any advice on how to get over this?

ive been doing v ups using a ab roller and russian twists along with leg raise type movements is that more so like cardio? and should i switch to this video and will i still my abs like i do now or will it be like im restarting?
When you’re doing the swimmer, do you keep your head up or do you keep your head down? Where your forehead is touching the floor I’m not sure I can’t quite tell.
Hi mate If you notice that there is a persistent pain or it gets worse with time, I advise you to take a break for a few days and leave your body to heal a bit Especially if you are new to training, Remember it's a long process but You'll get your results eventually
@@k1praem56so the thing is it’s been exactly a month since the pain started. I feel like it’s gotten a little better but maybe only like 15% better.
